I work across the street and come in on a daily basis, Everytime i come in and Noah is working he asks me for my id because the crew i walked in with bought cigarettes. I quit smoking over a year ago, i tried to meet on common ground with him and tell him i am not buying tobacco and i never will. Even though he knows me through my crew mates and has seen my id he still asks me everytime i go in.If Noah is working i will turn around and leave, im tired of being harassed by him and the management not doing anything and judging by people with similar reviews id say this has been an issue for awhile now.

Wanted to buy cigarettes but the clerk simply speculated that I had walked in alongside two minors after he was not paying attention and denied me the sale. Unprofessional and had no reason other than it’s the new law. Losing money due to poor judgement and accusations. The clerk who is losing this locations money is named Noah. He will ask you to leave if he gets uncomfortable with your ID because he can’t make proper judgement calls. Very poor business operations. Asking someone to leave the establishment after not being able to discern a situation is infuriating. I have never in my adult life been denied a sale on account of speculating. He was shaken up and nervous, this gentleman does not deserve a position as night crew if he is unable to make reasonable judgement calls. He was NOT paying attention to the customers as we filed in and denied me a sale. Pathetic.

All I can say is that I asked for months for this Circle K to carry Powerade as a fountain beverage, a hydrating and relatively healthy option compared to sodas (contains B vitamins, which are good for your brain!). Eventually the staff told me the truth: that they had communicated this feedback to management and that management simply did not care enough to consider it. Recently, the Discount Den moved to an adjacent location and we now go there almost everyday to purchase Powerade and no longer go to the Circle K. Maybe management should take customer feedback seriously next time.

I had one of the worst experiences here yesterday. I went in to grab a fountain drink and as I walked up to the counter, there were already 2 people in front of me. The worker then proceeded to lock the doors with us inside and told us we were not allowed to leave. She said this was because the card reader and cash register were not working. She told us we had to wait for the manager to get there and that she didnt live far away. I was told that since I already had some of my fountain drink I had to pay and could not leave. There was 4 of us inside who were not allowed to leave at that point. While we were waiting for the manager, the employee was talking with the first customer in line about how this is her second job, that she has a factory job, so she doesnt really care much about this one. A woman was was then allowed in if she agreed to wait, which she did making it 5 of us in the store. The manager finally arrived about 10 minutes later and told the employee she was not supposed to lock the store with us INSIDE. WE all paid for our stuff and went on our way. I am very annoyed that we were essentially held against our will in the store. I wont be going back here and I will let everyone I know about the situation.
