Train your reps to be more respectful to customers. I was there to correct their mistake by returning incorrect sent cable boxes I had received 20 minutes before. Rep made me unload my own items claiming Covid. I advised him to please read notes put on my account so everything would be credited accurately. Rep said they dont share notes. Thats funny because Im sure hed want notes on his account to be shared and accurate. Please train your reps. This is the kind of people who you want serving your customers??

STAY AWAY FROM XFINITY! They dont do what they say they will. Took talking with multiple customer service agents (they didnt mark the cancel date correctly and tried to charge for a later bill) to be told youll get a refund of 2/3 of your bill when you take your router back. Take the router back and the store agent acts like they are doing you a service to get you a refund that you should have in the first place, but then they will nickle and dime you to the point that any refund you would get is pretty much gone.
I was told by TWO Xfinity agents online to go to this local store to pick up my rental modem and to upgrade my plan for a certain dollar amount per month. When I arrived at the store, they told me the plan was $25 more per month than I was told online (I eventually talked them down to $10 over the quote!) And the modem wasnt available at this store, but they apparently have tons of them at all the other local stores. This store needs to stock up and honor the deals of their online reps.
I went to the store because I couldnt activate my new phone because of some glitch that happened to xfinitys system. (It had something to do with me moving too). So anyway two days on chat and on the phone I just kept getting hung up on or disconnected in the middle of the whole deal. So I went into the store and the lady who helped me was a total pro. I was still there for 45min. But she got my account fixed and my new phone up and running. I would recommend going to the actual stores.. always

Called yesterday to cancel my service, due to my new apartment complex already having internet and cable services. Explained I would like to keep and pay for service through September 4th. I was told that wasnt a problem and they sent me a bill charging me through September 5th. Wake up today, the 3rd, and my cable and internet is shut off. Still trying to charge me for service through the 5th. If you have other options I would go through another service.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. I was asked what I was looking for and I never felt pressured to upgrade my services. The gentleman that helped us was professional knowledgeable and very likable.
I can understand if you use Comcast if you have no other options. Otherwise, this company does not deserve your money. I cant even begin to tell you how many people I know who have been charged for things they should not have. Example--Trying to charge my brother for his cable box months after he returned (had cancelled service); charging my wife before we were married for the same (when I was the one who returned it for her (2016). Tell your stories so others dont fall prey to their shady tactics.
I went in to pay my bill. 5 different sales people were sitting at the front area just talking away with each other about various personal things not once did any of them ask if i needed anything or greet me as i entered. After i paid my bill i was looking at cell phones 3 sales people walked past me without a glance or a smile nothing. Mind you there were only 2 customers in there at this time 2. None of the employees saw fit to ask if i needed help. I was going to ask about cell phone service. .

Every time I’ve needed to visit this location, their team is prompt helpful. My son and I went in today to swap a defective box out, not only were they able to swap it out within a matter of a minute or so, they were doing a “hide and seek” type thing with a Teddy Bear in the store, and made my son so happy by helping him find it. My phone data usage is consistent from month to month, yet they add on random fees and service charges to my account for no apparent reason and without warning.
The guys were friendly, got me checked in quickly and took care of my problems. I Would come to this site again.
Worst service ever! Terrible! If you are trying an in person service look for other location. Best locations are Fashion Place or Holladay. Draper and Jordan Landing stores are terrible! People dont know what they do and also lazy. It is just frustrating! RUN from these locations!
I pay for a service that offers 275 mbs download speeds. I just downloaded a game file to a brand new computer, the average download speed was under under 1 mbs, yet if you run a speed test its says its great. Nice job xfinity ripping your customers off but still being able to pass a speed test. What a joke, they claim 300 times the actual speed!

This location in Jordan landing is easy to get into and out of. Plenty of parking Is available right in front of the store for in the additional parking available in the area. Was created and check the and and immediately and X finity agent was available to help me with my questions. Found out some good rates for Internet only with the new flex streaming Box that comes complementary. There are dividers between people and markings for 6 spacing to ensure safety. The agent gave me his business card so I could follow up and let me know when he would be back in the office. This location is next to the IHOP at Jordan landing.
You are so fortunate to have an employee like Zac. My husband has had a massive stroke and he went above and beyond to help him not to be frustrated. Jeff has difficulty walking, talking and is fed by stomach tube. The person who activated his phone was rude. And really frustrated my husband. Zac was so patient and had great customer service skills. He should be in charge of training others in your store how to treat your customers especially ones with disabilities. I would like confirmation you saw this review and give Zac the compliments he deserves. Maybe a raise or gift card.
The level of customer service there is amazing. I went in to return some equipment and they helped me lower my bill and get a better deal. They have friendly staff and shout out to the young lady that helped me from the time i got there she was very professional and made me feel like a highly valued customer.

