This is the worst store I’ve ever been to and wish I would of talked to people in my community before they took advantage of me like they have done to so many people in West Seneca. They show you a very nice carpet and then install something very different then what you think you’re purchasing. And the install was so bad both me and my kids have stepped on unfinished tack strips and they have drawn blood. I can’t believe this place is still in business.

My experience with Carpet Factory Outlet:The initial process of picking the flooring and getting the estimate and scheduling the install was painless. After scheduling a floor installation, the manager called and increased the price by several hundred dollars. When it came time to do the installation, I moved all the appliances and furniture out of the two rooms and waited all day for the installers. I called the manager twice during the day for an update and he assured me they were on their way. Nobody showed and they stopped picking up the phone after my two calls. We emailed them that night since they werent answering and the next morning someone called from a different office and said they would call back to reschedule. Nobody called. I called back the next day and they assured me that they called me and set up a new install date. I told them they had not. The new date was 3 weeks later... So, I had to move all the furniture and appliances back and move them again when the new date arrived. On the new install date, they came and installed the new floor, however nobody at the warehouse put the trim in the van so they were unable to finish the job. After the installers left, I called the manager and he said he would call me right back with a new install date for the trim. Again, nobody called me back. That was on 11/10. For the next month, I called many times, but no answer. Finally, on 12/16, over a month later, someone called me to finish the job. This will be the final time I ever use this company. Beware and do your homework before hiring them.

I asked for an in home estimate. The gentleman called me and I was told that I had to measure and come into the store. Then they would give me an estimate. They wouldnt send anyone to measure unless I gave them a deposit. What is the point of shop at home. I am not comfortable going into stores let alone trying to measure.

I’d rather guide my dad into my mom then deal with this store again.

Carpet factory outlet helped me out a great deal. The price was fantastic and the quality of the products I ordered were everything I hoped. The installers were quick and professional. Did a great job putting in my carpet. I also asked if they knew someone who would actually remove carpet from bedroom floors since I had hardwood underneath. Very good price and couldnt ask for anybody nicer. He was very quick and precise.

Was just there. Was in the store for 15 min while there were several employees there at least 6, noone greeted me or said anything. I thought the employees were shoppers at first since they noticed me but didnt give a smile, greeting or ask if I needed anything. Dont go there if you are looking for friendly helpful workers.

Very bad installation, carpet seams are coming apart. Didn’t look like they took their time on the job at all.

I have absolutely nothing but disgust and outrage for the work that was through Carpet Factory Outlet on our new home. The install, that was supposed to be completed last week Tuesday, is being completed as I type this. When the work could not be completed on the promised day it took them OVER A WEEK to come back to finish. That being the least of my worries, there was also improperly disposed of garbage, nearly leading to us getting a ticket and fine, and worst of all, AT LEAST 12 NAILS LEFT IN OUR BATHROOM.I understand the things happen and not every work can be 100% perfect, but what has me most angry and upset is that the 4 phone calls to the store and 3 calls to the customer service line have produced nothing. ABSOLULETLY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO REMEDY THE SITUATION AT ALL. And now the installers dont even have enough carpet to finish the job....AFTER THE 2nd TIME HERE! I have never experienced worse customs service in my entire life. Every call I made directed me to a different person or number. Shame on you, Carpet Factory Outlet - Buffalo NY Carpet & Flooring for not delivering quality service.If you value your home, your family, and your hard earned money I strongly suggest you go elsewhere for any carpeting or flooring needs.

Cant buy a carpet if store is not open!!! Hours on web and store door state open at noon. We have sat at store for 20min no sign of anybody and the phone only rings no answering machine.

The whole place smelled like smoke the last time I went to look for a rug. Left immediately and very disappointed.
