I have been looking for a repair shop for my million dollar Kirby vacuum...LOL This place was perfect. They had my vacuum fixed the same day, within a couple of hours. The guy that helped me at check in, to the guy I talked to on the phone, were both very nice and professional. Thanks Guys, I will refer and continue to use you for my vacuum needs.

Beautiful store and German engineered cleaning equipment you cant buy anywhere else. I own the largest housekeeping company in my state and for 26 years have used the brand of vacuums they carry exclusively.

Brought my hoover vacuum in to see about getting it fixed. About a week went by without any phone call of what was wrong, so then I called them up to find out what was going on and they came back and mentioned what was needed for repairs, but didnt have the estimate for the parts yet, and would call me back when he found out the prices for the parts. Another week went buy and again no phone call so I called back to find out about it and was told that they tried to call me but didnt get an answer, and yet my caller Id did not show there number and if they did, refused to leave me a message with the cost. Then they decided to make the decision for me and assumed that it was over well over $100.00 that it wasnt worth the time to call and let me decide to fix it or not since every one else decides that it isnt worth the money to fix. Man what liars they are

I purchased my Sebo vacuum from these guys nearly 14 years ago and have never had a problem with it. I buy bags and filters for my vacuum as well as other cleaning supplies here and know I always get the most for my money from people who know what they are talking about.

I took my vacuum in for repair and Mike was quick, fair, as took time to teach me about some maintenance on my machine that I could do myself. Great experience!