When working on box in my area and my internet gets shut down while we are on a call with a costumer. No one from Xfinity came to notify me of them working on problems in my area. So now because our call got cut off Im at risk of losing my job. All that needed to happen was a common courtesy of someone from Xfinity notifying me of possible work in my area. When I try calling customer support I cant make it past the computer system. What kind of costumer service is being held here at Xfinity? We are not pleased at all. Very upset with Xfinity right now we cant even explain or share our frustrations with the company. How do you expect to get better if you cant receive feedback of any kind.

Over-priced and under staffed. DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME. YOU MAY EXPERIANCE LONGER THAN NORMAL HOLD TIMES!I cant swallow any more of this B.S.In order to have mobile you must have home service? Theres no way I can ever get back the time wasted in my life on xfinity! I spend over a month without a cell phone, because I thought that I would use the insurance program for a Lost Or stolen mobile device. After hindsight I would gladly flush another $1000 down the drain for a fancy cell phone, it would have been so much more productive.I do not recommend this option for your Internet, cable TV, security, or communication needs.

Overall the place is nice & clean. All the other representatives are very welcoming. This would be a five star review if she wasn’t working at this location. Overall my internet service is great. Terrible customer service! Very unhelpful automated system. Never lets you speak to a actually person who might be able to help. Ive had to go through activation and trouble shooting countless times. Wifi works and then i have to start the process all over. I havent even had service for a month. Nothing but issues.
It would be way more efficient for me to dig a hole from my house all the way and directly connect to the transatlantic cable than to figure out the issues that I continually have with my xfinity wifi. If they are the only option for internet in your area, just learn to live without internet it would save you a lot of headache.
I recently moved and so my son wanted to get internet through Xfinity. I have an outstanding bill and honestly have yet to return equipment as stores were closed for a while. But because of my outstanding bill. They wont allow him service until I pay the bill. This is not right, you should not punish a possible costomer based on familial bond. Unfortunately they now will have possibly 2 less customers. I know that doesnt seem like much. But its still a poor way to do buisness.
Been waiting for weeks for xfinity. We pay for it and a technician doesn’t show up at the appointed time so we have to wait a week for another one who comes out to install and says we aren’t serviceable... ask my neighbors what internet they have and they say xfinity? So we call back and turns out we are serviceable- another technician comes out a week later says we need to bury a line for our house to get internet and that’s 2+ weeks out but no worries because he can put in a temporary line for us to have internet in the meantime. He’s almost done putting the line in when his boss calls and tells him not to. Don’t know why- it was fine and going to work. But he leaves and we’re left without internet and unable to do our jobs at home. Work is starting and we have to drive somewhere to use internet when we should have had it a month ago if xfinity was a better functioning company. No one can get in touch with technicians and no one knows anything at the call center. The line was supposed to be buried today but they never showed up and never told us why. Now we’re another week out and have been well over a month waiting for them to figure out what’s going on. Very annoyed and disappointed.

I cant believe how theyve made a store for everything, its genius! Its mind blowing how professional they are here. I went in thinking it was going to take a long time, and I was there for only 5 minutes. They took care of everything I needed, switched out my equipment with upgraded equipment, updated my service, and made sure I didnt have any questions. Highly impressed.
Well, had to visit again because they got the order wrong. Very willing to help but after 3 times, it was frustrating to do it again.So, we started with a full package and now are down to the bare bones because its just frustrating to not get what we paid for... A remote for our Tv broke so I went in to inquire about a replacement. They gave me a new one no questions asked (didn’t charge me) and walked me through the setup.

These guys are great here! Everyone of the sales reps is honest and gives it to you candidly. Sales rep help me save some money and warned me about possible charges going a different route. The staff is friendly. They are super busy sometimes but they get through everyone in a decent timeframe. The people know there stuff as well. Any question I threw at them they could explain simply and quickly.
For all the glass and metal, the experience is exactly the same as the old place. Its always understaffed with a typical wait of 45 minutes. No appointment options, so waiting is required, and because theyre always behind, agents are hardly willing to answer questions unless youre buying something.That said, Comcasts actual service is really solid, and the billing policies are more transparent than most cable companies. Contracts are optional and last only as long as the promos they give you, and getting a discount is just as easy for an old customer as a new one.
Got there around 10:30 AM and customer service was excellent. In and done with my issue in 5 min. That was the quickest visit yet but most of mine are not very long anyway.
I wish I could give 0 stars. My story is too long to post. Long to short: Xfinity has no desire to help their customers. They would rather lose a customer than help them. I am a lost customer. I will no longer give any money to this horrible company. I will also spread my disdain of this company to all I come into contact with. I just got xfinity internet and the first guy just brought the modem and didn’t help me at all. Contacted customer service and by the next day it was up and running.
When a customer shows up in person in the store to return their rental equipment and closes their account, at least ask them if they would like to see their final bill. That was a rude surprise. The opposite of customer service.
Glad I got rid of these guys back in 2013. And from what I hear, they havent improved any. I still have friends that complain about them. One star for customer service, two because they have more technical capabilities than some providers locally.
I like going in. It is easier to talk to a person in my community than fight through a phone tree and then get stuck talking in circles with someone who has no connection to you or your area.There can be a wait. There can be issues. But going to my local store is head and shoulders above talking on the phone.They are nice and work to take care of you when you are in front of them.

