We had rust/ paint bubbling at the edge of our hood on our 2017 grand caravan van. We took it to the dealer to see what could be done about it. They took pictures of the problem area and submitted it to dodge Chrysler. They agreed to replace the hood. They asked me to bring it in to get exact match on the paint, they painted the new hood and installed it within a week. It looks great and I was extremely happy with the dealership/ collision dept. Fast courteous service and a great job.

Ted absolutely understands the collision business as it applies to warranty issues. More importantly they are people persons, I told Ted about my issue, I then showed him, we then engaged in conversation so we both understood what the issue was and what was expected and what should be expected. I received a honest assessment and then communication follow-through as promised. My vehicle was serviced and looks much better, Ted told me to assess it for a few days and if I couldnt live with the known minor flaws to bring it back and they would address it to my satisfaction. Good, honest dude in my opinion.

Although a collision shop is usually someplace you don’t want to visit, I was highly impressed by the service I received at Transitowne. I was in for warranty work on my 2019 Ram, and Ted the manager went out of his way to make this a positive experience. Many people have negative opinions of dealership body shops, preferring to have repairs done at independent shops. Ted the body shop supervisor was awsome, professional and timly,had my hood replaced on my 17 pa ifica due to factory defect and corrosion damage, Ted filed a claim with Chrysler, aproved and installed in a very short time, there paint expert matched the varient perfectly, awsome staff.also hade a check engine code and an injector replaced via Warrenty,no charge diagnosis and very quick repair, and though I did not buy my vehical there .I will go no where else for s ervice, first class scervice and results !!!
