This store seems more like an outlet store than a regular bath and Body. It’s weak on the inventory and the sale was not very good for the June/July sale.

I love tr his place. Just wish they would send me coupons. Never get them in emails either and the store said I do but I dont. Wish they would send them in the mail like they used to. Disapointed

Customer service is wonderful. Everyone is easy to deal with and personable. Not to mention the good products. My family loves all of the foaming handsoaps and wallflower scents. This particular store is great because its in an outdoor plaza no walking through a mall to get to it.

Okay first off as you walk in they have to spray your hands with hand sanitizer due to covid-19, now they use a lemon sented hand sanitizer!!!!! Now what if Im allergic to lemons and you spray my hands? And I get a allergic reaction ???? Or what if you spray someone elses hands that are allergic and you dont know ??? YOU SHOULD USE THE REGULAR, NON-SENTED KIND!!!!!

I love B&BW, but I went over the weekend covid safety protocols were not being followed..there was no social distancing, no one was enforcing the limit for persons in the store... it was almost as bad as black friday...

Christmas time they always have great daily sales. The line is long, but they have friendly people there to take care of you. I prefer the Southgate Plaza location, because its easy in and out, not like the malls.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I was overcharged by 6 items. The manager Patty was unhelpful and would not refund money. Would not even talk to me. The solution was to take the 6 items I was over charged for. Called corporate and emailed corporate. Will be taking further actions.

Very nice staff who are willing to help you find anything you may be having trouble with! Couldnt find a particular candle I was looking for and the staff showed me to one that smelled very close!

Everybody was very friendly there there are a lot of a certain product but they still treated me very nice. They apologized that they didnt have it and said next year around the holidays they will carry it it was vanilla Noel hand cream.
