I have owned several cars but this was the first time buying a car on my own. I have seen and visited numerous car dealerships of all types trying to find the right one, and I can honestly say that the people at Herb Chambers Westborough were some of the best I have ever dealt with. Like most used cars nothing is going to be absolutely perfect. But any minor issues the car had were immediately fixed and taken care of. You can clearly tell that they want you to have the best experience buying a car. I never felt like I was being (seriously no pun intended) taken for a ride or screwed over. Everyone there was professional and some of the most pleasant people I have ever worked with. I didnt feel like they were trying to be nice or helpful just for the sake of business. I actually felt like I was having real conversations with these people like theyre my good friends. Stephanie was the girl who helped us out and she went above and beyond her duties. Even after the sale had been final, she would call up to give me updates about my cars progress while it was being fixed and even offered to come in on her day off so she could be directly involved. All the sales people there are amazing dont get me wrong but she is by far one of the best they have to offer. I strongly suggest asking for her the next time you need to buy a new or used car.
Recently signed a lease for a Tucson here and had a beyond pleasant experience with James Alexander. He was knowledgeable and personable, making the whole ordeal with getting my very first car a lot less stressful. Very thankful for that! Im giving the five stars to James and he deserves every single one of them, but I was not, however, happy with the service I received from some other men working to help understand the numbers for the different options I had (leasing or buying). I wish I could remember their names, but I wasnt very comfortable with the first guy who came over to talk to me and my brother-in-law, who was helping me out. I felt like we had to repeat multiple times that all I wanted to do was sleep on it (whether or not to buy or lease), mostly so that anxiety didnt get the best of me, and I felt this one guy did not respect that at all and wanted me to sign papers that day. I get its their job, but it made me uncomfortable and I swear if it wasnt for the fact that James had treat both myself and my brother-in-law (also looking for a car) REALLY REALLY WELL, I probably would have walked out. So again, ALL of these stars go to James! He was phenomenal! If you go into the dealership, ask for him! He will treat you right :) thanks for all the help, James! You did great.
Last month I went to Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westborough with my brother to buy a car. The salesman, Kyle, was very helpful in assisting my brother. Kyle showed my brother the exact car he was looking to buy. He was knowledgeable about the features and details of the car. It was a very quick and positive experience. My brother is more than satisfied with his new Hyundai. Thanks Kyle!
Normally, I do not like to process of buying a new car. However, walking into this dealership was nothing less than the best. I was treated with respect by the sales reps and especially by Rob, the GM.After we test drove the first Sonata, that was similar to one we really wanted, there was one inside the showroom that we liked more simply because of the color combination. When we asked what it would take to move the car outside so we could drive that one, he did not even hesitate to jump up, and personally move 3 other cars around so we could drive the exact car we wanted. This personal attention made the buying experience a good time to buy a new car. I will be returning when I am in need of a new Truck.Thank youJeff
Great service department. But BEWARE OF SALES. I looked into converting my leased vehicle into ownership. They were excited to offer me a lower payment than my lease payment, over a 7 year finance period. I went home and did the math, and found that they would be charging me 18%!!!!!! What, are you kidding me? I havent paid ANYONE 18% for ANYTHING in many many years. I am insulted and am very happy I did not sign on the dotted line. Local banks are charging 2.99% for those with good credit. Its good to be an EDUCATED CONSUMER. I have been happy with them until now. I might not even go back there for service anymore.
I just had a great experience at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Westborough! Everyone was so pleasant to deal with and so very knowledgeable, from the sales people right up to the GM. I didn’t feel pressured in anyway and they even let my two year old sit in all the showroom cars…which SHE LOVED! We settled on the Sonata which is roomy enough to fit two car seats comfortably in the backseat. I know I got a great deal and a great car and will definitely go back there for my next car! Thank you Herb Chambers Hyundai in Westborough!
I was a first time buyer and had a wonderful experience with them. John was great to work with and he helped immensely to get the right car for me. Herb Chambers was accessible for any questions and concerns I had during the process. Pierre was also awesome to work with!
I recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson. I absolutely love it! John Agbey was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and even reached out a few days later to see how I was liking my new car. I would highly recommend him. Thank you John!
