It is ok target location that I know so far. Staff is good with young well-behaved teens. Other stores has moron staffs and I have a lots problem on pickup or help.Store is not fancy compared to Worcester location but the shoppers are much nicer here.One thing this store annoying me is sometimes they gives expired or damaged items in same-day services. The store should has policy about this issue because we are not free to check. If we free, we will not use same-day services.Thanks

The store is very clean and the staff is friendly. There is a good variety of inventory always in stock; however, they block the aisles in the morning when they are stocking. I avoid this Target in the AM and go to the one in Marlborough then instead.

Decent store overall. Usually has what Im looking for. The staff at the Westborough MA location (01581) is surperb - always helpful, professional & friendly (theres just not enough of them). This particular Target has a CVS Pharmacy within it (and Kevin - the pharmacist, it the VERY BEST there is)!!!

Don’t call to check for stock they will not answer I’ve called 6 different extensions and no answer I’ll just go to Walmart ✌🏾

I experienced my first Target Drive up order. I am absolutely ordering again! The convince of not having to wake a sleeping child to get out of the car to grab a couple things in the store, is life changing. The app was super easy to place my order, to let them know I was on my way and lastly to let them know I arrived. In less than a min my order was at my car. The employee who brought my order to my car was very professional, extremely prompt and super nice. They had everything in stock and everything selected was in perfect condition.

Curbside pickup is *FREE*, fast, friendly, safe, efficient! Highly recommended.

Purchase limits are ridiculous. I understand the idea but the way they reacted was unprofessional, rude and unfriendly. The women attacked my basket to take out Clorox wipes like I was trying to steal a baby. With Walmart across the street with lower prices im the fool shopping at Target.

Felt safer than Walmart and everything was clean. Short of the hand sanitizer station at the exit being empty/not working, everything was smoothly running and Id go back.

Good target store. We can always find what we want easily. The employees are incredibly helpful as well. During the holiday rush, I was looking for one particular item, and asked an employee for help. He was clearly busy, and it wasnt even his area, but he went out of his way to look in the back, and even check other nearby stores.

Its was a lovely experience here tonight. I was in and out with exactly what i needed(maybe a little more! ) and the cashier was both personable and efficient. Happy i went to Westborough Target tonight!

This Target has one of the best customer service teams Ive encountered. Theyre always willing to lend a hand or help you find that impossible item that youre SURE is there (guess what? its not there - but they tried anyway!)

I ordered a high chair online to pick up in store and when I went to get it, it had been there waiting for me. I was amazed that it took so little time. It was great! I also like the childrens clothing. Always a nice selection.

Handicap accessibility is good in this location, and the store is clean and bright... I didnt see any motorized carts and I think they should have them available at the entrance. The staff were absolutely wonderfuland they have this technology that looks like a smartphone that tells them if something is stocked in the store room, if its not located out in the store aisle.I wish I knew the name of the man who helped us but he was about 5 foot 9 with gray hair, about maybe 60 years old? If I knew his name I would call Target just to commend him (which I never do)on his kindness, his patience with us as we asked for about 5 items..( and 2 people were waiting for help!) Hes an ace-in-the-hole for you and no, I do not know him hes an ace in that store and I hope hes treated accordingly.I also commend Target for hiring older folks, because to me they are far better team leaders than younger and more immature peoplethe checkout was flawless and the girl who was checking us out, a short pretty and young African American girl who was leaving her shift but let us in anyways, made us laugh.but I talked to another person about working there and Im told that a lot of times people are not scheduled and they have to really push for hours there.I had inquired about working there thats why the girl told me, ( not the checkout girl but a different associate) the Starbucks is a great additionand its wonderful to grab a coffee on your way out, especially after dealing with a 13 teenager niece..LOL

This target is very neat and clean and has many things inside. This beats Walmart any day! The employees are always very nice and helpful and this store is always well stacked with everything you need. I go to this target every single time I need something!

