Awesome Einsteins. Very nice clean facility is a testament to the management happening here. Helpful, friendly staff. Large eating area. Great counter display. It was a good experience. I ordered a new menu item..like a chicken and egg bagel deal. But they had to nix the cream cheese. Staff then suggested the roasted pepper spread which was a great choice. When it came time to pay, a change in bagel was recommended since it also had cheese. I agreed! I would have been upset if I carried out and found a cheesy bagel after avoiding all the cheese. Overall, great customer serive and food!

Great downtown breakfast joint. Its hard to go wrong with anything they offer. I tried several of their sandwiches and the coffee. The sandwiches were made as-pictured (not the mushed soggy mess of fast food) and the coffee is hot and bold.They carry a few varieties of Caribou Coffee, which is as good as or better than Starbucks.Prices are generally high, but youll get that with the good location and the higher quality food (you wont find them waffle tacos here). Coffee prices are on par with Starbucks. I guess thats just the going rate for bean water here.

First time customer. Ordered online and more than half of my order (burrito combo pack) was unavailable. So my options are to cancel the whole order or wait for it to get here so my wife can eat something sooner than later. I decided to wait for the other half of my order but this is the part you dont consider Einstein brother bagel. I will get my refund for the burritos but will I get my refund on the extra tip Ive given my driver or something in return for the fact that your website has kept two people at my house hungry this morning? Probably not. Will not order again. Mom and pop companies need to rework their agreements with door dash to update heir menus more frequently. How often things like this happen is awful and now my money is tied up I wont be receiving my food and Im frustrated as I can possibly be at 8:30 am.

Student life is incomplete without Einsteins ever so often. Benchmark for bagels, good black coffee and early morning hours make for one of the best to-go and dining locations off campus. Banana-nutells bagel is the most indulgent of the lot, serves as great comfort food and the Everything bagel is just special. Add cream cheese with n flavors and you have a handy treat every single time.

Placed my order online ahead in app, got there in the time frame they asked me to and my drinks were there so I waited 20 mins for the rest of my order. Nothing, so I asked about my order and since it was busy I figured they were trying to catch up, I saw other online orders being filled, the lady said it was there and was going to be made soon. 40 mins later, larger families came in with orders larger than mine and ordered at the window, they got their order before me. I asked again after that and they said my order was made and taken. I just don’t understand how that wasn’t figured out when I asked the first time. So waiting an hour for food in a crowded cramped small lobby, I finally got my food which I get it wasn’t their fault that someone stole it, however it’s already upsetting they asked for proof, and did not offer any free food or anything for the time I spent waiting so long, like why would I wait an hour watching people get food and get to eat and watch them work if I wasn’t waiting for food myself. Seems like the whole situation was irritating when it was brought to their attention twice. Tbh I put it in the hands of what seemed like the manager, she seemed to be in charge of it all and still doesn’t understand customer service comes first? I been in the industry years. If she doesn’t understand, she should find a new job.

Great place. Even better staff. They go out of their way to help out if you just ask. Can not recommend them enough. The good is always good and the price is just right.

Saw a fly hovering above the bagels during my last visit. Contacted management via the website but received no reply, despite the website saying we will get back to you as soon as possible. In this case I have no choice but let everyone see what it feels like to watch unsafe food being prepared.

I order online 99% of the time and never had an issue to date. Yummy bagels and bagel sandwiches. Vanilla Hazelnut coffee is hot and tasty always. The team there does a great job.

I wanted to try their Farmhouse breakfast bagel but wanted to change the shmear to chive & onion. I wasnt able to make the customisation via their app so called into the store and tried to place the order that way, however, they dont take orders via the phone. So we asked them to make note of this change and placed the order via the app.The Farmhouse bagel was super yummy! Its a fully loaded breakfast sandwich but totally worth it. I would recommend the chive and onion shmear - its so good. Ordering via the app is pretty seamless.Will be going back!

Einsteins is a must-visit while at Purdue. Their breakfast sandwiches are delightful and the staff is helpful and friendly.My favorite sandwich here is the All Nighter!

Ordered online, showed up, waited forever, asked them if they got my order, they said they didnt and that I would need to order again and contact the company to get a refund... Waste of time and money for bagels that have paper super glued to them.

The iced coffee is by far the best on campus. The prices are mid-range but if you are looking for a pick-me-up and need a bagel and coffee it is fairly cheap. Ive tried some of the sandwiches and havent found one that stands out. They do have vegetarian options which is a plus.

Awesome bagels, great atmosphere, and very good coffee! I tried topping a bagel with salmon, it was a great decision. Im especially partial towards the pumpernickel bagels, theyre so filling that one can pass for a meal sometimes! I encourage anybody with time on monday mornings to grab some bagels, because its $7 for 13. Good prices, great bagels!

Some GOOD bagels!! All kinds of bagels, different shmears (cream cheeses), different meals to do with the bagels (pizza, ham sandwich, etc.), all kinds of good. Super yummy! And definitely sign up for the rewards program. They send you coupons in your email all the time!

Its busy but they do well with keeping up. The interior is clean, it could use a fresh coat of paint but overall its nice. Prices are ok, and the staff was working hard. The location is nice its not out of your way or right in the way. The food was good and the coffee rivaled other places.

Need to grab a quick breakfast before Breakfast Club? Einstein has your back. Einstein opens early and is a great location to find a quick meal and some O.K. coffee. The clean interior and helpful staff made this place a good stop.

Their food is typical, and adequate. For the longest time, though, their service is stoic, lackadaisical, and completely lacking in energy, enthusiasm and friendliness. The whole place has a quiet hostility to it.

This place needs to take a week off to deep clean and renovate. There arent many of these left and I still like the food, but this place makes me sad. The inch deep of crumbs in the front of their display case is upsetting. The employees work hard, but it does often seem like they need more workers.

Staff at this location are always as fast and friendly as possible and food is always delicious and reasonably priced. Dining room seems to stay fairly clean and tidy despite being quite busy much of the time.

Really great bagel sandwiches and coffee at reasonable prices. Theyve definitely improved in quality over time. Only thing is its really loud in their, even when its mostly empty due to the acoustics and music.

I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and waiting about 10 minutes when I usually wait about 3 minutes. Turns out my bagel was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes while workers walked past and didn’t even let me know that my food was ready. An older gentleman working there even used the bathroom while my food sat on the counter. I would’ve grabbed it myself but I wasn’t aware anything was there due to where I was sitting. So I attempted to eat my bagel with butter cold. Clearly the workers don’t care. Sad.

The first time I was there I asked if their bagels were vegan and the worker said yes. Today I asked if there was any eggs or milk in their multigrain roll and the worker did not hesitate and said no, there isn’t. Her coworker proceeds to turn around and says, what was the question? Then says ALL the dough has eggs in it. This means I consumed eggs my first visit because a worker feigned confidence in her knowledge. This serves as a red flag to all vegans and people with food allergies.

This place is by far my favorite place on campus! The dining room is huge and great to study in. Also all the staff I was helped by were amazing and very kind & thoughtful

The food always taste great. They recently switched to Caribou coffee, which I definitely think is worse than the store brand they previously served. The hours of the store may change during University breaks.

Einstein bagels has a huge selection of gourmet bagels. They have some very good cheese spreads. This place opens at at 6 AM and is a great place to get breakfast.