Best car buying experience I ever had! They helped me find a great vehicle for myself when I went in with bad credit and little down payment. They worked with every bank until the found me a great car and low loan payments. I will be back again for my next vehicle!Thank you again Rusty and Gene.
A great car buying experience! The friendly salesman (thanks Joel Brown)and staff worked as a team and took their time and answered all of our questions. The General Manager was superb as well. It was obvious he enjoyed his work. He is a people person and also made sure we were happy with the purchasing experience. I told a friend and drove him in two days later and he bought his new car with the same great experience from Michael Homgimian. We will continue to recommend this dealership.
I had the pleasure of working with Mike L while searching for my perfect car. When I walked into Herb Chambers on Saturday, I had no intention of buying a new car, but settling for a car that was (for lack of a better term) Meh. When I was finished working with Mike, I walked out of the building with a car that I absolutely loved. Mike was completely honest, upfront and courteous 100% of the time. If you are in the market for a Hyundai, Go to Herb Chambers and ask for Mike. You will not be disappointed!
I purchased my Elantra from Herb Chambers. I was very impressed with the General Manager, Rusty Clifford. He was very straightforward and honest in his dealings with me. I did not feel like I was being pressured and I think I got a very fair price for my trade and my new car. I had a small service issue with my car a few weeks later and Rusty connected me with his service manager and went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved quickly and painlessly. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat.
I just purchased a vehicle from this dealer and had a very pleasant experience. My product Specialist Kate Roy did and excellent job of working with me in getting a good deal and giving me a fair value on my trade in. I felt no pressure and everyone there was super nice. Im thinking of getting another vehicle and they would be my first choice.A few days before I was at a competitor very close by who said they cant help me because of my low credit score but the team at Herb Chambers worked very hard to secure a loan for me.Thanks guys.
:)I recently purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport, and I just have to say that the entire staff helped to make it the Best car buying experience Ive ever had!!!!! They were helpful, patient, and friendly as they walked me through the process. I have already recommended them to several friends in the market for a new car. Thanks so much for all your help!Jodi
James Alexander was my salesperson. He was excellent through the whole transaction! I highly recommended going to him because he heard my concerns, and made sure the deal worked. I never once felt pressured, or that I was being misled in any way. So far I am impressed with Hyundais quality and the customer service at this location. See James Alexander !
I recently bought a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at Herb Chambers in Westborough and I had the best experience ever at a car dealer. Stephanie White the sales consultant made an exceptional job, for the first time someone was concerned in answer my questions without pressuring me. With the help and professionalism of the manager and the financial department I could pick up the car the next day. I already took the car for the first service and once again I was amazed by the treatment and concern they provide us.Thank you for the awesome job!!!
I have been in a few dealerships in the area to buy a car and these guys were the best. Staff are very friendly and helpful and take the time to offer the best option that suits your needs. I ended up purchase a car from them with a very good experience. Strongly recommend this dealership.
Excellent service! Ive purchased 3 vehicles from the General Manager, Rusty, over the years and have received superb customer service and fair deals with purchase prices as well as trade in values. I also trust the dealership with maintenance and service! Highly recommend Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westborough!!
I just purchased Hyundai Accent. John is very knowable sales rep, not only on Hyundai cars but other brands as well. I highly recommend to talk to him before making a decision. They really work to earn my business - I feel respected. One thing I appreciate from Westboro dealership is that they gave me some breathing room to think through and help me make a reasonable decision.
I posted a bad review last week however since then Herb Chambers contacted me and they had been extremely helpful and had gone beyond expectations.i very very please with them and i feel i missed judge them too quick perhaps.thank you so much for your great customer service.
Brought my car in for service for the first time, i normally do my service at another dealership and decided to give herb chambers a try. i am very glad i did. when i came in i was greeted by Anya who was great, I came in for an oil change and was in and out and they even cleaned my car, good as new! i will be back for future services and will recommend these folks to people i know. Keep up the terrific work!
I just recently purchased a car - 2013 Hyundai Sonata and overall my experience very good. Jim and Kyle Keegan were extremely professional and truly made the experience very easy and welcoming. I live in New Hampshire so there was an extra process that needed to be taken and Jim and Kyle were completely flexible and helpful! Great customer service from both of them! Truly appreciate it!
