Only Place I can find old fashion Family style Good Services

This was the only place we could find a u-bar strut for our 1 car garage door because when we bought our house, it didnt have one. Took off a star because when we had called to ask if they sold a u-bar, the lady didnt say we needed to make an order over the phone before arriving. We were purchasing for ourselves and not a company so Im not sure if thats the conditions. 🤷🏻‍♀️ so fyi, make an order over the phone before arriving.
