After spending 14 hours in the ER, they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I come here at 8:20 and am told the pharmacist hasn’t shown up yet. Super professional. Choose Walgreens. Rite aid clearly can’t hire competently.

Had my son’s second covid vaccine scheduled here today. Had to wait until 4PM when we were suppose to have an appointment only to learn it wasn’t actually scheduled. They told my husband he had to leave & schedule online. So scheduled for next available which was 7:20PM! He came back 3 HOURS later and they told him AGAIN he didn’t have an appointment despite him having the email confirmation to prove it. They told him AGAIN to schedule online and then said for him to call in the morning to confirm. They said they needed to thaw the dose and thats why they weren’t able to administer the vaccine at either time he arrived.My husband took the day off work for this and I took time off work to be with him tomorrow in case he didn’t feel well. This has been planned since his first dose at this location in September.I then called to find out why after TWO failed appointments today they could not make an appointment themselves for my son so we could confirm NOW that he would have a dose thawed for him tomorrow. I was informed by the woman that she wasn’t going to thaw a dose without a confirmed appointment because then she’d just have to throw it away and that she couldn’t schedule the appointment herself because she was helping actual customers.I was upset because We would now be calling in to work and losing more money than we intended all because they can’t be bothered to schedule an appointment.I explained that and she said she can’t schedule an appointment because she’s too busy filling antibiotics for a baby. If she’s anti vaxx I would have rather she just said she didn’t want to do her job and not wasted our ENTIRE afternoon/evening being literally the least helpful person.My husband was going to make another appointment, but I told him not bother with that location anymore.We called the Rite Aid down the street from my work to ask about if they had any doses thawed before we made an appointment. The Rite Aid in Orchard Park was confused by our question and said “it would be easiest if you just came in now”So thanks to a completely different Rite Aid my son was able to get his second dose at 8PM and every employee there was so helpful. It’s WILD the difference 5 minutes drive makes in the quality of service from the same company.I DO NOT recommend this Rite Aid at all. Period

Clean building, Little wait time. Usually not busy, and never more than a 10 minute wait. Pharmacy is nice.

Clean and well organized, plenty of parking.

I left Walgreens because they did not honor their rain check. I now use Rite Aid for my needs.