We always get great service here! Its easy to schedule and there is a Target store near by to pass the time. The service staff is helpful and courteous and really try to ensure they are doing 100% to address the issues. So far we have only come in for the scheduled services. Once as we were going away for the weekend and we thought something was wrong with the vehicle - they took us in without appointment and checked and double checked that everything was running fine and had us on our way. This is a top notch dealership!
My wife and I just picked up our new 2015 Hyundai Accent today. Besides really liking the car, we got the deal we were after with absolutely no hassling. Our salesperson, Kate Roy, was friendly, competent, efficient and most importantly, honest. Thanks to Kate, this was our best new car buying experience (out of 10) BY FAR.
Since I bought my Hyundai 2015 turbo sport last year, I had enjoyed going back to the service. The service’s advisor Matt and his team are very professionals!Matt always hears me on the issues or concerns that I might have. Great job as always!Carlos
Very good experience. Dealt with John Agbey who was polite, professional and very helpful. He took the time to go over all features and benefits of various models and trim packages. Low pressure environment. Very reasonable to deal with.
Had a great experience beginning to end buying our new used Santa Fe. Crystal was professional and courteous, and worked hard to get us the best deal and put us into our expected payment. Would highly recommend!!
I came in looking to trade in my 2012 Accent for a new car before the end of the new year. The experience was easy- I was lead to John, who was very helpful and friendly. I was in a new car within the next two days! From the process of finding a model I liked to the finances, Herb Chambers was the perfect place for me to find the right car for the best deal.
I just purchased my first car from this dealership and it was a great overall experience. John Agby was a very knowledgeable and patient sales rep with me as I asked a million questions and went on a few test drives. I knew that I was in good hands and was being given the best deal possible which made the whole car buying experience less intimidating. Thanks John!
This is the first time that I had a stress-free car buying experience. I had a specific used car in mind and the whole transaction from start to finish was so easy with the help of the crew at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Westborough. John Agbey was my agent and he was accessible throughout the process, knowledgeable about the car, and helpful in getting things processed quickly. I dont live near Westborough so I pushed to get everything settled in a matter of two visits. I went in on a Wednesday and drove away the next day! Pierre was excellent in the financing department and GM Devin even made sure to check in and introduce himself. All in all, an excellent experience and I highly recommend John to guide anyone through the car buying process!
I came here with my mother for her car, and she loved Jean Bading so much that I decided to use her to buy my own car. While my mom was going over some paperwork for her car, Jean took me over to the used car lot and I noticed a few cars I liked. Jean wrote them down and got the keys to them. I really liked the Dodge Journey, and Jean made sure I was able to afford it. She managed to get me low monthly payments and made sure I was happy with everything. I jokingly asked her if she could fill my gas tank, rather than just fill it half way which is their standard for used cars, and the business guy said she asked him at least 10 times if she could fill it. Her dedication made my first solo car buying experience fantastic and she definitely became my dealer for life! Thanks so much Jean, and I tell everyone I know to go to you for a new car!
My experience at Herb Chambers Hyundai was nothing shy of excellent. I was stuck in a sticky situation with a previous lease and was in a panic when I arrived. Sam Ukpo was able to not only find me a perfect car but was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. Pierre was also amazing in the financial department and helped me with all that I needed and made everything easy to understand. I would recommend Herb Chambers Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a car. Warm, welcoming and overall very friendly staff who generally care about their customers
A car buying experience is typically an unpleasant one. However, working with Herb Chambers professionals is a totally different experience. My experience at the Hyundai dealership in Westborough was no different than the ones I had at other Herb Chambers dealerships. Service is consistent, staff are professional and negotiation process is straight forward. I am a loyal Herb Chambers client.
My husband and I are quite different in size and we needed a car that we would both fit comfortably in and that would fit our budget. We explained these needs to Alex Yanousky. He matched us up with the perfect car for us and then took care of everything on his end and the financing department did their part. It was all in all a very good and painless experience.
When I walked in I was greeted by James Alexander, he did a phenomenal job of treating me great customer service and showing me the car that I was interested in. I highly recommend seeing him when visiting this dealership. He was extremely professional and courteous enough to cater around to my needs from buying my first car.If you are looking to buy a certified pre-owned car for your son/daughter or for yourself, then youll want to visit him.
