Worst customer experience i have ever had. Took months to get the wrong product, shipped to wrong address. Had to look up owner of property to call them to arrange to send label and have it shipped to correct address and not once did we get an apology or offer to cover any of the shipping. Then when products arrived 3 months later after being confirmed on spec sheet and by sales rep they were wrong. When asked they said they changed the specs to better suit our needs without asking if they would fit on the tanks. Needless to say we cant alter a ASME tank to make a part fit that we did not order. Would not take a return. When I explained to sales rep his comment was How Unfortunate. and that was it.This was a test run with Rust Automation before ordering 100 sensors which could have amounted to 100s of 1000s of dollars but not now. How unfortunate for your company. I wish I could give less than a single star rating.