Very bad experience I had .I called at 11am to reserve an iPad for me. Gave the rep over the phone my name, said it will be there . Mind you I get there 38 minutes later and it wasn’t on hold ready for me to pick up and it wasn’t the one I wanted . Only took out 300 for the one I wanted and the one they had in stores was going for an extra 99 dollars . Managers please teach your team not to lie 😔. However I am currently writing this review on my new iPad that I purchased from Marlboro. Yay 3rd store was a charm😁

I have loved Target for over 30 years, and my home is full of Target goods to prove this. I boycotted Walmart 15 years ago due to their treatment of employees. I love Target employees;90% of them are helpful and friendly! They missed the 5 star rating as I am not comfortable sharing a bathroom with a man taking advantage of this new policy. There are already family restrooms and there was no need to allow MEN into restrooms and dressing rooms. A recipe for disaster (of which they already experienced). I hardly shop there now, I only go in to support the great employees working hard for their paycheck. Too bad Target, you lost a long term customer. I am now an infrequent visitor. But I feel I must make a stand for myself, my daughters, and granddaughter. Thank you Target employees as always!!!

I am sad to say that my experience at the target in Westborough, MA left me and my 9 year old son stunned to silence. Someone had their dog in a car with the windows up. It was a warm day and the dog had been there when we arrived and when we exited the store 30 minutes later. When we went inside to ask customer service to page the owner so they could open a window or just tend to their dog, we got a response of what happens outside of the store isnt our concern. I voiced to the woman that I was confused since they page for car lights being on but not when an animal is in a car with all windows rolled up tight. She just responded again that what happened in their parking lot wasnt their responsibility.I am a bit uncomfortable now having my mom shop at target or other family members. What if someone slips? What if there is a medical emergency? What if there is a security issue? In the parking lot....not Targets responsibility?Just proceed with caution is all I can say.

Big box store with good selections and good prices from food to clothing and everything in between. Always clean. Occasional delays checking out.

My advice, look closely at the saleprices when shopping. You think you are getting the sale price only to have the original price ring up at the cashier. Worst part, they dont make it right when caught. Its clearly misleading. Im disappointed in Target.

Super quick and great customer service

The place is very well organized. Always a Target staff is there to provide assistance. They have the CVS pharmacy located inside the store. A great place to shop and have some coffee at the Starbucks located inside the store.

The customer service is terrible, and pricing is inaccurate--if the product is displayed for two different prices, the higher price is charged because we just havent changed the sign yet. I was left waiting for fifteen minutes after requesting help and ended up leaving the store, not buying anything.

Your typical target store. Its clean, has groceries, plenty of parking, and has a pharmacy. The staff are helpful and the store is usually well stocked.

Called Electronics guy to see availablilty of item, I gave them dpci number, they confirmed they had 2 and would hold them for me. I arrived and they didnt hold them and didnt have the item. Useless...

The best Target between Millbury and Framingham. Its the only thing in the Plaza so traffic is minimal. Its not crowded. Store is well cared for. By far my favorite.

There were works screaming at each other in the parking lot. Store was very quiet, very few customers. Parking lot was under construction.

This is your standard suburban Target; most people who work seem nice. There is a Starbucks inside.

This is a nice store cleaner than Walmart and one bonus would be that it is nicely stacked and has good customer service. I dont go here often and the Starbucks is a good addition.

Target is my favorite mass merchant. This Target is clean, neat, and organized. The on-site Starbucks is a bonus.

We keep visiting this target primarily because of the cleanliness, collection friendly staff members and kids friendly environment.

Never had an issue here. Always clean and its stocked with everything I need.

There was only one register open with a long line. With using wic I can not use self checkouts. So i went to the service desk which only had one person who was being helped. The manager Amanda came over to help me and as soon as she found out i wasnt returning anything but purchasing stuff she became very rude and in my opinion nasty towards me. I explained that the line for the one register was too long to wait in with my daughter who is one and a half and already cranky and how i was using wic so self checkout was not an option. When i gave her a few things i did not want she made it seam like it was the end of the world and horrible that i gave her them. I could have just ditched them in random spots but i was nice and didnt. Overall go here if you want a side of attitude.