What a relaxed, pain-free car buying experience at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westborough. John Agbey was very helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend stopping in and talking to him about your next car purchase!
Had a great experience and they made it so easy.. John the sales rep was very helpful and the finance department worked out a deal that I could afford!!
I have a 2012 Hyundai Veloster and it has had some problems. 90% of them covered under warranty but it still has been an inconvenience. However Herb Chambers has treated me so well that I dont even care. I always get a loaner for the simplest fixes if my car needs to be kept for more than a day. Daniel in service is the friendliest man I have ever met and really goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.
I am the proud new owner of a 2009 Santa Fe. I could not have asked for a better salesperson than Samuel Ukpo. First stepping into the location I was greeted with a smile and the service I received was excellent. I knew what I wanted and Sam worked to make it happen. The experience was painless. Also a special thanks to Ben in the credit area. I could not have asked for anything better.
I just wanted to thank Herb Chambers for helping find my wifes new car. I was looking elsewhere and when the other dealer dropped the ball. I headed here. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile. Directed to Crystal who showed me my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited in red. I was driving it home that day. Great dealership I purchased a Honda from Herb Chambers Honda in 2006 still running strong.
John Agbey was great! I did not know about the perks of leasing until he mentioned it. I ended up leasing the Elantra 2017 limited and I absolutely love it. He made sure it was detailed and clean before driving it over to me. I had a great experience getting my new car!
When I bought my car in November, I felt that my salesman was honest and fair, and paid the asking price of my Hyundai Tucson. The manager explained to me that it had been in a side impact collision, but that it was completely updated and had gone through a rigorous inspection, and I could be confident in the car. Having only about 35,000 miles on it, I agreed and bought the car same day, in November. Within a month I heard a knocking when the AC was on, so brought it in for service, and they replaced the blower. There was no need for AC during the winter, so fast forward to Summer and the knocking is back. I brought it back in and was told that the issue was not linked to the service in November, even though the noise was the same, and that the AC system would cost me about $1,000, since it was over 3 months from buying the car. Very disappointed customer.
We just bought our cars there. We love the facility huge selection ability to walk between 3 different brand lots. Many cars new and used to browse. Little did we know we would make it our Sunday home. Thankfully they had a football game on the large comfy waiting area. We haggled like anyone would and each offer was a dragged out wait. There were promises implied. Then during the paperwork phase with Kyle the truth came out that these came with a raise in the overall cost of the purchase. Your car will be 100% covered said the salesman K.B., little did we know it would come with an additional $2000 tag. Like I said, staff was friendly and courteous facilities very nice. But constant misleading statements kind of soured the whole experience. We got our certified pre-owned cars no manuals, the remote key locks missing or not working. We go back again today to straighten out these issues and get our inspection stickers. Seems volume sales equates to less concern about the actual product being offered. Now were on the service side which is legendary. Lets see if they hold up to their reputation. Not the Herb Chambers that I bought cars from 20 years ago.
I recently traded in my Sonata (which I also loved) for a 2106 Tuscon. My sales rep was Emad and business manager was Pierre, they were both simply outstanding! Low pressure, patient, responsive and incredibly thorough and helpful! This is the 2nd Hyundai I have bought at Herb Chambers and will never go anywhere else. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
We were on the hunt to replace our existing vehicle which took about a month with visits to just about all manufacturers. A daunting task indeed! As we narrowed down our search it became very apparent who we would choose. For me, having a great product accounts for a good portion in my decision making, the remainder is how well I interact with the sales team. From the first day, Stephanie W. was there to show us around and explain every detail. With every visit, she was always patient and did not come across as a pushy or “gotta make the deal today or else!” sales person. Stephanie and the Herb Chambers Hyundai family had us sold!Thank you & we love our new vehicle!
