We went to buy my son an outfit for his baptism and the girl who took care of us was kind and really helpful. Unfortunately the clothe had staines and when we went to ask the manager she was very rude and told us “leave it or take it” with an attitude. She was not professional at all and was very rude. For a place exclusive like this one you expect better service but unfortunately it’s not and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

I bought my 2 year old girl to el Bambi for a dress for a special occasion. Upon entering in, I was greeted with a smile by a sales rep, Andrea . I explain to her what exactly I am looking for, she understood and the first dress she showed me I ended up purchasing. Another amazing thing about el Bambi is that there are fitting rooms. He took the time and explained the differences between each brand and didn’t push for expensive brand. We had gone to other furniture stores and felt pressure to make a selection without explanation. I am very overdue writing this review. I am incredibly satisfied with the customer service of this company. Special shout out to Carolina. It was so convenient having the furniture delivered right to my house (had I bought this brand from a local store, I would have had to pick it up myself or pay for delivery). Prices were great. Quality is outstanding. I would buy from this company again should the opportunity arise!

I went to El Bambi last week to purchase a christening outfit for my son and the ladies working there were really helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed my experience there. The lady helping us took her time to give me exactly what I was looking for and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I will definitely be going back for future purchases. Bambi Baby sent us damaged furniture. We ordered an entire nursery set, the 3 piece set with a convertible crib, a 6 drawer dresser, a 5 draw dresser, and then 2 nightstands, the conversion rails, and a toddler rail. All pieces in the 3 piece set were damaged - we are talking large chips, cracks, dents/rough edges. The furniture was not even put together well, its misaligned and even the foot pieces are not flush to sit on the floor. They didnt have any stock left so they offered as a RIDICULOUS $175 off. It would take us more than that to get it all repaired, if it can even be repaired. And we are just talking about the dangerous part. We told them to come get it, so then they countered asking what it would take to keep it. We did our research, spoke to furniture companies and people who repair furniture, and made a counter off. They ignored us! We had to appeal to the credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After looking many places I found Bambi Baby online. I was specifically looking for a great deal on a nursery set that could also get delivered with no shipping charges. Donna was amazing. She helped me chose between the two sets I was considering and I got a great deal. The delivery was on time and without incident. There were several stores here in Massachusetts that sold this set but no where could I get it as quickly as I did with Bambi Baby. I appreciate all the help, the great service and a wonderful set for my first grandson to be. I will definitely use you again for our next one.

My mother and I were super excited to visit El Bambi because she purchased my baby furniture and clothes there when I was born 32 years ago! Now that I am a soon to be first time mother we visited the store for my baby clothes and furniture. Unfortunately, we did not have the experience we expected due to poor customer service. As we began to explore the clothing, the sales people began to put clothes on the counters without asking us and telling us what to purchase. I expressed what I was looking for and wanted, while the sales people told me what I should get. Once I found part of what I was looking for, which is only available at the store, the sales person took the clothes to the register and disappeared. She did not ask if we were finished, which we werent but it seems she made the decision for us. The clothes are pretty pricey but we decided to go ahead and purchase them because of the quality. Unfortunately, the clothes were thrown into a regular plastic bag, which was surprising considering the prices and quality of clothes. We asked the cashier if there was tissue paper or boxes for the clothes and she said There is tissue paper down there if you want it and pointed. The clothing selection for babies is quite beautiful and delicate, which would be 5 stars but unfortunately due to customer service and presentation I am kindly giving 3 stars. Due to our experience we will not be returning.

Offered to deliver into our home and left furniture for 8 month pregnant woman outside in the driveway, will never do business again. Stay away.Update- got replied to by the “owner” and says they try to be transparent...to be clear, we originally selected normal shipping, they went out of their way to contact us and offer to use their in house delivery service and stated the delivery driver would bring the furniture into our home. So we agreed to allow them to deliver it, then the driver shows up, one driver, and left all of the furniture in the driveway. Transparency isn’t the word I would use in this case.

