This was my first time using Park Ridge Auto Care, and it wont be the last. I was very happy with the service I received while I stopped in for a estimate on my A/C for my truck. Scott took the time to go over everything with me and give me a couple of options, he than was able to get my truck in for service that day even though I didnt have an appointment and had it fixed by the next day. If your looking for an honest repair center I highly recommend Park Ridge Auto Care.

Loved going to Park Ridge! Scott was so helpful and accommodating. I called that morning about getting an inspection that day and they fit me into their schedule immediately. Also, while I was there, I asked about another issue I was having with my car, and they fixed it during the inspection. Service was fast!! I got it all work done in under an hour. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Wheel bearing went on my car and I called a few other shops and everyone told me they wouldn’t be able to work on it for a few days. I called park ridge and Scott got it in the same day fixed the bearing and a few other things and got me back on the road the same afternoon. Great place! Great mechanics! Highly recommend!!

Scott and his team at Park Ridge Auto are the best!! The shop is always clean, the mechanics have always provided top quality work. Scott is very professional and explains things in a way that even a non mechanically inclined person can understand. Scott has text reminders for appointments and for paying invoices it is all very easy for the consumer. I recommend Park Ridge Auto for basic maintenance to very complex repairs. I’ve had all types of work performed and always have had my expectations exceeded. Ive finally found the shop that I can trust to take care of my German Machine!The owner Scott is a straight shooter, and goes above & beyond with respect to service; this extends to his team too. An honest and knowledgeable individual who seems to thoroughly enjoy his work (this was refreshing).Equally if not more important, is that this shop is not only capable but highly proficient and adept, with German imports (in my case, an E46) which is pf great concern because if youre an owner, then you know that even simple routine maintenance needs to be done a certain way: these guys get it!Furthermore, the communication is clear and concise, concerning what has been done; what to keep an eye on and pricing of the aforesaid.What I really appreciate though, is that there is no sense of pressure or up-sale... everything from communication to transaction, is very natural. As well, the pricing is quite reasonable (pleasantly surprised) which again, if youre an owner of a German import, then you absolutely detest trying to find a shop that doesnt try to exploit you financially (found one for all of you reading this, thank me later!)These are some of the more salient points, on why Park Ridge has earned my loyalty.If more auto shops put these fundamental practices into play, then they might achieve a similar following like Park Ridge, though it would be difficult (genuine 5 star reviews across the board) which is why I went to them in the first place.Scott is setting standards, in the Automotive Service Industry.Cheers!NOTE: My reviews are subject to change, with respect to service received. Ive been going here for a couple years now, and I think this is a good place. I do all of my own auto work, except when the job is too big, or I dont have time. They have good prices and havent proving me wrong yet, har har. I recently had the whole back end of my minivan rebuilt, with struts, bushings, sway bar links, and some other suspension parts, and a four wheel alignment. I work just up the road, and they give me a ride to and from whenever I have work done. A+++

I called to see if they could check the front end of my car after it started making noises and they had me come right in. Went in without an appointment for my inspection. Got it knocked out quick and took my tint off for me(dumbass state laws). Then a couple days my fuel pump went out. Had it towed there at 2 in the morning. Woke up to a text asking what was wrong, by 3 in the afternoon they had diagnosed and fixed my fuel pump and had it ready for pickup.

Todays serviceIm glad you took the easier route, saved me a lot of money, it was far less then I expected price wise and I know it was done right.