I do not normally take the time out of my life to review companies online, but I was so shocked by the service I received this past weekend when visiting Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westborough that I felt as though I had to make an exception. I had heard great things about Herb Chambers as a whole, so I had high expectations and was extremely disappointed. I initially found a used vehicle on their website I was interested in and called the location to see if the car I wanted was still available. The employee that answered the phone informed me that unfortunately the vehicle I wanted was no longer available but they had the exact same car in black. I clarified, asking if everything was EXACTLY the same, and the employee informed me that the only difference was that this car in black had an extra 3,000 miles on it. Not minding the extra milage, I decided to take the 40 minute trip out there to see the car.Upon arrival, I met with a salesman whom pulled up the vehicle on his computer and I then saw that it was priced at an additional $1,500 (from $9500 to $11000). I explained to the salesmen that I was interested in spending $9500, and what I had been told on the phone. He agreed with me that it was not right that I had driven there under false information and said he would change the price if he could but he had no control due to the non-negotiable smart pricing feature. I was confused as to why black paint would add an additional $1500 to the price but he explained the pricing is based on a number of things, most importantly, how long the vehicle had remained on the lot. He then offered to get his manager for me.The manager came out, I explained my situation and how disappointed I was and he said he would see what he could do. He then preceded to disappear for about an hour while I sat with the salesman and test drove the vehicle I was interested in. Finally, I got so fed up with waiting I asked him to check in with his manager. The salesman returned a minute later and told me the manager had been told no and there was nothing he could do. I was shocked that the manager himself could not have told me this, so I requested to speak with him. I explained my frustration with the fact that his employee had made a mistake and brought me to the store under false pretenses, and that as management he should honor the price and correct his employees mistake. Not to mention the fact that I was just explicitly told the customer before me had purchased the same exact vehicle for $1500 less than the price they were trying to charge me, for the same exact vehicle except the one I was interested in had 3000 MORE miles on it! The manager simply told me there was nothing he could do that day and he would get back to me. It has been 3 days since my visit and I have not heard a thing, not that I would still purchase from this manager after seeing how he values his customers satisfaction. My biggest frustration is not with this particular manager, or location but with the Herb Chambers company as a whole. I was really looking forward to shopping with them, and believed that they would provide me with good service and assistance in finding the car for me. My first experience was such a disappointment that I do not think I could ever return, and would certainly not recommend it to anyone.
After deal was made general manager trying to screw me over with interest rate. If youre not by Hyundai go go there go to Peabody or other location
I came in to trade in my old car for a 2006 crv and both Maria and John were very helpful in terms of getting me in to see the car to purchasing the car less than a week later. Pierre was also quite enjoyable and patient during the financing process.
I have been to many dealers over the years and very rarely do I ever take the time to post a review about anything. I never thought I would leave a dealer feeling the way that this place makes you feel. From the second you walk through the door the receptionist greets you with a smile on her face, the employees all ask how you are doing and help you find your way. You feel as though you have paid for a high end experience. The feeling of family is really the only thing I can relate to this. When you are here everyone treats you like you are truly family. I am not sure if I am the only one but every time I go, even if for something minor like air in my tires, they wash my car. Small things like this surely make me feel like I will continue doing business with these guys for a long time.
I just bought a new Hyundai Elantra from Crystal at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Westboro and had a great buying experience! Crystal did a great job explaining everything and helped me understand all the features my car has! I love my new car!!!
Excellent service. Got my car back cleaner than when I brought it in. Dan was very helpful and friendly
My family and I recently bought 2 new cars at this dealership from James Alexander. I will start off with I often dread buying a car. I always feel like i am going to get scammed by some shady guy looking to make a buck. Well this time i was proved wrong, there is a nice car salesman out there. James in all honesty went above and beyond in all situations and actually talked to you like a consumer. He finally figured out that if you dont care if you make a sale and treat people like people they will actually build rapport with you.But what was more important was how nice and understanding he was to my wife, while neither of us are car people he took the time to explain things in laymans terms so she didnt feel out of place and could take part in our pick of vehicles. After we signed on the dotted lines he still stayed in close contact texting us and letting us know what the status was with approvals and forms from our insurance company. I must have talked to him 5 times the following morning while we straightened out errors the insurance company made. It was little things like this that made us feel comfortable with James. Also after we picked up our cars he let us leave our lease on the lot while we got some hail damage straightened out with our insurance company. Normally I would not leave my car at a dealership nor consider having the body work done there but after getting the insurance appointment i decided to have the work done there since James was such a decent guy, I figured why not give the dealership more business since James treated us so well.James also knew Apple Carplay was important to me so he has been keeping me up to date on when it will be available in my car. It looks like it will be in the next month or so and James is the type of person who actually cares enough to follow up.Now i know many of you are reading this and saying this is a load of garbage, but to explain my background I am one of the highest rated reviewers on Amazon in the world and I have had experiences ranging from extremely pleasant to rage educing and out of all my purchases and product reviews the service I received from James nears the top of my list.
