Not the best place to stay at. This place is 4 miles away from a Walmart. Showers were small but clean. Bathrooms were a little dirty. Pee on the seat and toilet paper on floor. No toilet paper in men’s bathroom. Husband had to ask someone to get some. Beggars were at the front door all day. I felt very uncomfortable every time I walked in the building. We got up to leave around 530 am and a man knocked on our truck asking for money.Iron skillet is closed so is I-hop. KFC and taco bell across the street are closed. There is a McDonald’s in walking distance. Huge grass area in back to walk dog. There is a truckers lounge and laundry facilities.
I have left this exact same review on multiple platforms!**Iron Skillet Restraunt CLOSED**Yet another Petro or Travel Centers of America location that going into the ground. Parking lot has multiple low lying areas that get really flooded with water when it rains, so puddles of water are bad here. The parking lot is also in desperate need of a releveling and repaving job as there are multiple pot holes and low level, uneven areas all over the properrty.Iron Skillet is CLOSED and being rolemodled into a IHOP. Only food is roller grill items like hot dogs and nachos, or you can go to the Diesel Fuel Island and get limited options from hot case there. There is another area of issues. The diesel island area has not been upgraded, renovated, remodeled or had a facelift done on it in decades and is super tiny, narrow over packed/cluttered and trying to walk back to the tiny bathrooms is super hard if someone is standing by hot case ordering, as you will both have to turn sideways to pass each other and if you or the other person are larger in size the one by hot case has to move or you wont get by. PETRO AND TA CLAIM TO CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF THE DRIVERS AND WANT THEM TO STAY FIT SND EVEN PROVIDE OUTDOOR ACTIVOTIES LIKE CORNHOLE, HOORSESHOES AND BASKETBALL AS WELL AS EVEN GYMS AT SOME OF THOER LOCATIONS. BUT YET THEY ARE REMOVONG THE IRON SKILLETS AND COUNTRY PRODES FROM ALMOST EVERY LOCATION WHICH PROVIDES DROVERS WITH A SOT DOWN RESTRAINT THE JAS GOOD, HEALTHY HE.COOKED MEALS AND REPLACING THEM WITH DISGUSTING UNHEALTHY FATNING FAST FOOD CHAINS LIKE POPEYES, TACO BELL, CHARLOES SUBS ETC. PETRO AND TA NO LONGER CARE ABOUT THE DROVERS. ITS ALL ABOUT LINING THIER POCKETS. THEY NEED TO TAKE PRODE IN THIER STORES, GET THEM BACK TO GOW THEY WHERE BEFORE 2000, DO A TOP TO BOTTOM HOUSE CLEANING AT EVERY STORE AND HIRE NEW STAFF AT ALMOST EVERY LOCATION INCLUDONG THIER SECURITY . IF THEY CANT DO THIS, THEN INY OPINION OTHER TRUCK STOPS JUST NEEDS TO CONTINUE PUTTING THEM OUT OF BUSINESS
I gave it one star for the showers that were at least clean. The rest was not a good experience, Day cashier at fuel island was on her phone and rude 95% of the time, the Cook was rude but made some good food. Trashy place with no security, alot of panhandlers out in the lot. The night cashier was great tho. So 👍 for showers and night cashiers.
There is no restaurant at this Petro says IHOP coming soon so don’t plan to stay here a weekend showers are working still and the fuel island has some food
This truck stop has lots of parking, they didnt charge to park there, but they have a booth, to where they can. The parking lot is very bad, but the roads in this whole State are bad, so it doesnt surprise me. Theres a river 3.6 miles away. I rode my bicycle there. That was nice. Other then the parking lot, and this location being older, its a nice truck stop. Lots of options for food, and the staff are nice. Its a clean store inside.
ATTENTION drivers do NOT visit here!!!! they have no toilet paper!! paid for a shower/bathroom and there was no toilet paper. had to use my rag and then shower. when i addressed it the employees…they could care less. will NEVER go to this petro again
Awesome food at fuel island. Thank you to the 2 cooks for making fresh food for all of us,since the iron skillet is closed down for good. IHOP Restaurants are coming into play now in most Petros across this great country get ready for it
If you have TA service on ur yard u need to be responsible for it since drunkies works in there and making drivers wait 20 to 30 hours and still doesn’t know what they are doing.
