Excellent customer service is very important to me!!! I went into this store looking for several items and Ms. Audreana Higgins was very helpful. She exemplified so many characteristics of excellent customer service that I wish other stores mirrored. She was very patient and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Ms. Higgins made me feel good about my purchases. It was a pleasure! I will definitely return back.

I love shopping at Spiller Furniture in West Point. The manager there Corey Greer is very outstanding with her customers. She treats us very well and always make sure we’re satisfied with everything. The layout of the store is welled organized and clean. Corey Greer makes sure that her customers feel welcome whenever we come.

I went in looking for a bedroom set that was reasonably priced but had no clue what style I wanted but the manager Corey Greer made sure I stayed within my price range and found me a bed that was not only beautiful but something that would be comfortable for me‼️ If you’re looking for a store where the employees are nice, friendly,& greet you with a smile then this is the place to go and do business‼️ YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED
