A long overdue review to sing your praise ! Thank you for everything you have done and will continue to do for my hearing health. I have been wearing hearing aids for 4 years. Im glad I started early rather than waiting, so if you are reading this and think you need help, make the appointment! I started at the age of 54 with a full career - I was missing many important things in meetings and conversations and I felt like a burden to ask people to repeat themselves. I have had hearing tests prior to coming here and they do not compare in any way to the tests and care I receive here. Very thorough testing for every type of situation that you may find yourself in. While my hearing continues to decline, I dont experience the loss with your expertise, aid and adjustments for my hearing aids. Hearing aids have come along way - but you need these folks to make them work for you, its kind of like a tiny robot tweaked just for me. They treat me like family, they take there time with me to get the best outcome, Im never rushed and Im always very comfortable I would like to mention Tammy at the front desk- she is always very kind, very efficient and always a pleasure. As a 21 year old who has been deaf since birth, I have to say coming to Professional Hearing has been a whole different experience. Most places just seem to want to run the hearing test, take your money and get you out the door. But not with Professional Hearing, they genuinely care about your hearing. They really want to work with you and your insurance to make sure you are truly taken care of. Alex answered every single question I asked him, he listened to my complaints about my hearing aids and made sure to fix them right in his office! For years I’ve had a ringing coming from my hearing aids that I thought was normal, well in three seconds Alex fixed it! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Very pleased to say the least. Maintaining and fine-tuning the great hearing aids that we got just before COVID, Alex has been fantastic. This place is amazing. They care a lot to do things right. They are very professional and friendly and they take time to listen and help. The customer service is awesome. My mom had old hearing aids malfunctioning, they took time to fix it and also worked on new ones. They were very patient during the hearing test and asked my mom questions to make sure they accommodate her well. We are very happy with our experience and we recommend them for other people.

My 3 year old hearing aids were purchased and serviced by the audiology department of a HMO clinic where all my doctors are located. They were not very through, did not ask many questions and the adjustment service I got did not resolve my issues. Due to this, I decided to go elsewhere since I am now on a PPO plan. I found PHHA online. When I called, Tammy asked me a bunch of questions including my concerns. One of my worries is PHHA being Out-of-Network for my plan. Long story short, I found out they were Out-of-Network but Tammy said to come in anyway to talk to them and maybe get a hearing test. I got a quote for the test and decided to give them a try since it’s a father and son business.Alex (the son) was the audiologists who fixed the broken receiver on my old hearing aid and also spend a good amount of time talking to me about my concerns and gathered some history about my hearing loss. He wanted to know what I wanted out of my hearing aids so he can help me towards that goal. He said it a journey and he would work with me through continued visits to support improving the use of either my current aids or new ones if I am interested in getting them. I took the hearing test. Alex was very thorough explaining the results to me. He wanted to make sure I understood the information in the result sheetWe also talked about hearing aid options but the ones I would like and what he also recommended based on my needs were not affordable out-of-pocket due to my plan so unfortunately I am not able to continue the journey at PHHA due to insurance limitations.

Alex and Peter are so kind and professional with my 95 year old mom.They are patient and explain everything so that she understands what they’re doing. We enjoy our visits and look forward to them. Tammy goes out of her way to help with wheelchair issues and always has a fun conversation with mom while in waiting room. And never had a long wait! Very efficient office with the BEST people!!!!

My experience with Professional Hearing Associates was something I did not expect. From the moment I walked in and completed my hearing test I was very comfortable. Alex explains in great detail what will work best for my hearing loss. After trying out the hearing aids recommended, I couldn’t believe how much I had missed. I am so happy I can now hear without asking people to constantly repeat what was said. I highly recommend this practice! From my initial phonecall, the office manager, Tammi, expertly handled my insurance issues and was able to confirm and book an appointment immediately. She is so personable on the phone and in person. On the day of my appointment, I saw Alex Lee. Ive never had a hearing consultation quite like this. As a long time hearing aid wearer, I knew that I wanted to upgrade to a hearing aid with smart phone pairing. Alex asked so many questions about my current hearing and what I wanted in a new device. He really listened to my answers and considered what would be appropriate. The hearing test was thorough, and at the end of the testing and the questions, Alex was able to recommend a device that he thought would best suit my needs. I just picked them up yesterday. Alex fine tuned the hearing aids according to my responses to his questions. He sent me off for a 2 week practice period. Ill go back in for fine tuning. I expect a long relationship with these hearing aids and this practice. They are kind, gentle and they listen!! So important in todays healthcare world.

