Francisco was great- he helped me with exactly what I needed and provided great answers to all the questions I had. He also went out of his way to make sure everything was set up properly on my new phone. Overall I had a quick and lovely experience!

Nice I guess and all but NO HELP whatsoever. I was looking to purchase a phone right off the bat and they couldnt help me. Like??? And then apparently being a prepaid customer doesnt offer genuine real help. Money is money. The girl working today was like clueless. Went to Verizon in Hoboken and their service makes this place look like trash. Said it and meant it.

Got my daughter her first phone, Jennifer helped us through our journey. She listened to all my concerns and offered a plan that works for me the best. She has great customer service skills. Great job Jennifer!

My husband and I got there at 4:20 PM today and we told the lady his phone got stolen so we wanted to buy a new phone the lady gave us the number to Verizon customer service and walked us out the door I wanted to stay inside because we wanted to buy a phone there in that moment and it was 4:29 and she locks the door and I asked her why are you closing you close in 30 min and she said no we close now. I said online shows 5 PM she was rude and close the door on my face. I work retail and if the time says 5 PM the door closes at 5 not at 4:30 ! We have been with Verizon for years and not even on the phone for customer service they are like that!! I’m beyond disappointed!! I always go to Verizon in Edgewater because it’s near my house, and West New York was the only one open around me where I was today! Never again will I be going there! Now my husband has no phone !! Due to her not being professional at all!!!!!!

I was really happy with my purchase until I found out I was lied to by the person who sold me my apple series 5 watch. It was a birthday gift for my s/o. I paid almost 600 cash on the spot and asked to have the watch to go. Daiyana C. From the West New York, Russell Cellular location told me only Best Buy does that and in order to buy the watch i would have to buy it and set it up there at the location. So I paid a 25$ set up for success fee that was unnecessary. And then got hit with a 40$ activation fee from Verizon on top of that that Daiyana was not upfront with. She told me only about a 10$ a month charge. I am displeased with the hiding/deceitfulness of that employee. In addition she told me I had to pay a portion cash and a portion on cc. Since I was lied to by omission before- who knows if this was true too. Shady business practices and I won’t be returning.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I waited 35 days for a new phone. Even the Verizon shipped my phone, the manager didn’t know where was the phone. Unprofessional, irresponsible staff. Please, dont go to this 3rd part of store.

The best authorized Verizon dealer in the area. They find the way to make it switching very easy. The pas as you go option was our choice. For only 4 more dollars a month we switched from Metro PCs creepy service. Believe me, you dont know what a great wireless service is until you have Verizon.

Thumps up for this store the new agents are so nice I couldnt do the activation online I came to this store for help oh my god they are the best.What I like is that they advise you to save up money they treat you like family not just business always coming to this store from now on. Also they helped me create a new apple Id many stores they wont do that for you. Thank you !

In my opinion the staff went above and beyond, to help me receive my Google home. I had a few issues with the barcode and registration, but that did not slow them down from finding a quick solution and helping me receive my package upgrade.

Horrible customer service, had an issue with a phone I purchased here. They didnt want to replace it and they told me that I couldnt replace it here which was a lie. They dont want to work with you and send you to the corporate store where they cant do anything because this is an authorised Verizon dealer not a corporate store. Which is the same as buying a phone from Amazon or eBay except those retailers are better. Will not return. Dont waste your time going to this store, just buy the phone online.
