We really love this location and were so pleased to see a Belle Tire on our side of town. To no surprise, the customer service is amazing and they are so quick to meet the needs of the customer, and to right wrongs when necessary. They take responsibility for their work and are honest. Stopped by Belle Tire shortly after visiting a dealership in Lafayette that was supposed to rotate my tires with an oil change. Although I paid for the service, it was obvious they had not done so. Ashley at Belle Tire was gracious and had my tires rotated at no charge, as she said no need to get charged twice. Belle Tire has a happy enthusiastic new customer, the dealership lost a long time one.

Our 18 year old Purdue freshman called us with a flat on her brand new tire…installed by a different company. She called Belle and they scheduled an appointment for her that fit with her class schedule. The manager at Belle was very courteous and professional, even repairing the tire at no charge. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for 12pm and they had my car up on the rack pretty quickly all things considered. I waited less than an hour for my service to be completed and they patched up my tire for free and sent me on my way. Very nice and professional staff with a spacious waiting area. I will be back if I ever need service again.

Very disappointed. Told them I wanted tires rotated and alignment due to front tires wearing. Back tires were in much better shape. Got home and noticed bad tires were still on the front. Took it back and was told they couldn’t rotate because there was only 5/16 tread on the back tires. I should have been told this before they did the alignment cause I would have canceled and rotated myself then got alignment. Also charged me $ 25 for alignment warranty without asking. That’s why I thought they had rotated the tires. Really hoped it would be a good experience since it’s right by my house but first time there will be my last. Need to do an update. They also changed my oil . Got up the next morning to find oil dripping on the driveway from under my truck. By the way this isn’t some old junker, it’s a 2017 Tacoma with 44K miles. Either they left oil on the skid plate and didn’t clean it up or the filter is leaking. So after work I’ll have to pull the plate off and check. New update. Was contacted by Belle tire and Donald was very helpful resolving the issues. The biggest complaint was lack of communication . He even gave me 3 free oil changes which totals more than my original bill. That was way more than fair. That being said I will go back when I need new tires as long as they honor the free oil changes when the time comes. I’ve changed my review from one star to three .

Courteous and friendly staff. I had a question that couldnt be answered from those up front so one went to get a mechanic and he come up and satisfied my question. The whole place is very friendly like they are appreciative of having work. They have earned my business, my second visit.

I have taken my car here a few times. When I take my car in for oil or tires, it has been good. When I have taken my car in for any other maintenance, it has been rough. Having a job that doesnt allow me to stay that the shop, I have left my car there after scheduling a morning appointment. This has lead to my car rarely being worked on in a timely manner. I have to call and inquire (generally waiting on the phone for a while) and indirectly learning that the vehicle is not done. It is one thing to not have an appointment, but for a diagnosed issues, this seems to be a bad step for customer service. I wont give a 1 star since the folks are kind and I have had some good service, but I cant bring my vehicles back since I regularly have no idea what is happening when I leave my car or truck.Update: I had to give a one star. When I showed you to pick up my car because they said it would be ready at 5pm, that time wasnt even close. I waited until past 6pm. With such bad communication and care at this point, I can return.

Got a new set of tires, and they broke my wheel key for the lug nuts. I was told there must have been a weak spot in it 😂. They said they would call once they see if they could find one to match…. Never got a call. The exact one is online for around 20-30$. If I get a flat it will be towed to them at their expense. First time using Belle and will be the last. I will stick to Discount Tire.

I had a small miscellaneous repair that needed to be lifted overhead. They got me in quickly, made the repair, and charged me nothing. Fast and great customer service!

I spent $1800 on tires took it a half mile to home sat for 2 days now has a flat tire I took My daughters car to have a tire fixed still a good tire but would not fix it because the tire is 5 years old therefore if you dont drive a lot of miles dont buy a 70,000 mile tire because after the tire gets 5 years old they wont fix it always trying to sale you a new tire and anybody can say they are the cheapest anyone will match there price they are not not worth 1 star you are better off pluging your own tire

They do good work, but are not good at keeping appointments or estimating the wait time correctly. I had new tires put on during the summer, and I decided to stay and wait for the work to be completed. They took twice as long as they said it would take - I want to say, maybe 3 hours. Austin was apologetic and gave me a free oil change card for the next visit. I visited today to get that free oil change along with a tire rotation. I had an appointment at noon and Lane said it would be 45 minutes. After walking around Meijer for an hour, I came back at 1 pm and they had not started work on my vehicle yet. Jonathan apologized and said it was next. After about another 30 minutes, the vehicle was ready. Again, they did good work, but I wish they were more respective of peoples time and especially to those who make appointments. I am not sure if I will be making a third visit.

Belle Tire was SO busy I couldnt get in to get my flat fixed, but they recommended Car-x, to see if they could get my tired fixed. Very kind and courteous!