I had one sided hearing loss and lucky for me I heard Peter and Alexs radio show before I lost almost all hearing on both sides. I have not had my hearing tested for several years and I find as I age, it seems like I am asking people to repeat themselves more often than I would like. To my pleasure, he found that my hearing was very good with just a slight problem at a certain range level which did not require hearing aids. I took my 92- year- old father to Professional Hearing Healthcare Associates to get his hearing tested and then fitted for hearing aids. Peter and Alex were both so caring, personable, thorough and professional--my dad and I felt a positive bond with them both right away. These two gentlemen have taken care of my brothers hearing needs for over a dozen years. Ive known audiologists who, after an initial 20 minute exam, immediately recommended their most expensive hearing aid for my brother. This for someone on Social Security. Professional Hearing Associates have always kept my brothers financial situation in mind as they worked to find the best and most affordable solution for my brother. A few years ago my 91-year-old Mother was having difficulty hearing, the volume was very loud on her television and she was always saying she could not hear us when we spoke. They were very kind and patient with her, they could not have been more professional. She did need hearing aids and life is so much better for her and us! She recently moved and one of her hearing aids was lost during the move. Five star rating! That shouldnt be given out indiscriminately but Peter and Alex Lee have earned every one! These two are indeed Professionals and if there were more stars to give, theyd receive them! I have a unique hearing problem whereby Ive lost practically all hearing ability in one ear due to nerve deafness. Thorough testing revealed there was a chance that a hearing device could be fitted to that bad ear to make it work again. Without any pressure to buy I was given a trial period in which to try out my new devices. It involved a series of weekly appointments to get the right adjustments. Alex said early on that hed work with me and do whatever it takes to make my hearing the best it can be. He never faltered on that promise and mid stream found a newly produced device that transferred sounds from my bad side to the good ear. We scrapped the original in favor of these; again showing me that there was no limits to their trying to make things right! I had trouble hearing my wife while driving in the car...not to worry ....I was given a microphone device that my wife wears that Bluetoothed to my hearing aids making it all pleasurable once again to take those long drives!Getting hearing devices is a process ....one that both Alex and Peter deliver on! Previously I obtained hearing aids at another business ....once they placed them in my ears it was as though I was all set.....there was no follow up ...just call us if you have a problem! Not so with Professional Hearing.....please look them up ....you wont be disappointed!

I’m on the early side for needing hearing aids but the approach they use really helped me to feel part of the process and make the decision to give it a try. The hearing aids have been life altering. He explained the exams before executing them and then went over the results thoroughly and made sure i understood.i was given an opportunity to demo some hearing aids to help me determine it that was the best method to benefit me. Highly recommend. My MILs hearing aid stopped working, she was too ill to travel, and couldnt remember who her audiologist was. Not only was the office willing to work with us given very little information, but they were quick and really pleasant, and had her hearing aid fixed in no time. They also told us what to look out for if it stopped working in the future, and clued us in to the expiration dates on the back of h.a. battery packages.

For safety and health reasons, a few years ago my sister and I moved our Mom (with Dementia) from Florida to the Metrowest area so she’d be close to her family. Her hearing loss was quite significant, but the hearing aids she had from Florida were not doing the job. Peter & Alex were able to do a thorough exam & test her hearing loss. They ordered her new hearing aids in the price range she requested. They gave our Mom back some much needed quality of life. This past month she lost one of her hearing aids. During this Covid Pandemic and over the phone, they were able to order a replacement hearing aid for our Mom, have it remotely fitted to her hearing needs, a safe pickup at their lockbox and back in our Mom’s ear within a matter of days. To say this was exceptional service is beyond words.
