Great customer service, very helpful and happy vibes.

They are liars. I received a package in a retail box from FedEx. Returned it to Fed ex office in West Seneca. And was told that I could not use the same box that I had to pay for one of their boxes.I don’t know what sort of incentive these people are receiving for selling stuff in their office. But now I understand why FedEx he’s getting devoured by the phenomenal customer service at the US post office and UPS. Incredibly disappointed.I wouldn’t feel bad if they hadn’t have delivered the package to me and that exact same box. So they were double standard for the average consumer over a corporate consumer.

Just ship everything from here, they have the best customer service

This is my favorite one stop shop for printing faxing copies you name it! The staff at this location are super helpful and I have never had to wait too long for service. They have helped me with several projects that even other locations made more difficult than it really needed to be. If you arent a copy pro this is a great place to learn the ropes and get some great finished products along the way!

They pkg up your items perfectly and arrives quickly to your receiptiant

Would not take my prepaid shipment and wanted to sell me another box for over $30. Terrible experience. USPS and UPS will have my business from now on.

The employees here are very professional and helpful. We do a lot of printing and shipping through this location for our professional office - we have never had an issue. They are timely and friendly.

They have a lot of equipment to use. They also have a pretty friendly staff if you need help setting up a DIY job. Copy pricess are very reasonable. FAX prices are pretty hefty though.The staff is friendly and generally helpful.

I wouldnt rate this location any stars if I could... Im thinking they should train their staff and management better. If you cant figure out how to ship to APO addresses or even know that your location DOES ship to APO addresses then you probably should find another line of work.

This store has some of the nicest and helpful employees that I have ever encountered. They probably are paid peanuts, but they are always upbeat and friendly. Bad reviews have taken me by surprise.

Hate it when they refuse to accept package that it actually came in, in the condition that it came in, and after I actually added MORE bubble wrap. Dude - You shipped it to me like this, only with LESS packing materials! So very ghetto! (Jack & Tom are EXCEPTIONAL employees. Cherish them.)

This place is always open late for dropoffs and they always get my shipments packaged nice and delivered on time.

Terrible store awful customer service. They refused to let me drop off packages because I didnt purchase the labels from them!! Avoid at all costs the inside the building is as nasty as the outside looks.