They were very friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They did a free inspection of my brakes and found some other things that needs to be fixed. Their waiting area was very clean and spacious. They even had extra face mask just in case someone needs one and hand sanitizer on the ready. I know that I will be going back to there to have my vehicle worked on.

Have gotten service here several times. I came in with no appointment today. I needed an oil change. I had several other errands within walking distance. I needed a haircut, and groceries. I brought my groceries inside while I waited and they offered to put cold items in the fridge/freezer while I waited. Their service attitude extends well beyond the minimum of what you would expect from an auto shop.

Very disappointed with their service. They do things to your car without telling you. I went in for new tires and get home; luckily I live close to the store, and my car said hood open. Now why would they be under my hood to change tires? Apparently they check your fluids but dont tell you then did an alignment check without asking me first. Very disappointed

Pulled out of my garage to be greeted by a low tire pressure warning & found a rear tire near flat, likely a puncture. Belle Tire is about 2.5 miles from home so I drove over slowly & asked them to fix it. They said they would put me on their list but it would be a while. It was done free of charge in about 2 hours + 45 minutes. Once they got on my car the process took about 25 min. Waiting room was clean and spacious with single chairs spaced 7-10 feet apart. Restroom was very clean. Staff seemed professional and efficient. Not rating 5 stars until I see them do more complex work.

Well guys I normally dont do this..... But Im pretty upset right now. So, Belle Tire in West Lafayette kept me for 6 hours for an oil change, and they swindled me into all kinds of things I needed. For my next oil change, I had a recall I needed to get taken care of, I decided to go to the Ford dealership. Guess what?!? Everything they did repairs on, needs corrected and is costing me 4 times the original cost. DONT EVER USE Belle Tire UNLESS YOU WANT MORE ERRORS WITH YOUR VEHICLE.

Jonathan and his team are always so wonderful, upfront and honest, and quick meeting needs. I had emergency that resulted in 2 flats, luckily I had protection plan. I called Jonathan, he recommended a tow company (one was already on the way, should’ve used his!, immediately put workers on my car when I arrived, and got everything ordered that night. The tow company I did used was rough with my car, Jonathan and his team immediately got it on the lift and expected it for any damage they did. He kept me updated and explained everything. For 2 tires, a wheel, and a door part, he got it them delivered fast! He let me add on services since it was already there in the shop, and I felt like my car was as great as ever when I picked it up.I will never go to another shop!

Had to stop because my tire pressure got low and I was 150 miles from home in West Lafayette, Indiana. The team at Belle were so nice. They found I had abad valve, they ordered the valve, had it delivered immediately and fixed it on the spot. They charged me nothing for this service, I had to at least tip the technician that fixed the valve. Because of this I will travel back to West Lafayette to purchase my next set of tires! Great service, I highly recommend!

Said on the phone they would price match, but then when I went they said “this website looks fake.” Even though it was literally legitimate website and made me pay full price. Not true to what they say.

This was my first visit to this new store. I took my car in yesterday because I was having an issue with one of my tires. They advised me about 20 minutes into my visit that my tire did not need replaced but the tire stem did. they stated that they did not have the part in stock but that they would go to a local parts store and purchase one and put it in. They said that it shouldnt take very long at all to do this. In all I was in their office about an hour maybe a little more. When my car was ready the gentleman behind the counter told me that it had taken them too long and he wasnt going to charge me. I know that this probably wasnt a very expensive repair to begin with but it was nice to be given good customer service. I very much appreciate that.

We had a slow leak in our truck tire, so we stopped in at Belle Tire. They found the leak and patched it up, very quickly at that. We are very pleased with our service and was treated well at the counter. 👍

I needed a full set of tires for my 300. Belle Tire had been recommended to me from a friend. So I googled the West Lafayette, IN location and began a text about the tires. After given a quoted price, I tried to make an appointment to get the tires put on only to find out that I had to contact the actual location! I was given the phone number. Instead, I went to the physical business and Lane assisted me. He actually met the quoted price-which to find out was lower than should have been-and they installed the tires right then. Removed an old tire, installed a new Classic tire I bought on the internet and balanced. Great job and friendly service.Also took another wheel to be balanced. The tire was egg shaped not from their store. No charge for trying to balance.

As of 2020, Belle Tire is new in town. It has a comfy waiting area, nice staff, and follow the Covid guidelines well. However...they charged me $72 for an oil change. An OIL CHANGE. They did a free safety inspection on my car and found a few things that were iffy which were expected.They did a voltage test on my battery and it came back running 12.43 volts. They suggested that I replace the battery. My car has a voltage tab and it read 14.2v. I tested it on my battery charger at home and it also read 14.2v. They wanted $296 to replace the battery which works quite well. My car is a chevy compact with a normal battery.My experience was not a good one. In trying times like these, its hard to see why a company would risk losing repeat customers. I have to say unless you have an overflowing pocket, you might want to skip this place...

