Worst customer service ever. They do not keep their promises. I canceled and they still have not picked up empty bottles.
Requested a delivery of water. Went fine. Added some sparkling water. They didnt deliver it. I messaged them about the missing water which was invoiced, and 3 days later, they messaged me back and delivered another type of sparkling water, not the one I ordered. Charged me a delivery fee for that too. Never refunded me for the incorrect water, or the missing water.Probably the worst customer service response Ive ever received.Someone else wrote in their review that they had online chat and resolved their issue that way for a 5 star review. Um, there is no online chat? Please dont shill.
EDIT: I decided to give them a chance. I think they had a change of management or ownership. It happened about six months after I started using them. After that it was like night and day. Deliveries are very prompt and I even get a text when they’re About to deliver. They even have an app. They have added a delivery fee even though that should’ve just been in the price. They are starting in September charging an extra $2 a bottle which I’m not quite happy with but I do understand that prices never stay the same. I’m bumping them up from 1 star to 4. Can’t give them 5 because there going up in prices in me.If I could give less than one star I would. Same as other reviews. Just started using them in January. The first delivery was on time because I was a new patron. The next delivery was two weeks late. The customer services response is to give you free water. I asked her what good is free or paid water if I dont have it to drink. This last one is one week late. Ill give it one more go. Anymore and there are plenty of other water companies out there.
They consistently miss and screw up orders of jugs to our theater, leaving many actors without water on nights of shows. Have to call to national headquarters and go through website that does not work. Nestle took them over and can not manage from afar. They have no interest in making us happy. Just the same old driver had issues, we can come next week. Going to find a local service.
They gave me a timeframe of my first delivery between 8AM-1PM. Never showed up. Same thing happened when they came to pick up my old cooler in a previous location in a different state. Never showed up. Horrible customer service when you call. Be prepared to wait on hold for 15 minutes. Avoid this unprofessional and unreliable company.
Never had a problem with delivery and wrong order type stuff but just received a letter that they’re increasing prices absurdly. So I’m done.
One of the worst companies in the entire world.They cant seem to show up as scheduled and obviously dont have a phone system where they call to reschedule. This has happened more times than i can count.Supervisor gave me her phone number to call her anytime another problem occurred....it did and I did....she never returned my call.If you like to stay in all day waiting for a no show....the product is great.
Its convenient as a business to be delivered for water/cups.
My wife and I have been customers for almost a year and just lately our service has gone from great to sub-par. The deliveries for the past 2 months have been pushed back several times without explanation ahead time.