Pulled in to park at 7 pm, drove around the lot and passed 2 rows because they were marked reserved, found one that wasnt marked reserved... And still got accosted my the obese unprofessional security guard Jeremy at 10:30pm! When I pointed out that the spot was not marked, he said it was, it wasnt marked, he started swearing at me I told him I wasnt moving, he should have told me earlier since now theres nowhere to park!He ended calling the police and I was told I could not be on the property! Picture included! This truck stop has to be the worst! Everyone that works there should be unemployed!
If I didnt need fuel I wouldnt stop here...the past 3 weeks iv made several stops here trash cans full.trash everywhere no windshield washer fluid to clean ur windows.card readers dont work..this particular petro is disgusting an Petros an ta are my favorite places to stop...
This is the most ghetto truck stop Ive seen. The people who work here have zero customer service skill.
No food, iron skillet is closed and nothing on the rollers no sandwiches, better pack a lunch or be prepared to walk if you stay here.
Petro, Iron skillet has the worst customer service on a Sunday! I was asked to sit where I liked and waited for the lady to start serving other customers ahead of me. They couldnt even take plates off the table to accommodate in a clean space. How about you hire people who can take care of those hungry customers that keep your supply chain moving.
Girl working day shift at fuel desk doesnt know how to cash a simple com check. Bathrooms are dirty. Restaurant closed. Beggars in the parking lot. Not a great stop
This must be the worst run facility in all of the Petro stores! I sat almost 10 1/2 hour for service for a PM. on my truck ! Only to find out at 3am in the morning that the didn’t have the right oil for my truck! And was met with an attitude from a hood rate service tech named Kisha with fake hair who seemed to be more interested in her cellphone than customer service! Very unprofessional! If you need mechanical work done, you might as well go the the Speedco just behind the Petro. Really I would not even give this Petro one star. But it would let me post.
The only reason to ever stop here was the iron skillet. Now theyve closed that and are putting in a fricken IHOP. Once again the brain dead in the corporate offices have no clue what truckers want. That or theyre intentionally screwing us. Either way, the people they employ in west Memphis are inconsiderate, rude, clueless, idiots and Ill never come here again.
Use to be a clean place go now its a nightmare might catch COVID-19 very dirt place health department needs to shutdown this place.....
Arrived around 8pm on Saturday evening and had to fuel the truck and do a post trip inspection. Asked at fuel desk how late restaurant was open and they said 9pm. I paid for my parking $18 and went to grab a bite, only to be told they were closed (at 8:30). I asked if I could place an order “to go” and was told no. GFY...you people need to remember how you get resupplied and who built your chain of “travel centers”...I’m doing a 34 hour reset here and you can best bet I will not spend another F-ing dime here!!!
Probably the worse petro Ive ever seen
The Reserved Parking is an issue. Please paint the parking lot so drivers can identify which is which. Good food in the fuel island though no complaints.
Went there today and got some food the lady there was really making my food and eating food at the same time with no gloves I have two stars because the older lady was very nice and could obviously comprehend better than the middle age woman visibly eating and serving food at the same time
Dirty, smelly, stuff very unkind and rude! Don’t stop here!
Worst experience night gourd is over reacting. Shop is in bad leadership parking is like ATM
Only about 1/3 of the truck pumps work.Lot is free (except reserves) but full of holesAlso filthy
Most cheap workshop staff ever seen. Zero customer service.
Big disappointment for my Petro Service Department experience. Service guy told another customer (when asked about another service being done) was told (get in your truck and go on down the road). One bad apple can ruin a experience.Over all dusty/dirty. Not good customer service at 6am.Asked about carry bag special. Same guy said couldnt do it. Im a Platinum Ultra One customer so Im a big fan of Petro/TA, however not enough space to discuss the issues this early shift has. A review of video by management would be a start.
This is supposed to be a truck stop, but they have no food services any more. Without a hot meal, they are not a truck stop and need to be removed from all directories.
Great serviceI was here am and pm.Food is awesome.Had white fish salad coffee with chocolate peanut butter cake. Yummy.Definitely coming back.
Worst customer service ever. You cant even ask a question without getting attitude from the employees. And thats EVERY time you go in there. For the longest time I avoided this truck stop because of this. I guess some things never change. Ill continue to shop elsewhere.
My fiance stopped there to fuel and grab a quick bite to eat while in the fuel island someone broke into her truck and stole her GPS that she worked very hard for.We then brought it to the attention of the fuel island clerk who instructed us to ask for a manager the manager did not respond to our plea for assistance and was absolutely unhelpful. We then asked if the cameras that were above the fuel island were functional and were told that there are no cameras but then I pointed out that there was two mounted cameras and then the manager of the fuel island stated that they could not review the camera footage until a police officer directed him to do so.Does anyone else think its funny that at first the fuel manager said that there were no cameras but then in the period of one minute stated that they have a protocol that they have to go through to view the camera footage? We were never able to speak to a manager regarding the issue, I would suggest never stopping at this place.
This is the WORST truck stop Ive been to. Do NOT use truck service!!! They are unprofessional and do not care about their job, much less KNOW how to do their job. Upon check-in, the lady was multi tasking as she got my information and was on a video call with her friend. She literally stopped typing for about 30 seconds just to take her phone off the charger and prop it up against the computer. The technicians got the repair ticket mixed up between our truck and another truck from our company that required a road call. We were waiting OVER 6 HOURS just to have a tire looked at for possible replacement on a TRAILER!!! A very simple job. They put it off and left the night shift responsible...only 1 technician who, of course, was on road calls back to back.Needless to say, but relevant, we are on our way to another repair shop who deserves the money. As for the store, unsanitary and rude staff. Definitely not a place you want to step into during COVID.
This petro is so poorly run that its very hard to really paint an accurate picture. Im going to try, though. I came in & sat in a highly visible spot, in which the waitress sees me, but says nothing. So I thought nothing of it until someone else comes & sits down & gets immediate assistance. So I have no problem if a person doesnt like the way I look. I then move to a another part of the restaurant, where Im sitting to place my order. A waitress comes out & asks all the customers to leave b/c they dont have any or enough servers. I dont even know where to begin with this one. Covid has not only killed customer service, but it appears competence as well.
Surprised,!they get rid giving tickets at the entry post,??means u dont have to 🍎🍔🍕buy($20)to get free parking🤔😧 but mostly half of parking lots are pay-per-noview (RP) spot😞👎Have u seen the 👀NASTYMAN???,man dont know how dispose his bottle of urine, just leave it at the parking lot.THAT HIM THE NASTY MAN
Went there to West Memphis Petro today, trash out side restroom disgusting told cashier and responds was she wasnt cleaning that sh#$. If what you can see is bad imagen the kitchen! I would not be going there again if i can help it.
I would give the road side assistance a negative score if possible! I called for assistance at 5:30pm and I am still waiting at 8:18pm!! I called the “call center” back and they can just make excuses as to why it takes 3 hours to travel 14 miles on a Sunday...... I call the service center to speak to a service manager as the call center suggested only to be told by the lady they dont have one! What kind of shabby operation are you running?
It would be nice to see the day when the businesses we supply give the service they expect from truck drivers!!!
I suggest coming here over the Flying J across the street that place was a joke I was disgusted by their customer service and high prices. We got our tire replaced here and gas at the Pilot and appreciated their better customer service over flying js.
Please paint the parking lot reserved spots! Parked in an unmarked spot and got woken up in the night and was forced to pay since the lot was full by then. Also be very careful there are some really bad potholes here.
Best service hot showers cold Dr Peppers and Brims Pork Rinds Memphis company locally owned and locally staffed . Thats were Panchosgets their tortilla chips from.
The prices here are ridiculous. A 1 liter bottle of brisk lemon tea $2.79 across the street or anywhere else $0.99 i just walked across the other street to McDonalds and got a large sweet tea for $1...
Stopped in for a bite to eat. Sat down 20 min later still no one, 30 min no one. So I left. They seen me come in, didnt even ask if I wanted anything to drink. I miss the days of real restaurants at truck stops not this. Plus the restaurant tables where FILTHY. Definitely not stopping here again
Took 2 hours to get a shower then after that I find out the restaurant closed at 8 .... good job puting truckers first
Love this place. I use to work at a truck wash in Memphis about 25 years ago. Every night we would come here and get the all you can steak. We could tell who was working in the kitchen that night by the way the first two steaks that came out were cooked. The buffet is also first class. Great place to stop.
Nice place great 🍲
Dont bother to reserve parking here untill you all read claimed one. Your going to wast your time and money.