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and the people who work here! I showed up unexpectedly when I discovered there was a huge nail in my tire and they fit me right into their busy schedule. They had my car ready to go and my tire fixed in under two hours - way sooner than I thought it would be considering I didn’t have an appointment. To top it all off, they were kind enough not charge me anything! I will be returning in the future without a doubt!

Had already tried two repair shops to repair a tire on my wifes car. Had a nail in the back right tire and the other places either were closed or had a 3 hour wait! Meh. Big place. Very sterile. Lots of bays. Had a flat after work. Limped it over there. 2 ahead of me told it would be a relatively long wait. It was 5pm already so I thanked them and took it 1min down the road and got handled immediately. Nice place but probably wont be back. No hard feelings.

I had an appointment at noon to get my tires changed. When I made the appointment last week, the guy on the phone said it would take 1.5 hours to complete. I therefore planned I would be done at 1:30. At 12:40 my car had still not yet been started. I inquired to the guy at the desk and was told they were running behind because of walk in appointments and my car would not be done at the promised 1:30 time. I am therefore not sure the point of making an appointment since walk in people seem to get in the same cue as people who make an appt. I had to leave because they were not able to keep the time they had promised me and I had another meeting I had to attend by 2pm. They do not seem to respect the appt process or that it is important to meet the promised time since people have other obligations. The place was however new and clean and there were ample chairs and a work table in the waiting room. I will try again to get work done there. I just hope in the future they figure out how to respect the appointment process.

They decided to put new tires on before doing the brakes. Took alot of extra time that they didnt need to take.After taking 3 days for tires and brakes they put the wrong rotars on the car didnt take the time when they test drove the car to notice that it was rubbing. Do not recommend coming here unless u want people who dont know what they are doing to work on your vehicle. Very disappointed in lack of service and commitment to quality especially after paying over $2,100 for tires and brakes.

Officially the WORST car service I’ve ever experienced. Took my car in to have the driver’s side front tire valve stem replaced. Waited two hours and they replaced the entire wrong one. Told me to bring it in the next day, so I did. They worked on the correct tire, but it is now flatter than a pancake and worse than when I brought it. Mechanics do not care as they went through my center console to find my lug nut but, and left my stuff strewn about my car. So now I have a very flat tire and money in the hole. Would not recommend.

I am 86 years old and during my adult life span I have experienced customer service from extremely poor to outstanding.But today, November 4th, at the Belle Tire store in West Lafayette, In, I witnessed above and beyond on a scale that defies belief!After a new tire was installed on my minivan I checked out and and started my 2019 Honda Odyssey only to find the lane mitigation sensor flashing in the off position. I spent several minutes trying to reestablish it but to no avail. After a few minutes, the Belle employee who checked me out came out to see what the problem was.He thoughtfully worked on the problem for about ten minutes but could not resolve it. But he offered to send out one of two employees who have more experience with automobile sensor systems.The next technician tried every means he could think of but yielded to another tech after about ten minutes. The next technician did, after about ten minutes, resolve the sensor problem.The upshot of this story is (1) Belle Tires was not responsible for my faulty sensor, (2) they noticed I had a problem, (3) they offered to resolve it and after a lot of time and effort they did - and did so without any cost to me.WHO DOES THIS? NOBODY! Belle Tires excells in Customer Service. Theyre the real deal.

My tire went flat because of the weather，so I went there told the front desk specifically to Replace the spare tire with the orginal tire，and pump three other tires back to normal pressure，which is 32psi. When I got my car back，one tire is 35psi and three other were still 26psi. Can you even imagine this is a job done by a tire shop？Never gonna come back again.

Made appointment to get tires balanced at 4pm . Apon arriving was told they were short handed. Also it would be one to one and half hour wait. I was so disappointed in this new tire store. While in the store call tire barn and they got me in . They didnt want any money for there services just wanted me to come back when I needed new tires...

Oh my gosh they were incredible. My car had an awful smell and smoking and i had a long road trip to go on. They fixed all my problems, made sure my car was safe for my travels, and even stayed over to make sure I was on the road. I am so thankful Johnathan and Derrick at this location

I went in on Monday after Black friday. I had z nsil inmy tier. Belle Tire out if everyone i had called was able to get me in and out. Everyone eles said they had a 2-3hr wait. I am new to the area and was greatful to find a place that seemed to care aboutmy needs and didnt up charge me because I was a women. Thank you for helping me feel safe on the road sgain.

The new Belle Tire location in West Lafayette, Indiana just opened and I look forward to having my cars serviced there because of the great service I have always received from Belle Tire.