I have always had a good experience with service here. And after buying multiple cars at the Auburn location, i am pleased to say I bought one here and the process was very seamless and got what I was looking for in the sales rep and the experience!
We bought our second hyundai and the experience was just awesome. Sam Ukpo and Rusty Clifford are real professionals. They made buying the car a memorable one. Thanks guys
I never imagined that buying a car would be so much fun!! The people that they have working there go over and beyond their job description. I want to thank Kendall, the moment I walk through those doors he made me feel like we had know each other for years. Alex was awesome! He got me the car I wanted :) and to the finance department....thank you for getting me an unbelievable interest rate.I cant say enough good things about this dealership, makes you want to go in and just say Hi to these incredible people.THANK YOU!!!
In April of 2012 I purchased a new Hyundai. I purchased a new car opposed to used because I wanted the new features such as satellite radio and blue-tooth as I intend to pass the car to my daughter next year.People kept saying they couldnt hear me well on my blue-tooth. I brought the car in for service to have them look at it. They send me away with the problem being worse. No one could understand anything I was saying now. Brought the car back in. Over the course of 13 months, numerous visits with two different service managers they couldnt fix the problem. After the second service manager left the dealership I started to deal with a service tech who kept telling me he couldnt get someone from Hyundai to call him back. Is a costumer who has been without an important function of any new car for over a year supposed to believe this couldnt have been elevated to a higher level of management for resolution? The third service manager got someone from Hyundai to call back and schedule me for another appointment. (Side note: I asked to have them change my oil while they had the car.) When I picked up the car the blue-tooth was fixed however they didnt change my oil or wash the car. You think they would have got these things done right considering the circumstances. The service guy asked what they could do for me to make this mess right. I asked if they could install a remote starter. Not very expensive and would have made a nice gesture and I would have been all good. I called back the following week and the service manager said he was looking into it. That was the last time I heard from them.Im really disappointed in this dealership and will likely start taking my and my families business elsewhere.
In business, you are only as good as your employees. This truth is no more apparent than at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Westboro.Having bought an used Hyundai from the now GM there, Rusty Clifford may have been the best buying experience at any level. His personality is open and warm. His experience is obvious after only a brief conversation. Having now purchased a vehicle from him you might think your time with him is done. Not true. You now have a relationship with an open and honest, caring individual who is wise beyond his years. In the past I didnt always like to go back to the dealership for service, but here is the exception to my rule. What obviously starts from the top and goes right down the line, these employees actually care if you have a good experience. Since becoming a member of this car family, Mr. Clifford and Company has never made me feel taken. They always explain what is absolutely needed or suggested for optimal safety and car longevity. I have never felt like I was being asked to pay for unnecessary repairs or even threatened by scare tactics.... (If you leave here without the repair youre driving illegally as I have been threatened before to make unnecessary repairs). The relationship building skills are extraordinary and over the top. If honesty and integrity mean anything to you, go see Mr Clifford at Westboro Hyundai. Im glad to know he and his co-workers still have old fashioned morals that you just dont see that much of anymore.
I walked into the showroom on a whim to see if they could better a deal I had actually started working on up the street at another Herb Chambers dealership. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to spend and what kind of monthly payment I was looking for. My credit has taken a beating over the past several years from being out of work so I knew it would be a challenge but if anyone could get me approved at a decent rate it would be a Herb Chambers store. Back in the 90s I had bought two new vehicles from different Herb Chambers stores and have enjoyed all of the experiences. Times are different. Now I was looking for a used car. I told them what I was looking for, what I wanted to spend and what I wanted for payments. They said they could make it work. They gave me a few choices of cars to look at. I picked one and they made it work. The salesman Michael Lemoine was great. He was honest, upfront, no bs or wasting time... He got the job done! I have to add that this guy was so proud of his recent accomplishments. He had just come from a Salesmans breakfast meeting where he was presented with the MVP award for the highest number of sales the previous month. He was proud of working for Herb Chambers and it showed. Its a testament to how Herb Chambers treats his employees. When we are treated with respect by our employer and recognized for our contributions we are happier and that translates into happier customers. Michael worked hard through the entire buying experience and showed me why he won that award. Needless to say, I never went back to the first dealership I had walked out of. The Finance Manager Gene was a breath of fresh air. I was taken good care of by both of these guys and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
I recently leased a new Hyundai from Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westboro. I had a great experience. All of the staff was courteous and friendly. If you do make a trip here I recommend asking for John Agbey. Unlike my experiences with other car salesmen he was very honest and never made me feel like I was being pressured or coerced into making a certain decision or making any decisions right away. Since driving off with the new car he has checked in with me and offered to answer any questions. Highly recommended!