I cant begin to tell you about how wonderful the customer service at Bambi Baby is. I had an issue (no fault of theirs) and they went above and beyond to resolve it immediately and made sure I was happy. Mind you, I was only an online customer who had no face to face interaction. This was so impressive to me because you rarely find this level of customer service today.Over the weekend I stopped into their store and I was again so impressed. It is huge and they have so many beautiful things -- a whole floor of nursery items and a whole floor of clothing, especially specialty outfits, Christening outfits, Communion, etc. I wish I found this store sooner and I will definitely be a repeat customer. The sales reps are so helpful and knowledgeable. You must come here if you are expecting or have little ones!! You will be very happy.

I had a very bad experience recently. Ive been coming to this place for years and always go to Nilda and have not had a problem. Recently the last couple times Ive gone to shop, it has been very unpleasant. The girls working their now do not know what they are talking about. I ask the girl in the the cash register for help and she didnt even understand me.

Bambi baby to the rescue!! The customer service is impeccable! I will not be shopping anywhere else from now on. The website said there was a 10-12 week wait for a toddler guard rail as the manufacturer doesnt keep a lot of stock; however bambi baby found one for me within an hour or less. They fast tracked the package and sent me the tracking info in the same moment. I have never had such amazing service from such nice people. Dont go anywhere else

Amazing customer services, prices, and shipping! I emailed them with a question and they answered very early the next business day. We found our baby furniture locally but it was very expensive. We saved about $1800 with Bambi Baby. And we couldnt believe how fast it shipped! We placed the order Monday night and the furniture arrived at our house in Kentucky on Friday! We are recommending this company to all of our friends and family!!!

Terrible service experience. Product (crib and dresser) was fine, but since all these items are available through multiple vendors, I highly recommend someone else.1) Shipping estimate given at time of purchase was off by over a month2) I was not notified of any delays to the shipping timetable. When I checked my status, it had moved.3) I was promised a revised ship date a few weeks later.4) That date was also missed, when they shipped my item to a wrong address and had to retrieve the shipment, re-pack and re-ship5) When the item finally arrived, literally 2 days before my wifes due date, I was promised a credit or that they would definitely do something for me - nothing was ever done.One would think that in a business where timing is important (i.e. we are buying cribs for babies with due dates...) its imperative to accurately forecast ship dates.I understand that the manufacturers change dates and that sometimes cant be avoided, but if presented with that issue, the least you could do is COMMUNICATE the change to the customer. I received no company-initiated communications about my order. Every time I got an update, it was because I called.I dont care if you tell me 6 weeks or 12 weeks or 24 weeks...I wont hold a long ship time against you, but if you set an expectation, meet the expectation.And then if you miss the expectation, and you promise the customer some sort of rebate or discount as a courtesy credit, you should follow through on it.Otherwise you end up with a dissatisfied customer and a negative review online like this.If you have abundant time and you can afford to have the shipment arrive a month or two late, then your risk is probably lower with Bambi Baby. But if you need something in 10 weeks, and the estimate online says 4-6 weeks, I would not roll the dice.

Bambi Baby is the way to go. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they were very helpful in teaching us everything we needed for our new baby. We had gone to Buy Buy Baby First, and there was nobody there that could really help us, being new parents we had a million questions, and they lacked product knowledge. At Bambi Baby we did not only find quality but we felt at home. They made sure all of our questions were answered and they made sure we got all the basics covered. We were quite late for ordering our furniture and they did everything they could to accommodate us. Not only that but their pricing was great.

Do not order from this company if you want to have high quality items for your baby. I made a recent purchase that did not go well. I had to contact them to get the item to ship. In addition the item was way over priced for the value and quality in which we received. After trying to return the item the restocking fee and other fees were outrageous. Please order from another company.

Worst place ever my wife went in to buy a baby baptism suit to send out of the country the lady didnt let her show the outfit to the babys mother to make sure she liked it. didnt buy anything horrible customer service, no cute outfits for baby boys so dont understand why we couldnt take a picture of the only suit that could have been ok to buy never going in here again, shopping elsewhere.

