Went to West Sacramento location. Was greeted as soon as we walked in ( have been to 3 appliance stores recently were customer service was poor). Associate Reyna and co-worker were very helpful and attentive. We bought a washer dryer set and refrigerator received a great deal. Delivery was next day service and communication was great. I would definitely recommend.

The young Women Jessica was absolutely wonderful! I went in with my husband and asked her about a million questions and not once did she seem unhelpful! She was very professional, helpful and friendly. You do not see that anymore in any place of customer service. Me and my husband got many quotes all around town for some home renovations we are doing and out of all the appliance places we visited personally we will be going through them just because of the excellent customer service! This is the review I had written until everything went sideways.Melissa was wonderful. Very attentive and patient with my needs and she is great helping customers who speak Spanish.As soon as I got home I started to look at the handles I needed to get for the fridge. I was told it cost 40 dollars each and easy.to find. Not only it is 189 dollars each but also they are out of stock everywhere. Then when I called in to ask for help I was told that there was a huge dent on the top left corner of the fridge. I went back to my pictures... and they had hid it under the descriptions sheet when it was on display. I get that they will likely be damaged... but the damages need to be visible. They said they woul call me within 48h... its been 96 and I decided this post needed to change. Horrible.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do not trust reviews!Red flags:- No manager available for nearly 5 hrs on a weekday.- The corporate # on my invoice is *wrong*. Of their other 4 stores (list provided on my first visit), 3 #s are wrong and 1 isnt answering. Nothing available online.- Attempted intimidation to remove negative review: After things started going wrong, I updated this review. After finally hearing from the manager Adam, he apparently read my review. He called me back angry and tried to intimidate me to remove it. I refused to remove the review and stated I would not lie for him. I promised to update it if/when the fridge was delivered. Hes called me a total of *3* times about the review.What happened:We found our dream fridge for a great cost. Melissa knew exactly which fridges to show us to meet our needs. We went to many other stores and we raced back to get our dream fridge before they closed for the day.Then Michelle forgot to schedule delivery. Despite repeatedly insisting on a manager, it took nearly 5 hrs (on a weekday) before hearing from one (Adam)! As noted above, I was unable to reach anybody else in the company, because the numbers were wrong.My fridge was delivered when the manager promised. They didnt properly connect the water line. Water went everywhere. I had to pull the fridge back out to fix it.

Olivia did an amazing Job. We told her what we needed she was able to show us everything in stock. She is quick and fast less than 20min in the store. We saved over $800 purchasing a TOP of the line Samsung Dryer. Thank you OliviaKaleb and Jamey Berry.

We purchased a dishwasher from liquidators previously (6 mos) and are happy with it, so first place we thought of when we needed a washer/dryer.George was very knowledgeable and he guided us around the showroom floor, until we made up our mind. Love this store!

Adam was an amazing help getting us the appliances we needed and providing all the information to allow us to make an informed purchase, definitely the best prices here in comparison to all other stores we’ve been to, and it’s in stock. Clean and friendly environment. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a dishwasher in April and it did not run. The store was suppose to send someone out to exchange it or repair the item. After three weeks in a row of no one coming out we drove the dishwasher back to the store ourselves (1 1/2 Drive). While in the store they tried to exchange the broken dishwasher for another returned item and charge us an additional 150.00 for it. We declined an exchange and they said they would mail a full refund check to us. Well we have been waiting for the check for three weeks now and they keep giving us excuses. A manager will not call or speak to us and the store does not have a manager on staff. I have never given a store a bad review but this has been the worst experience ever. DO NOT recommend this store!

This place is completely scam you out. Check price Home Depot and Costco or other stores you can find lot cheaper and better quality. Good customer service, Good, new appliances. They have dents, scratches etc, the reason to be in a liquidation store. The advertisements on the windows say 30%-70% off. My buddy and I went in to check things out and there was only 1 item at 30% off and the rest were 25%. To me thats a regular sale without the dents and scratches. I am not in direct need at the moment, but will continue to shop around and will most likely check it out again and see if anything changes.

Unfortunately, I wasnt able to order from any of the other local appliance stores due to limited quantity... items backordered until December in some cases.I found AL in West Sac to save the day. The purchases were easy (refrigerator, washer/dryer), even with limited stock. Prices were reasonable. However, the delivery arrived late and felt rushed. The dryer was not installed correctly. The vent hose was left on the ground, which I didnt see until the next day when I tried using the unit.

Went to get a new refrigerator and freezer with certain specifications and the lady was really nice and helpful and I was able to get it with delivery the next day!!

What a headache!Purchased a beautiful KitchenAid refrigerator from Appliance Liquidators. Sale went well and got a great price. They advised they had to deliver any refrigerators, we could not pick up.That was the beginning of the end.Contact to schedule delivery was the 1st issue, they had never scheduled my delivery (I went in to confirm and was told would be contacted, never was). I had to go back in after a few left messages. Finally got delivery scheduled.Once the fridge arrived the inexperienced delivery men could not figure out how to get it in my house. They mentioned this was a big fridge and any bigger they do not deliver. They ripped up my kitchen flooring (in 5 different areas) in my New home. They broke the plastic piece on the front bottom of the fridge. I sent a message to my salesperson to advise the morning after. As of Jan 26 (today is Feb 8th) nothing has been done to address the ripped flooring or the broken plastic piece on the bottom of the fridge. I keep getting the run around and unanswered left messages.Proceed with caution.

We purchased a refrigerator and after delivery it was not working, we went back expecting a hard time, but that did not happen. We had no hassle returning the fridge, we selected a new one and they absorbed the difference. We were so impressed and appreciative we ended up buying a dishwasher as well. My friend recommended I check out this place to buy a refrigerator. I needed to find one in a hurry- my old one didnt fit in my new place. I also had a tight budget. Found one here! They were having a great sale and although my budget was tight, I was able to get what I wanted 😀 thanks to Naidie, my sales girl. I was also in a rush because I had family coming to visit. The delivery co called the next day to schedule. I was able to get my fridge just before my family came. My fridge fits perfectly! Works great! (Thank goodness my friend reminded me to take measurements before hand.) 👍

Purchased a dented samsung washer for $499 less than a year of having the washer I need to replace it. Purched the insurance from them to cover any problems for 2 years. I have 1 problem and they give me a settlement for $250 thats not even enough to purchase a new one. I wouldnt recommend this place.
