Been waiting to unload for five hours!Guard was pleasant, check in process in the warehouse is very slow. Capstone logistics is the lumper service, and they are so incredibly inefficient! There is a woman’s restroom in the office. Driver must disconnect while trailer is unloaded. No overnight parking on site. I feel very disrespected about now...

Arrived for unload. Told put loaf in dock door 29. Did that. Un hooked and moved per their instructions. Then was called and asked to move it too dock door 10. Rehooked, moved unhooked again. Now been here over 2 hours waiting for unload.

Parked down the street in abandoned business and had the police called on meWest Memphis is not trucker friendly

In at 6 AM - Out by 8AM. Fast unload. No complaints

They wouldnt let drivers in the office w/o a mask, but while i was at the check in window a female employee came into the office talkin about one of her kids has a fever & sore throat & that she didnt know if it was the corona!That employee should have stayed home but she didnt! That specific employee should be fired!

Simply processing. No overnight parking on grounds but can park on road outside of facility. Very much by app. only.

Had a load that was scheduled for 5:30 pm. Called to see if it could be loaded early. They said if you get here before 11 am ...yes. Otherwise it will be at your appointment time. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and polite. I get there and the security staff was polite and helpful. As was every person I delt with there. And was unloaded by 12:25pm .2 hours and 24 minutes after I checked in at the guard shack. Very nice people.

Super fast unloading. And they got me in a day early. Extremely nice staff!!

Can be clumsy and disorganized for truck drivers. 3hrs to get unloaded. No overnight parking. But tgere is space after the fedex gate. In the road. Its not a busy street. Just dont trush it

Need a job apply here folks. I applied yesterday. The company has huge we are hiring signs posted all over the outside of the building. However I called the HR manager Jerome Hudson in regards to my application and he pretty much said he doesnt process them, the person who processes them (a lady) was out of the office. He would not give her name.He did say they get 30 to 40 applications a day. I guess half of those folks dont work out since I hear the company is always hiring and it has a very high turnover rate. He then said people may hear something back in a week or two.. Well.. thats a long time to folks who really want to work and need a job quickly. I may pass on this employer. Im a solid dependable worker and from what I hear from people they could really use someone with my work ethic given how many people work a few days and stop coming or get fired.

Got here at 7:20am for 8am appt. paid 279.00 lumper fee. Still sitting here at 11am waiting. Why is it that the places that charge high amounts to unload their own stuff, are always the worst at unloading? Need more laws passed governing shippers like this place, they’re the one causing unsafe highways.

The young security guard who works the night shift at the gate needs to have a better attitude. He seemed to have an issue with simply doing his job.

This is not a good place to work. All the managers and supervisors are corrupted. They show favoritism alot their. They use the hard workers like a dog and show more appreciation to the employees that dont work that hard. They cut everybody hours just so the supervisors and managers can get they holiday bonus. Ok what about the employees bonus for the ones who actually work really hard being the companies dog. They even put locks on the heaters when it is 20 degrees and below and will not cut them on which is not right. Then when people get sick and have to miss work they want to either fire them or put them on CA for it and that is wrong. They do not appreciate their employees at all. All the shipping doors are so messed up and they will not have them fixed which makes the job harder when they have to fight with the doors to get them up or closed. And they show favoritism to they family members by letting them go home early and the supervisors will not clock them out until the supervisors leave which is wrong and stealing company time. How they treat they employees their is pathetic and they treat them like prisoners and want to fuss about the budget so much like its the employees fault. The managers and supervisors need to take their own responsibility in their own mistakes and stop taking it out on the employees. The employees that work very hard get no appreciation nor respect for the hard work. They make the employees earn they holidays off and make them work weekends just to make the holidays off up which is not right. If the employees catch the flu from them cutting the heaters off and have to miss days because of the flu they got they might as well quite and find another job because they will fire them for having the flu and have to miss work because of it.

10 Pallets, they had to break them down before theyll sign your paperwork. They make everyone show up at the same time, appointments are just for show. Over 4 hours to unload 10 pallets 15k, and you pay for it. Good job Capstone.

Very slow service. Disorganized. Delayed 13 hours waiting to be loaded. No apologies, rude personnel. Lula, shipper office, was especially uncooperative. Mosquitoes, bugs biting everyone. Filthy and disgusting place!

They dont start unloading until 6am,then they got to get the lumpers set up to work,so now your looking at 6:30,, 6:45 before the first driver gets to a dock to get unloaded,then its about 2 hours you will sit, but you can get into the yard at 4am,

When you have to deal with people, low salaries wages, and are paid by task you will lose time = money be prepared to wait a long period of time