Had some issues with a miscommunication, sliding delivery dates, and the staff personalities, but the owner went out of his way to make sure I could return the items I had an issue with without a restocking fee. If you are careful about your phrasing, and dont care about delivery times, then this is probably a great place to shop.

I was looking for baby furniture for many weeks and found Bambi Baby. I live in NYC and realized there store is only across the river. I first called to see if the Dolce Babi Angelina was on display. I was surprised not only that it was on display but it was also in stock. The showroom is huge with at least 50 different crib sets. I am an over planner so I decided to purchase and schedule delivery. The white glove delivery went seem less and the set is beautiful. Do not hesitate Bambi baby is great.

I really dont understand why you wouldnt buy your baby furniture anywhere else. Not only did we order our baby furniture extremely late, but our baby arrived 9 days early. I called Bambi Baby the day after our baby was born and two days later, they picked up the furniture from the manufacturers warehouse and delivered everything to my house same day.The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable about everything baby, and really takes the time to help you figure out what you NEED. They are honest and will tell you what you need and what youll never use.I dont understand why anyone would go to a big box store like Babies R Us or Buy Buy Baby. Their employees have no product knowledge. Bambi Baby ships nationwide. Not only that, theyll beat any price out there.Id recommend Bambi Baby to all parents.

Amazing!!! Two months after ordering my furniture from another store (Behrs), I just found out that the store is abruptly closing (or reorganizing as they call it) and not fulfilling anyones current or past orders! With less than 10 weeks to my due date, I was in a panic that my babys furniture would never be here in time. Bambi Baby not only made it so easy for me to reorder everything in a hurry, but they were so amazingly kind, compassionate, helpful and accommodating through the entire process. I purchase a stroller today, I arrived 20 minutes before closing and I was rushed. The two sales women were so rude and annoying. They kept rushing me to leave, they asked me what else do I need so I can leave. I wanted to purchase more items but because they were obnoxious I left. I was at the store around 5:30PM and the guys were very much focusing on getting rid of us and close the store by 6PM. In spite of asking them if they can help us place the order, we were offered assistance only if we know the exact model we need and no further questions would be answered. Totally unprofessional. First, it took several weeks for the order to be processed and sent. Second, beware of their return policy. I received a product from Bambi Baby which I ordered in reliance on a relatively misleading online advertisement. I take responsibility for not having read the fine print. However, when contacting them to return the product I was advised that I would only be getting about 2/3rds of my money back after they first reduced shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. No leniency on this from the company. I will say, however, that the customer service representative I dealt with was very kind and pleasant. Nonetheless, I am going back to Amazon and/or buying locally from now on. So long Bambi Baby.

I ordered my baby furniture from the owner himself, they are the nicest staff I ever really met. Besides me getting gorgeous furniture for my princess I had a great experience buying it, they helped me, answered all my questions, they took there time with me. Never pushed anything on, Never made me feel I was inconvenience to them because I really took my time I was there for hours. Besides furniture I also got my stroller and highchair and carseat. I placed an order on March 9th for an adapter for my car seat. The web site said I would receive my product no later then April 22. I still didnt receive my order and received no email being informed on where the product was. I sent an email she said the product was back ordered and it would be another two weeks. I waited two weeks and still received no email about my product. So I finally called and asked about my order. She said it was on a nation wide back order and there would be a shipment out the beginning of June. So I waited more. I finally receive an email saying my order was being shipped. . . it was for the wrong adapter!!! Thankfully I checked my email in time to switch the order and had to pay more! The company never kept me updated with the back ordering problems they were having and never offered any type of compincation for the delay. Now she said I should receive my order in 2-3 days. . . hopefully I can get it and finally use my stroller! I have been very very dissatisfied with this company!

