I had the best experience at this store. McKenzie was very helpful and super knowledgeable about the paints we were buying. She made the entire process simple and easy. I will never go anywhere else for paint because of this experience.

The manager really doing stuff in there and they matched a wood stain for me off an old piece, the homeowners are very happy

I found the West Lafayette store in good condition, ready to mix and provide custom paint when i came in the store. The Assistant Manager (Quentin) was very helpful in sorting out how to make an account that worked for me (to keep paint color records).

We have tried twice in 2 months to obtain a paint fan deck. We are willing to pay for the fan deck. Both times we’ve been told there are none in stock. In addition we have received no assistance in obtaining a fan deck. We prefer Sherwin Williams paint. In previous years we have purchased paint from this store. Each time we had excellent customer service. When we informed the young man we would now move to another paint brand it was clear he wasn’t too concerned.

Purchased paint the other day via curbside service. It was nice to see that Sherwin-Williams West Lafayette had their employee wearing protective gear to keep them safe while servicing their customers.

Always a great experience - order online and pick up curbside with no person to person contact is an excellent service for this pandemic. Couldn’t have been happier!

Its just paint and stain... so the staff is focused on PAINT and STAIN... not an entire stock of hardware supplies. I have too many things to do, I dont want to repaint a room four and five times to get it right. I appreciate their knowledgeability.
