Hadnt been to this location in a while due to a few displeasurable experiences. Needed a Nintendo switch and decided to give this store another go. All the new staff is friendly and very helpful. Very pleased with my experience and happy I went back.

I believe her name was Jackie. Good personality and customer service. Seemed to be all alone and was still delivering solid service.

Friendly staff. I take my kid to this shop to buy some used/new PS4 and XBox games. Staff are very knowledgeable in games.

The man there seemed very bored and tired even though it was five oclock. he ignored me and didnt help me then when I went to buy something he started telling me how he didnt like the game I was buying.he said that the game was fifty dollars when it was only 30 if it wasnt for a nagging suspicion i would have lost 20 dollars because of this guy. so, as you can see I did not like it one bit.

I went into GameStop looking to get a new game. The clerk took the time to answer all my questions about recent titles.It had been some time since my PS3 had seen any action other than the occassion DVD or Netflix. I was torn between a shooter like Battlefield or a Sports game like Madden.After a brief discussion I decided that I would give Madden a try. The clerk was helpful, courteous and had the answers to my questions. I have been to different Game Stop locations before where they have been too busy or preoccupied to take the time answer all my questions. He took it all in stride. I wish could recall his name, I would give him a shout out here.

I called them 2 times and the second time he just hung up I just wanted to know if they had a Xbox one controller

I was told back in January that they had a game there so I went there, but to my surprise the game wasnt there because it was being used by a worker, and didnt come back for over a week. Then now in late June into July I ordered NHL16 from them and I get a game that does not work so as you can probably see Im very mad and disappointed
