BEWARE!!Younger guy with longer black hair refused to help me. I had an at&t box that needed to be scanned and just shipped back. VERY unprofessional. Lucky for me I guess Ill stick with the UPS store near my home next time. UPS, teach your employees manners and customer service. Absolute trash!

Complete joke. I come inside and the guys in their don’t have their masks on. They see me enter, put on their masks and say “sir, you need to have a mask on inside” I laugh and say “but you didn’t even have a mask on” and their response is “well, we work here.” The logic… it is absolutely absent.
Wow, Im the only person who understands that businesses charge money for goods and services and that the county is requiring people to wear masks???

UPS should be shut down, amazon says its free to come to UPS and print my label. Yet this location is trying to charge $4 a label to PRINT. I can almost buy a full ream of paper for that. This place is a huge scam.
We are so glad to have this UPS store in West Sac. They are always good but especially thankful for them while we are all struggling with COVID-19. Albee was especially helpful.
Everyone is so courteous, friendly and helpful. They do the little things that are so much appreciated like making sure that the package I took in for return was taped accordingly without being asked. Young lady saw me walking over and simply opened the door for me. In addition, practicing social distancing and necessary Covid precautions! Great team doing beyond normal duties!

This store is awesome and efficient. I love coming here whether its to drop off Amazon returns (lol) or to get stuff mailed out. My preferred UPS store. They will take care of you.

The store, in West Sacramento, is usually the best way to get letter envelopes, packages are better received at home, with tracking. I’ve had some issues in the the beginning, at my brand new address, as it was not on the map, but that issue has been resolved.
Fine if youre doing the basics. I brought in a DHL package, which they are equipped to deal with. Was told on a Friday it would be picked up Saturday. Checked the tracking, nothing. Called on Monday to be told that they dont know why it wasnt picked up but maybe they dont do Saturday pickups. Maybe? Shouldnt you know that? Customer service is relatively lacking. Basically, I go there because its the closest. I wish we had a full service Mail and Ship in West Sac.

We have used this UPS store many times for various documents that required notarization and/or urgent transfer and found them to be efficient, cautious and reliable.
Poor delivery service. UPS tracking information says end of the day and the driver shows up in the morning and leaves without any notice or knocking the door. UPS needs to add customers phone number so that Driver may call If less experienced deliverer doesn’t know where to leave the item.
Worst place ever. the notory person has no knowledge how to fill out a form!!. Denied my form because he didnt want to read it where I had to sign it, I had to point out where (i had to sign). Then it finally did but did not fill out the form correctly, never put in his information for the notory seal. Worst place ever, and charged $15. If you cant read a document, you should not have a right sign documents for others.
Ive been a customer of this location for over 2 decades and its got a great neighborhood feel to it and they are awesome at taking care of my notary, printing, and mailbox services. I get all of my packages there too! Keep up the great job and your team really helps make doing business easier. Couldnt do it without you! :)
The slowest UPS store in Sacramento, Ill never come back here. To wait 35 minutes and only 4 people in front, bad, bad, bad👎
Place is nice and relaxed, but it seems like employees are coerced to do this packing and shipping job. Not all have bad attitude, but they dont have smile on their faces or a way of communicating with their customers. My job is to, as an honest google rater & helper, give you honest reviews about a place. Dont expect them to greet you; rather, you will greet them. Additionally, they charge for effing tape if you dont have it on your shipping package or if it is coming off slightly. I mean duh, I can give you your tape inventory, so that you wont charge customers in the future. It seems their only job is to ship, thats it. A proper Customer service? Who cares.
FAST, courteous service and they always ask you if you would like a receipt on all my Amazon returns!!!
I frequent this store and always have friendly and helpful service. They are able to provide and take ink fingerprint impressions on cards. There are not many places that provide this without an appointment so definitely keep this UPS store in mind.
They do an awesome job at this UPS STORE! They do EVERYTHING - just like the new commercial! Ive used them for mailing, copying, printing, signs, graphic designs, sending care packages, notary, shredding, passport photos, receiving my packages and mail... and they did a bunch of posters and yard signs for a charity event recently... like a house of magic! 😎
The new hours at this location are not convenient, 9-5 is outside the time most people can go. Tragic.
I have been sending my packages from this store for years. I also depend on them for faxing and copying. We joke about me being their best greeting card customer. They are especially friendly and helpful. I consider them my neighbors
The staff at this location is amazing! They have always been courteous, patient, and friendly. They will do whatever they can to help you get your item sent in the most cost effective manner. My issue lies with their phone number: it is an automated system which directs you to connect to the UPS call center by pressing 1 or to press 0 twice quickly to connect to the local store. BUT the catch is that when you press zero twice quickly it hangs up on you. Everytime (Ive tried about 10 times now). And the call center although helpful, cannot connect you to the local UPS branch. Why have a phone number no one can reach you at?!

The employees at the UPS store on Harbor Blvd. are the best! I love this place and I cant say enough thanks to each one of them for the work they do.
Very grateful to Rishi and Alby at this store. UPS failed to deliver a contract proposal that was shipped from FL to CA, and we were going to miss the deadline and be disqualified. Fortunately, I was able to reach out to this store and they were able to rush print all of the needed documents for the proposal; trust me, it was a lot! They got it done in a short amount of time, took care of all the last minute requests we had, and even followed up with me to let me know that the courier service had picked it up.
My advice, GO TO FEDEX! This place is terrible.Firstly, their policies and practices are awful, secondarily their customer service, which I doubt is a word ever brought up in their training.2 stars because I was able to mail some documents, yay they did their job.Heres what they do NOT do:1) print their own labels for free. If you have them as an email, a pdf, an image etc THEY CHARGE YOU TO PRINT THEIR OWN LABELS. And we arent talking about a few cents we are talking about $3.24! For one label!2) Have any functionality like air print, google print etc. You can regular email to them to print, but then you are paying a minimum of $3.24. Thank you so much for all your efforts to print your own label for me, let me please pay you for your hard work.3) Free wifi. Isnt this something that should be offered when they advertise customer services?The patrons at the store were more helpful than the actual staff, so I was lucky to be there when there were other customers. A random guy helped me email my label.Yes, I was able to get my documents mailed, I did not leave with a positive experience. Yesterday while I was there I found the gal working to be more friendly, but all she did was charge me for printing my own documents, so Ill give her a gold star for not making my day worse.Ive had much better customer experiences at other UPS, but normally Ive found FedEx to be 1000% better - go there!

The worker named Catlin was giving me horrible service she was rude and kept looking at me in a very rude way and she didnt follow out with what I came there to do after the notary so I left. She was extremely rude to the other workers there as well.

This is the worst place ever. It is in a getto area, has rude workers, and most importantly, horrible at their one job.... Delevery. I ordered something that was supposed to arrive on Friday, i track it in the morning and its in their facility that is 2miles away...10hours later, its still there.

There seems to be a discrepancy with their posted store hours: the door says one thing, the Web site says another. The Saturday hours are mixed up. Ive been there early morning and late afternoon only to find the doors locked. Hopefully theyll get this fixed soon.
