We use them quite a bit. Not without issues, but overall they do good by us!

I got my NEW ERA hoodie a couple of weeks ago and I love it so much. Its great quality and I highly recommend it and they are super soft and super comfy.

I emailed them because their website wouldnt work. They never got back to me. Their website stated they have no minimums on their embroidery orders, because I wanted to make a hat for my brother (christmas gift). I went in to their office, only for the woman to tell me they do in fact have a minimum of 24 items. Would have been nice to respond to my email in the first place, especially since they falsely advertised their services. I wanted to go to a local shop since in west sac, but I guess they do not value local business