Being truck drivers we dont have a lot of options to get out and eat unless we come to a place like this! However our first time in a while we decided to actually get out and eat was a big disappointment! We came on a day where the cook manager decided not to cook apparently, so the restaurant mgr was instead! We had to wait to order because the waitress told us he didnt want to cook because the tickets were backed up! 😳 Wasnt that busy! Waited 20 mins to order, food took another 20 and came out enough for a childs plate, looked nothing like picture, was cold and not prepared the way we asked! Will not be spending our money here again. Next time we will drive a little further if we want to eat! The showers were clean enough but could use a good bleach scrub. The place overall is clean and pleasant for truckers to hang out a bit when need a break from truck! Over people were friendly, however it would not be a bad idea for the corporate to do some secret shopping to weed out the few unprofessional, unfriendly ones they have here. With that being said they get a 3!
Easy on and off. Maybe not in the best of neighborhoods but the people and workers are friendly and the iron skillet has some good food. Catch the buffet during ribs night and the steak buffet is always good. Breakfast too.
At the fuel island: Last week, stopped in for some eggs and bacon and a cup of coffee, to go. Ladies at the buffet were discussing home life, while ignoring me. The lady at the pump register was on the phone talking about quitting her job, while ignoring me. This week, kinda the same. Just a piss poor attitude towards customer. Or is it just me? Anyway, I did not feel welcome nor appreciated as a customer or individual. Ill never come here again.
Horrible place, dirty bathrooms after long wait and and no towels, the lady who cleans the bathrooms said Im not the cleaning lady!!!!!
Do not get service done here at night. There are no managers on duty at night. Came in to get service at 1300 for an air leak on my trailer. Got called in to an open bay at 0200 of the next day. Tech spent an hour looking and couldnt find leak. Tech spent the next hour trying to figure out how to use e-shop to close ticket. Tech gave up and decided to wake up the mgr who was sleeping in his minivan outside to come help......smh
Batting 1000. Card reader down, kiosk dont work and Def dont pump
Petro iron skillet USED to be my favorite restaurant on the road. Dont think Ill be coming back. If you are running a restaurant then order the damn food to serve. They have changed the chicken fried steak. It is TERRIBLE! They didnt have hard boiled eggs for the salad, they didnt have alfredo, or parmesan or the hidden valley ranch, etc. The waitress was very attentive.
Faded reserved parking signs not even seeable...by the time they told be reserved was full and these isiots chase you around with a flashlight ...then the lady at iron skillet puts you on hold for 15 minutes then hangs up for to go order...typical petro the worst of the worst service out here card readers have been broken for years forcing you to deal with a cashier in covid season ...i wish loves and flying j would get big enough to run ta petro right out of business...they have it coming and would derserve it!
The smaller petro store near truckers fuel isle The lady was nasty rude and disrespectful cooking that nasty food and the fool look like it had been there for three days !!! But the younger girl which was the cashier was wonderful!!
Been here for 5 hours and still havent had my tire fixed and they got rid of the used tired I had already paid for
They have never had really good food. I dont know if Corporate has rules that keep the Cooks from doing a good job or they dont hire good cooks.
We always stop here on our way to DC. It has several places inside to eat, a hair dresser, and a place to shop for souvenirs. For truck drivers, they offer a theater and showers. Great place to stretch your legs.
Great place we stop here whenever we can. No more paid parking unless its the few reserve spots and I mean few. Store and restaurant have been remodeled. Plus there is a cab shop satellite shop Barber and chapel all on premises
Soup and salad was a disappointment. 2PM on a Sunday. Everything was picked over and nearly empty. $13. For a Coke, bowl of soup and a salad. Sad! The server was good. Add a $2 tip. Now$15. Not a good value. Maybe if some of the tables were clean I would give two stars. North Little Rock is way better. Maybe its management? Thankfully breakfast was a totally different experience. They deserve a full on 4 🌟 review. The two ladies up front had it under control.
I stopped here for repairs to a trailer. I wish I could do 2 separate reviews, one of the check in ladies and the other for the kid that worked on the trailer. The ladies, copped a little attitude, no big deal but they fussed about me getting too close to the counter while at the same time they were not wearing their masks. Signs everywhere saying they are mandatory. (I don’t care where you stand on using a mask these days, I do and I’m doing for your benefit whether you think its legit or not. It aint hurtin you).As for the kid in the shop, he was friendly and did his job. Part replaced and even though it took him a while, I was billed for an hour of labor. I have heard of questionable repairs at TA’s in the past but this time it was good service.
What started out as a negative and bad experience ended up being pleasant.Filed a complaint through the TA-Petro site and the manager was quick to call back and ask about the situation. Compensated our dinner. That alone was outstanding service and well appreciated.
This Petro seems to be better than it used to be. Definitely more secure and cleaner. The staff are really nice. It is awesome to get off the road and be greeted with a smile and friendly words. The restaurant is mediocre at best though. The seafood buffet at a pricey $14.99 had some dried out fried fish and some drowning in oil fish... nope. The other offerings were depletedI ordered off the menu, and got the hamburger steak. I asked for it medium, in hopes that it wouldnt be too cooked to death and dried out, but to no avail. I ended up getting a very well done hamburger steak and my fries were cold, apparently because the hamburger had been sitting on the grill for so long. I did have breakfast and that was pretty good. So I guess Ill just stick with the breakfast meal.
Please stay away from the restaurant. Worst meal, bad selection, bad wattress. Id give a 0 if I could. You would think these folks would be dieing to work but I guess not. I ordered chicken breast dinner. I got 1 small slab with nothing but 1 cold mac n cheese. Took 25 min to get my mac n cheese back luke warm. Waiters sucked and didnt care. Nit ever going back
Got here at 7PM and got right in for 2 new steers and an oil change. Had to wait until 11:45 for the alignment but got it all done. Was disappointed that I was not given any casing credit for my steers. One was in good shape and the other only had a small flat spot. I shouldve taken my drill and drilled hole in the sidewall so they cant get credit for it since I got charged a disposal fee. Oh well
Not bad at all, I usually go for Loves truck stops but Petro has lounges and other stuff for drivers that must places dont. Also, The Iron Skillet is pretty good
Place was clean, spend $20 so you can park your truck for 24hrs what a racket they got 280 spots! Parked across the street for free and braved traffic on foot so I could eat a sit down meal for once. Glad I didnt spend $20 on dinner would have been pissed at myself.😜
Came in for a new trailer tire . Waited outside the bay for about an hour, not too bad. Got in the bay, took the outside tire off and the inside Tire, over two and a half hours later till they had to replace them and put them back on. After 2 hours I finally went and asked what was going on because my husband is much nicer than I am. They said they were waiting to get permission to replace two tires instead of just one but considering that isnt the techs job,he could have been taken care of the one tire and getting it mounted while waiting for the okay on the 2nd. Ridiculous.
The Employees are awesome. The management is probably a liberal. They are pulling the coin shortage bs.The ice machine has been broke for how long? The whole dump is paid parking. No cash in the drawer for cash advance.Go to one of the other truck stops in th area and save the headache.
We drove 100 miles to visit friends and for a country fried steak. When we arrived they were out of the steaks. We ordered something else. The server brought out our orders 1 thing at a time. By the time we got our full orders it was all cold.it took about 10 minutes for the server to come and take our orders. Then it took us about 30 minutes to get all of our orders.
I went in to the fuel island to get some hot food and was ignored either because I am white, trans, or other. Will not be shopping at this location EVER!
Totally disappointed. asked for chicken fried steak .. they were out.. no problem. asked for eggs Benedict... came back with fried eggs on burnt fried ham on a muffin.. no hollandaise sauce... seriously! settled on poached eggs with Italian sausage.... got greasy kebasa instead! husbands steer burger was burnt and dry.
Most Petro Travel Centers are better than this one. Half the food on the buffet was unrecognizable. It was in West Memphis! I was born and raised an hour away! What are they thinking? $15.99? I could order steak for less.I got the salad bar in a to go container and ate it in the drivers lounge. The construction going on out front is a big negative for everyone on this exit. You would think they might try to compensate. Too many settlers I suppose.Food didnt make me sick after 4 hours so theres a plus.
The food at the fuel island is the best! Save your money on the buffet and get some. The lady who makes it really cares and it shows in the the taste! All the staff seem to be nice and its got a lot of good parking. This is one of the best petros out there.
My wife was using the bathroom & with out any announcement the Male porter walked in too the womens bathroom. Too replace the towels . Wife was in a stall going pee . So if you want too be imposed on feel free to stop here.We brought it too the managers attention & no apology was given
A zero if it was an option. Restaurant is open until 11:00 PM, so should be able to sit down and eat a meal at 10:35 PM. Was told by rude staff that my order would have to be carryout. As if 12 + hours in the truck wasnt enough; drivers need some time out of the truck to at least enjoy a meal. Went to McDonalds across the street and was able to eat in the dining room, eventhough it was 15 minutes prior to close. Will not conduct my business at this Petro going forward.
You can’t go wrong when you choose to visit a Petro, they have the largest parking lots in the biz. Sometimes their restrooms aren’t clean which is a bummer. But they always have plenty of parking and friendly staff.