I missed the sign in front stating I had to check in (its not posted any where else in the store) and the clerk was very rude about telling me to check in when I asked for help after being there for fifteen minutes. I just want to return a modem. It shouldnt be this hard. I have better experiences at the dmv.
This location is very good, thank to Justin Fazion for a excellent customer service. He is really friendly and has a lot of knowledge as far as technology. Infinity service is another thing, too many fees but the Internet connection is one of the best. I also had to wait for a little bit (20 min.).

I have no complaints on my internet speed or TV service. My complaints is how I am promised a price and packaging, and get home and find out it was a lie. Worked with Ashley E, and she promised me a great package and she would email me. Weeks later and I am still waiting for her to reply to my emails and get me the prices I was promised. Get everything in writing from them before you leave, they are not honest at this location.
It is impossible to talk to a person. Phone calls are not returned and do not show up to appointments to fix your service. Run away to save your time because they do not care about your time. Follow my advice and I will have saved you multiple headaches.
My experience with Comcast has rarely been delightful and rarely helpful. Numerous times I visited this location expecting help, but always got turned down with some answer that was never helpful, like keep trying new/different equipment. Since then I have looked for other service providers for internet and needless to say I will never be a customer of Comcast unless I absolutely am forced to be. Utopia for life!(1 star because their internet worked 5-6 days of the week)

Called a month in advance to cancel my service when we moved. I set up for auto pay and my next charge was for a full month instead of the 2 weeks we had left of our service. The month after that we were charged again for a full month even though or service was cancelled and we had moved. Ive called 3 times and been assured each time that it was a mistake and Id be reimbursed. I just got an email about my November-December bill... still no refund for The last bill and a half. I guess its time to call my credit card to report Xfinity since my phone calls arent doing anything.
I drove 25 minutes to get to thise service center. Walk in and greeted with a friendly smile and nice employee, just to sign in on a touch screen and sit and wait and wait and wait... I am sure theres good reason to make your customers drive across town and wait for a hour to simply exchange a modem. And I am sure there much be good reason that there are 3 employees sitting at their station doing nothing while the lobby grows full of people. If I didnt need Internet I would just leave. Now you can have your equipment shipped to you but youll have to pay for that. Seems as if Comcast has got you by your balls and there is nothing to be done about it.

We chose Xfinity as our ISP after struggling to get scheduled with another company. We went to the store to pick up our router rather than wait for it to come in the mail. The place is pretty large and had plenty of technicians working. It really helped that they had organizers/hosts taking names. The names appear on monitors around the waiting area so you can get an idea of when you will be called. The place was packed the day we went, but there was a steady stream of people being called up. It really helps that they have plenty of places to sit while waiting.
I year ago I had the worst experience bc a guy who had account experience wouldnt bother to help me and gave me the worst customer service- that why I gave 1 star. Now Ive change it; For the past few weeks Ive been trying to manage my budget and see if comcast could do to help me with my bill. The first time I went to Xfinity new location, they guy was no help, not knowledge enough and seemed no interested in helping me. I had to call directly to call the center. Well I came in today and I had a nice gal help me she actually was able to help me keep my internet with a phone line bundle for a better price. She gave me options and helpful. I came back to return the equipment and I was offered another deal before returning my equipment bc once I return it to get it back it was going to cost me $, yes I understand the terms. I work in customer service too, but Im set with what I have. I do appreciate the alarm, tv channel service but internet is my priority. Plus theres always options out there. All depends who is willing to help you and how someone takes the time to take care of their customers.

Best Service store i have been to. Went to replace my modem and got help from staff right away. Everyone was very friendly. I was finished within about 10 mins. Not to mention the inside is very nice.
When theres a wait, you wait a long time. A little annoying that you can come in to get one thing done but they have no problem keeping you there longer to try to sell you more than what you originally needed. Be prepared to say no more than once. Theyre friendly, but this is your typical fast talking sales atmosphere that will make a practical human being go insane.
Wait here is not bad at all. The workers are nice. Just dont like trying to be sold when Im just trying to switch out equipment.
