Cant say about their in person service but the woman who answered the phone was rude, impatient, and huffed and mumbled whatever when I asked her to repeat herself.That on top of an owner that calls his online reviews fake if theyre negative instead of asking if they can fix it, apologizing, or even asking for more information to look into the incident makes me definitely more inclined to take my money elsewhere.

My family is putting up a fence with a contractor so we came to this place to get some wood hopefully wood get a good dealer. The elder guy was upset that he had given us a deal a week before and saying the price changed we gave him a note that he had wrote for us and complied we figured it was good being that it was low price and that it was all neatly stacked but when me and my father brought it back home the contractor looked at the wood found termites had gotten to 25% of them and the other 60% had wood breaking at the end before we put them on. We argued with the elder guy that this is bad business and that we paid for 400 board and only can use 50 they agreed to give us new boards and said never do business again with us we will gladly never come back. IF YOU EVER come here look at the boards your money=your choice of wood. The owner will say anything to make him right and you wrong. Just look at the other review.

These guys are rude and arrogant. I asked if the wood was perfectly milled and he mocked me for even asking. Get over yourself
