He was very nice, negotiable, he fixes screens in under 50 minutes, he gave me an iPhone screen protector, and then gave me a iPhone case for 15, very satisfied, and one day I’ll stop by so he can fix my iPhone screen 🙂

Store owner is amazing. Tech savvy and super quick. Gives you options on what to do when your phone has issues— I lost the tray to my SIM on my iPhone and Jon truly saved me so much trouble and money in comparison to the options my phone carrier offered... The place is spacious and clean|neat. This person really knows what they’re doing. This is the only place I get my phone fixed, super trust worthy with the privacy on the phone and/or device you hand him.

Didn’t fix my phone, YELLED at me, and tried to overcharge meI’m not a “serial reviewer” and very rarely do I leave reviews, but this place deserves one. The owner is unbelievably rude and beyond unprofessional. I waited for the part to fix my phone to come for 6 days (left a deposit) and after his text that it arrived I texted back that I’ll be there next morning at 10.30 (the store ours say it opens at 10). The next morning at 10.35 he informed me via a text that he can only come at 11-11.30. I called and asked to make sure I get it done by 12 due to my baby’s nap schedule, he wasn’t able to accommodate. Regardless, I still came on his terms. 4 hours later he wasn’t able to fix the phone because he got a defective part, and when I asked for a solution rather than details he started to YELL at me that he is the owner, he can open his store and close whenever he wants to, complaining of my “attitude” (specifically that I asked for solution not details, even though I explained I was concerned about my car parking and had limited time). I had to ask the owner to stop yelling as me in front of my child 3 times! Yes, he was literally yelling as I was holding my 2 year old daughter. Clearly he doesn’t understand what a decent customer service is (or how human beings normally behave towards other human beings, and that normally men show some respect to women, especially those holding a tiny child). On top of it all, he tried to charge me $190 saying “no one will fix this for under 190”, I ended up paying $140 right at Port Authority and getting the device fixed in less than an hour, so thanks for saving me some money at least. If you can, avoid at all costs.

Went to another local spot to fix my phone and they were charging $250 and said it would take 4 hours. I went to see Johnathan at iRepair and Color and he charged me $150 and had my phone brand new in a half hour!! Highly recommended if your having phone issues.

Such a great experience at this store if I could give it more than 5 starts I would, this repair store is very fair with the prices and really knows what he is doing so far the owner has fixed my iPad and iPhone screen In which another store messed it up for me but he came through an fixed it and haven’t had a problem since then, I been with my devices for about 4 months already and no issue at all. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family reason why I’m giving it a review to help out who ever has a broken phone or if you need to buy out a device. Another thing I like is that he fixed my screen very fast and didn’t have to wait standing but he has a couch and a tv in which as a customer feel very comfortable like if I was at home. I was helped by the owner of the store and he explain in detail what was wrong with my phone he installed a new battery and repair my cracked screen didnt even wait that long but it was worth every penny i spend for my phone to get fixed because im not due for an upgrade till december and didnt loose all my information. Been there a few times (Ive never been good at taking care of my phone lol ) They were nothing but polite & helpful each and every time. Great customer service. Even with my most destroyed phone, I was able to walk out of there brand new again.

I see that the reviews are really good but I wonder if you repair iPhone XS Max phones like the back of it cause I sadly dropped my phone outside and the back of my phone broke badly. I would also want to know the price If you do fix it.

Fast replacement, but unfortunately the dude uses some cheap replacements screens, I changed couple of iPhone screens at this place, 5s, 6 and 7, one lasts for 1 week, and another one for 3weeks!
