The design assistance and customer service are excellent. Boston Interiors’ furniture and decor are high quality and include a variety of styles with endless color and fabric choices. Delivery and set up also excellent. Highly recommend.

I love Boston Interiors. The displays and furniture are beautiful and well made. A wonderful interior decorator and sales woman helped my friend greatly.

Good selection of furniture. If your tastes are on the more contemporary/modern side this is one place that you may find something your like. Unlike many other furniture stores in New England BI embraces more modern design. Customer service is excellent.

Loved working with Bridget at the Westborough Boston Interiors this Summer/Fall on outfitting 2 rooms worth of new furniture. She took my remodel plans and helped me map out exactly what I needed, plus came up with great fabric suggestions to match my style. Cant wait to buy more from Boston Interiors when I remodel my bedroom in the coming months!

I went in to the store with a picture, and the salesperson, Bridget, knew exactly how to pull it all together! She was patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. She had a keen eye for design, and I couldnt be happier with the result! It was a great experience from start to finish!

Poor customer service and poor quality.I purchased the Emmett leaning bookcase and bookshelf set from Boston Interiors. I chose this set over others sold by competitors because it is made of solid wood, thinking it would be more durable and because Boston Interiors is a reputable company.Well, Ive had two desks delivered at this point and each was delivered with a damaged front edge on the desk - were talking splinter-worthy. I agreed to have a service technician come to the house to try to fix the edge rather than place my bets on a third desk (results TBD). In the meantime, the edge of the desk has continued to deteriorate with very light use. Slivers of the edge continue to fall off with the lightest tough, leaving behind an incredibly rough surface where your wrists land when typing.After dealing with wonderful companies like West Elm, Boston Interiors customer service leaves much to be desired. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority of theirs. Theyre trying to spin the technician call as a favor to me... seriously? Theyve delivered two broken pieces of furniture to my house and fixing it at no charge should be expected at the very least.I will never purchase furniture from Boston Interiors again. No doubt the piece of furniture is beautiful... if you never plan on touching it or using it and if damage at delivery is acceptable. Ill give my money to West Elm any day over Boston Interiors.

Horrible service plan after 1 year. They cant fix your furniture nor do they know anyone who can. Literally, after a 10,000 purchase you are on your own one year into your purchase.

The price-quality is good and they deliver and set up

I called to purchase a rug, and I was told by Lisa that the last one in the warehouse was sold the night before. (I knew that there was only one left in the warehouse the day before because I had called to inquire about the price, but had not yet decided to purchase.) Lisa told me that there would be more arriving in December. When she heard that I was disappointed, she offered to call the people who had purchased it to see if they could wait until December for their rug. She called me back about a half hour later to let me know that the rug was available to me.

Have all the furniture I like at reasonable prices.

A little understaffed, but a lot of patience and knowledge.
