I have gone here twice. Each time I was there, David and Tawna treated with respect and curtesy. Even though my hearing aids are from the VA, David was willing to do what he could. Left hearing worked fine on bluetooth but only on bluetooth. David went right to the problem & replaced the small white filter behind the ear plug. He explained that I needed a part that Siemens had but he did not. His temporary fix made a slight improvement and there was no charge!!!I moved fromCalif & did not have a local placevto go but I will be seeing Dave @ Audibel again… as soon as my insurance entitles me to a new set of hearing aids.Robert Rentzer

My husband has been coming to David at Audibel Hearing Center for 9 years. We have loved the excellent service that David has provided. He has showed patients with training my husband on how to connect his hearing aids to his new IPhone and making sure he felt comfortable with using both of them together.He cleans out the wax from his ears to make sure his hearing is not impaired by any wax.... and even cleaned out mine while I was with my husband at an appointment!!! David and his assistant, Tawna are very personable and very friendly which helps to make my husband visits enjoyable.

After David set me up with the newest type of hear ads I could finally hear what people were saying. This place is amazing. Tawna the receptionist knows what she is doing, very helpful and she always has a smile. David is the best audiologist . I have tried and tried to have somebody help me with my hearing to no avail. David has helped me get my hearing back, they have checkups throughout the year. The checkups do not cost they come with your hearing aides,, And he will not let you leave unless you were hearing properly and connected to everything you need to be connected to. . My hearing aids definitely were not the most expensive, but they hook up to my phone and it’s just amazing. I love what they’ve done for me. Highly recommend it

I have been a satisfied customer of David Ruark for about six years.His manner and disposition is absolutely professional, but he allways has time for a good personal relationship.Just this week, another older customer/patient had all kinds of comments to make after she had been taken care on her need.He did not press for time, but managed to be happily greeted good-by by her.He still complied exactly with my start-up time.On top of this, his receptionist - Tawna - is very friendly and always well informed, having matters prepared before arrival and being ready for new appointments, or whatever is needed.Technically David is outstanding, with his knowledge of the Audibel products, and in evaluating how the customer needs can be best provided, through the initial visits and the years of follow-up.I hope, that this reflects properly my experience with David.By the way, I am a retired Mechanical Engineer, dedicated mostly to production, so I have a tendency to be able to evaluate technicalities and the human factors that play a key role in it.

This place is awesome! David Ruark knows everything about hearing aids and explains it so well. Whenever Ive had a question he has been able to answer it. At first, I would research his answers on-line but after my research kept on proving him right I just accepted his answers as correct.. The Customer Support he provides is second to none. After being frustrated with former audio specialist I was so thankful I found Audible Hearing. They are so willing to work with me and not just dismiss my concerns and hearing issues.

I havent heard sound from my left ear in ten years until i met David he truly helped change that now that i have a hearing aid. I could not be more happy.

Dave has been fantastic in helping my mother with her hearing aids. She bought a pair through him years ago and never had a problem. When she got a second pair she had to get them from another place and has a lot of problems with getting them adjusted. Now that she is back here Dave has been great at getting her aids adjusted properly since the company with the same name associated with her aids claims not to be a part of the company she purchased from. If she ever has to get another pair it will definitely be through Audible.

Audible is a great place, Ive worked with David for 10 years, hes easy to work with, respons to any problem is fast, I can usually see him the same day I call, occasionally he has had to put me off for a day, no longer, one day I was passing by, remembering that I needed batteries, walked in, not only did I get the batteries but he checked my hearing aids and cleaned the wax from my ears NO CHARGE,

I was dealing with another company with the same brand of aids.They were terrible. I went to see Dave on a whim. He adopted me on the spot taking care of my hearing aids like no one had ever done for me. Dave is fantastic and his team is the same. Happy I found this location and especially Dave. David knows his product well, the only complaint I have is the new hearing aids have a lot of problems, although David is very helpful with trying to fix the issues that come up.

David is an excellent clinician and really knows his stuff. I have had early hearing loss and he has helped me so much with some hearing aids that are practically invisible. He takes the time to give great care. I recommend David to anyone.

Dave was really friendly and after doing the exam/scope and removing gobs of wax (thank you!) he had me do the hearing test which turned out that I had no hearing loss. Bing bang boom. Its always scary when you get older and realize your hearing is bad. I went to Audible in West Jordan and had my hearing tested. Well, I definitely needed hearing aids! David is very patient with me he explains to me how to take care of my hearing aids, even though he has told me before, its just like the first time i asked him. If you need wax removed he does that too and I get to watch the removal on a screen. Tawna is such a bubbly person always there with a big smile to greet you.

I was not being served well by Audibel in Salem OR.I make regular trips to SLC UT. On one such occasion, my receivers were causing me much pain. This is when I found David Ruark of W. Jordon, UT.He fitted me with new hearing aids and I have been coming back to him each time I am in UT for approximately six years. I find him competent and caring. I highly recommend him.

David and the receptionist were professional and exceptionally helpful. I never felt pressured but received valuable information. He spent an hour testing my hearing and letting me try the topline hearing aid. Fortunately, my hearing loss is not yet to the degree of necessitating an aid, but if/when I do, I wont hesitate returning to Audibel and have already referred my husband, who has profound hearing loss in both ears. Audibel has a setting that is specifically for music, which is what he struggles with in the new digital aids.
