Brought in my car for a minor muffler issue and they fixed it very quickly. Very chill environment with impeccable customer service and reasonable prices. What else can you ask for!! Half of these businesses fail to realize, when you treat your customers the right way, they will seek you!!

These guys were great. Was visiting Sacramento over the weekend and someone attempted to steal my catalytic converter. Luckily they werent able to finish sawing it off before they were caught. Called a few shops and they recommended Muffler Express. Called ahead and they fit me in right away. They showed me the damage, explained that it only needed to be welded instead of replaced and offered me an option to add in a rebar cage as a deterrent for the future. I took it and feel great.The best thing was that they finished everything in less than an hour and had me on my way back home with a smooth running car. Really appreciate all the hard work and would recommend them 10/10 times.

Absolutely blown away at the integrity of this business. Im out of state, easily could have been a target for scam or overselling. Instead, these guys took down our info as walk ins with no appointment. They told me in 35 minutes what my issue was. They spent 15 minutes showing me under the car what they could do to stop the noise I was hearing. Didnt need anything replaced. In under an hour the car was off the lift, no longer rattling, and they charged me nothing. I tried to pay them, but they said theres no fees for muffler inspections and they care about their customers. Thats the reason theyre still in business, because of their reputation and word of mouth. I was beyond impressed a business, suffering financially from the pandemic, could be so generous and kind. I recommend these people to anyone!

When I grew up my Dad told me to never take my car to a mechanic unless you absolutely have to and if you do, don’t trust them. I Went to Muffler Express for a quote and talked to Pete, I could see he is very knowledgeable and I felt at ease talking to him. He gave me what I felt is a fair quote and He even thanked me for my service and gave me a veterans discount. I’ll be bringing my car back next week to have my catalytic converter replaced

I called in about my flex joint on my muffler he quoted me a price and said it would take about a half an hour. He fit me into the schedule the next day. I had something come up at my appointment time and he was very flexible getting me in a little later. Well, it wasnt a 30 minute repair, it was a 20 minute repair! Awesome! I would highly recommend this place.

Another shop recommended muffler express to me, and I had the best outcome ever there as a car owner. I called, they said come on down; there was no wait. They threw my car up on the lift and actually invited me under the vehicle to see things for myself. Then they basically said that I didnt need their services and to come back if/when something breaks. I was struck / impressed by their honesty. And they didnt charge anything for the quick look, which I appreciated. They seem like trustworthy welders and treated me, a woman, with respect. Some people can take advantage of people who dont know much about cars, but these guys seem to be interested in their small business and providing quality services. Two thumbs up!!

Great muffler shop. They redid the piping and exhaust for my silverado when it was rusting away. Now it sounds great and everything is symmetrical. Reasonable prices. Will be back again.

I stopped in today because I had a rattling and a whistle and was not sure if it was my muffler or not. The guys at the shop immediately had me drive into the bay and checked out the noise. It turns out that the rattling was a heat shield, so Pete fixed it on the spot. Customer service and repair was 5 stars. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to experience good old fashion honest service. I would reccomend these guys to anyone and everyone! Keep up the great work guys!

Ive just moved here from the salty snowy midwest, and my exhaust was in bad shape. They replaced my muffler and all my rusted leaking exhaust pipes for just over 200 dollars. If you have an older car and are concerned that you cant find factory pipes, this is definitely the place to go; they can custom-make new pipes for you on-site, and it is actually really cheap. They are amazingly friendly and fast!

They wanted charge me $250 for a small wielding on my Exhaust manifold and told me come back after 5 hours. I went after 5 hours and saw the car was not fixed. They wasted my time. This place is not recommended