If this is the owner that wrote the response, you werent there and your people are NOT telling you the truth, nor have you trained them to offer having you call your customers back. I shared the pictures of the tagged dress. And you didnt support my mother when she just wanted to exchange for the CORRECT size because YOU tagged it wrong. When she showed the woman the tag and the size discrepancy, she completely dismissed her and walked away. And didnt even offer to take her number down and have the owner call (she just suggested that we wait for 1.5 hours for the owner to come back - outrageous). Completely awful business practices. And I will have you know that Ive never written a bad review, but this experience warranted that.Ps - notice the tag says 18 and the dress is 9 months. Completely wrong of you to not help us. You said you would have gladly exchanged it in your response but you DID NOT even offer that, so please dont lie. Worse than bad business practices is an untrustworthy business. Absolutely the worst experience EVER!!! My daughter had her first birthday and received a gorgeous dress from this place. HOWEVER, the dress was labeled 18 months on the price tag and 9 months on the actual tag manufacturer. Needless to say it didnt fit because she needed the 18 month size. My mother tried to exchange it for the appropriate size this morning, and the woman at the counter was offensive and refused to help us. She said that the dress was washed (even though the original tags were still on it, in the gift bag and tissue paper from their store). She refused to help them or talk to them further because my mothers english was broken (English is her second language), and said they needed to wait 1.5 hours for the owner to get back from lunch and refused her assistance. Wouldnt take their phone number and wouldnt help. Im beyond appalled at this experience and the way she made my mother feel because of her foreign heritage. Please dont support a business who doesnt help their patrons and is disrespectful to people with a foreign accent. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

Enelio and the whole crew at Bambi Baby are phenomenal. I cant say enough about them! We initially went to Buy Buy Baby and saw a furniture set that we liked - the only one of decent quality. Buy Buy Baby quoted us a high price for the complete set, lacked complete product knowledge and behaved in a way as if we were doing them a favor. We found Bambi Baby online after searching for the same set and, to be honest, I was a bit skeptical buying from a small store which lacked the financial backing and customer support of the larger stores. Immediately upon walking in the door I was blown away as the quality of their furniture was SIGNIFICANTLY better than any of the major chains and their selection was second to none. Enelio worked closely with us to get the exact set that we wanted and set our expectations perfectly. Although I came skeptical and defensive, they immediately disarmed us with a price that I couldnt even counter including white-glove style delivery and care. I was always waiting for the gotcha but it never came!For my second child I immediately returned and repeated the experience which I thought was a one-off, turns out thats Bambi Babys style of customer service, it was their unspoken mission and evident from our first interaction. Recently, I had an issue with a conversion kit that I bought over four years ago as I didnt remove it from the box it until I needed it, I only found the issue now. Not expecting much as the sale is already quite old, they were more than happy to help and worked diligently to resolve the issue over four years later! THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can only imagine the results if I wouldve called Buy Buy Baby with a product issue four years later and the manufacturer went out of business.Long and short of it - Im a true believer in Bambi Baby as they are the real deal! If they sold automobiles and houses, Id only look to them for such major purchases as theyve instilled trust in a jaded New Yorker that I havent experienced from a retail establishment in my life! Looking forward to coming back should my family grow!

I’ll admit, I was sceptical about Bambi after being referred here by my wife’s co-worker. The store is on a colorful area of Bergenline and when you enter the store, it’s hard not to notice the huge selection of christening and quinceanera clothing. However, upstairs is probably the largest selection of baby furniture and strollers in the tri-state area. The stroller selection runs the full gamut from the more affordable Gracco and Chicco brands up to the Bugaboos and City Selects. There is not much saving to be had on the strollers, but at least you can save a little from online prices. The furniture is nice to see laid out so you can compare and see how it would fit in a room. They also have pretty much the entire Pali line of cribs and dressers. The prices are comparable with online, but the floor models are discounted and you can save by getting multiple items here. The staff is also friendly and helpful and can help answer first timer questions. We ended up getting all of our furniture, stroller, and mattress here in a single swoop.