Great place to have a good tasty egg and toast sandwich....shower nice and clean. Beautiful place...
Nasty bathroom ever
Great food. They have done some redecorating since I was in here a few years ago, and I really like it. Food was great, service was prompt, and the staff was real nice. Parking was easy for the lunch period.....
Petro in west Memphis Arkansas did not impress me. Saw a half dead roach on the salad bar. Told an employee and she got the manager. At first all she did was pick it up. I told her I lost me desire to eat. She original planned on charging me for the buffet anyway. Then the waitress talked with her about it and she did pick up the tab. Was told that they just bombed the place the night before. Makes me even more concerned for poisoning now. Not coming back soon.
I love their pork chops in the deli at the fuel island. Really nice crew working in there. Always clean but, the ladies room is always so cold
Gated, pay to park unless you buy 60+ gallons, but well worth some fuel to keep unwanted visitors out at night!!! Biggest parking lot in the Memphis area. Restaurant is better than most Iron Skillets. Theres a nice big grass area on the far back side that works well for walking dogs.
Well for starters, the restaurant has a lot to be desired. Soon as you walk in, you will find dirty tables. They will clean them off whenever they get around to it, usually after there are no other places to sit. The waitresses really seem to dislike their job. If you ask for something, the waitresses will get it but they are going to take their time doing so.In the convenience side of it, they sell very stale and old donuts. For instance, I showed up there on a Friday night. Walked in and just glancing at the donut case, what was in there didnt look very fresh even then. Come Sunday night, the same exact donuts was still in the case, only with a sign that read 50% off. They also got rid of the paid parking with the exception of the normal reserved spots that you find everywhere else. So will see how long it takes the place to go further down hill.
Stopped in earlier today for a late breakfast at the Iron Skillet. Sylvia was my waitress. She was sweet, charming, and professional. My visit, however brief, was made a pleasant one, thanks in large part to Sylvia.
Well its cleaner than the other location in Atlanta GA At exit 12 in the loop at Donald Lee Hollowell Park Way but I think that both locations is a BIG FAT RIPOFF with the parking lot fees I understand places may charge extra for VIP parking or reserve parking I get that but I got told by the lady security guard when I arrived that I would have make to 20dollars of between the store and or the restaurant and if I didnt that I would have to pay an extra 16 dollars prior to exiting the gate my personal opinion this location should be closed down and bulldozed to the ground and cleaned up and some kind of non profit place built there for the needy and the homeless that or another truck stop put or leave the building as it is and let be taken over and cared for by more honest people I like going to petrol truck stop S but this location and the other one in Atlanta owned by the same people are cesspools I seen a roach bug or 2 crawling around on the booth a little ways over from where I was sitting the
This Petro has security. If you spend $23.00 in the store the stay is free. Rental parking is not, no matter what you spend. Its a dicey area, just use common sense and lock your doors and use your lights and sleeper curtain wisely. If you dont know what I mean, ask another older driver in a respectful manner. This is a heavily used area and all the truckstops fill up by mid evening. Petro has a big lot, a good example for Pilot and Loves to follow!
Not the cleanest.I came here because I have shower credits through TA/Petro, but it was not clean. They replaced the towels and the soap, but there was hair all over the floor like someone gave themselves a haircut, and the trash had not been emptied. Also, the fuel island lunch counter ladies were stingy, they only filled containers for the sides half-way, and acted like they resent working there and all the customers waiting for food. Very poor customer service. Rude, and treated people like they were in the way and an obstacle to be overcome.Mostly just a dirty, unclean truck stop with some rude employees.
This place needs to fix their diesel pumps and sort out their squeegee and windshield cleaning solution. More than one pump down at a time. The squeegees themselves are falling apart. And the solution is always filled with dirt oil and using it to clean a windshield often results in a dirtier one. Get it together. Honestly the level of service here is embarrassing.
The place is in bad shape and needs better employees and managers who want to work in a business environment where people are willing to work together and keep the place clean. This is the worst place Ive ever seen in a long time. The employees play on their phones instead of working. I am a 30 year old trucker and I have been to this place a lot of times and I have never seen it this bad.I will never go back.
The employees here were very polite. I left my BT headset in the shower like an airhead and the gentleman that was cleaning up held onto it and returned it to me when I returned a couple hours later. It is refreshing seeing such great workers with integrity. Thanks for saving me about a c note on a new headset.
