I am very angry with these people at the west memphis store. They dont know how to deliver your items correctly. You pay them the money and they say they will be delivered next day and they never show up. I was up early waiting on them....ALL DAY! I try to be patient the first day, but by end of day patience ran out especially after I called and was lied to about my stuff being delivered before they close. Then use the excuse that they are short-handed. PLEASE! They cant be that busy to skip my order. Get a schedule planner on your deliveries people. Its called organization. I think they need to hire new people that care about actually taking heart to customers needs cause none of them in the store do. You pay and have to wait couple days to get your stuff you ordered its ridiculous.

Ive been trying to get my fridge & stove delievered but they either can never transfer me OR just doesnt answer. They said they would have it delievered last Friday.... Nothing.... They said yesterday that our things were on the truck.. STILL NOTHING.... I called again 20 mins ago & he couldnt transfer me ?? REALLY ?! Im definitely NOT HAPPY !!
