I had a rough time finding a medication for my dog and I was lucky to have been directed to this store. I called the pharmacy and was able to speak to Natalie to ask if they had it in stock and was so happy they did! Natalie was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with me on the phone. Not only did the pharmacy hold it for me while I worked with my veterinarian to get the script sent over, upon checkout, they explained the price was reduced due to the extra effort they made to add coupons to save me a lot of money. I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff at this store (Natalie especially) and how they made finding this hard-to-find drug for my dog much easier. Thank you!

Pharmacy is just the worst. I called three times and was on hold for an hour each time yesterday. Tried again today and I was on hold for an hour again. I need to order my son’s vitamins since they refuse to just have it sent monthly. Now they’re making it so that I HAVE to go in person, just to wait an hour there. This is ridiculous.

Customer service in the general section is really bad. I’ve been three times in the pharmacy trying to get products that are locked. Not a single time has anybody come after I push the signal for help. The cashiers are just chatting and hanging out themselves.

I can only speak on the store itself. Omg great customer service today by the store manager Migdalia she was able to refund me for a sealed item i purchased no questions asked. They are so clean and ha e great variety!!!!

Possibly the worst of the worst. From basic employees to the pharmacy its just way below what CVS used to be. Get a few wild monkeys and theyll do a better job. The manager guy looks like he steals on a daily basis and I came from asset protection management, so I can eye him out quick. Go to Walgreens or Rite aid instead people.

Unfortunately I am required to get my prescriptions from CVS due to my health care provider. Its a dull atmosphere and carpet is disgusting. Phamacist and pharmacy technicians are slow, lazy and lack communication. They refuse to call the dermatologist to ask for additional information for my sons acne cream. This is not the first time with CVS pharmacy. There is always an issue with them!!!

I have spent HOURS on hold waiting for the pharmacy and no one answers. So I try calling the general number for the store and same thing, no answer. Have called all numbers and all extensions and no one answers. If youre not out of business, you should be!

Staff was helpful, the store really needs to be updated. Looks dark and dreary compared to other CVSs. Products were relatively easy to find. Would stop by again if in the area and needed something.

Most of the staff in CVS are pleasant or at least try to help you. Im always getting the best deals with coupons ;-). I also pick up my medication here as well and most times, they are on time.

I truly think cvs has had a huge spiral downwards. Walk into one if you don’t believe me. You walk into this store and see the employees standing around hanging out while the customers ring themselves out. Why are you paying 4 people to stand around doing nothing? They don’t even have loss prevention people steal all day. So sad cvs

The employees are horrible you ask them a question, they dont know basic things, specially return policy. they just dont care about the consumer, they should be trained in customer service, amd have a little of common sense.

Not good customer service today!!!! Boooo!!!! buying 3 - 24 pack of water & asking the employee to help & answer I got was that to let people ahead of me cause she had to cut the upc from the package in order to scan it, get it? Not a happy customer, had to carry the 3 -24 pack with a bad back!!!!