Wonderful experience at this dealer, Sale rep Josh was very helpful and listen to what we needed and were looking for in a vehicle. I would recommend the Hyundai and Herb Chambers to all my friends and family.
First time dealing with a larger dealership and at first glance was skeptical regarding the overall sphere of influence that having a generic large company might have on my wallet when it came down to buying a new vehicle. I was worried that I would have ended up being pushed into a luxury vehicle that I didnt need and would be doing cartwheels to make the payments. This notation was the exact opposite to the great service that I was shown at their dealership, especially the awesome sales skills of one sales rep in general...Stephanie! She paid special attention to what I was asking for and listened inquisitely as I probed her for my best options. She made it a point to check locations as far as states away to find me my best options. She exemplified to what I found to be the strong Herb Chambers value, find what a customer wants and sell them what they ask for! Ive made it a point as well to have my future service visits be made via her locations service center, taking advantage of having my car detailed on my regular servicing (aka oil changes). Thank you Stephanie and the hard working team at Herb Chambers Westborough for making car shopping an experience of ease and excitement!
I was referred to Kyle Keegan through a colleague from work, and was pleasantly surprised about the whole buying process. Id been to two other dealerships prior to this one, and was strong armed out of buying the Acura I was looking for - either through trade in value or sticker price.Herb Chambers was different. Not only was Kyle down to Earth, he understood that I was there to buy the car that day - and did everything possible to make that happen. If youre looking for a new or used vehicle, and can go without all the BS that goes into car sales, I highly recommend going through Kyle.
Great customer service The GM (Rob) & sales rep (Jim) went above and beyond to make me happy. Highly recommended!:)
They didnt properly do the math when I traded in my old vehicle and I ended up owing more money for a car that I no longer owned. Hyundai Motor Finance confirmed that it was not my fault and they should pay for it, but they refused. Lots of back and forth and dodging emails and calls. Very poor service once they already have your money. Wont be working with them again.
It was nice shopping for a car in a relaxed atmosphere without feeling like the salespeople were just trying to say the right things.
We just bought a gorgeous new (well, used 2015) car from John Agbey at Herb Chambers of Westboro. The experience could not have been better. We were immediately acknowledged by several of the staff when we arrived, and then completely taken care of by John. He was extremely thoughtful and considerate of our needs, and was highly professional and engaging throughout the entire process. His knowledge and passion for cars in general was very impressive. We highly recommend this car dealership, and particularly John Agbey.
Excellent service experience, from the service writer Chelsea to the technician Brian Jr. They solved our problems, answered our questions, listened to our concerns, and provided an overall spectacular customer service experience. We feel our vehicle is well cared for in their hands, and that were fully included in the process.
Great customer service and expertise. Making the decision to join the Westborough Hyundai family, was a no brainer. Ask for John Agbey, very helpful and knowledgeable.
I have now leased my third vehicle from this dealer, and my fifth transaction with Herb Chambers. HC Hyundai Westboro are spectacular! Their sales and closing processes are great, their service is excellent. I highly recommend Kwame (Sales), who will always go the extra mile (literally) for you, and Pierre (Business Manager) is extremely savvy and very helpful. All in all, a great experience.
I went to Herb Chambers Hyundai on Saturday to service my 2011 Sonata. Matt in the Service area is the best. While I was waiting, I saw a car that I really wanted. My 2011 was getting up there in miles, so I thought I would just ask some questions. I worked with Emad Boutros. What a fabulous guy! There was no pressure - he wanted to make sure I was comfortable. I got an incredible deal - and drove home with my new car a few hours later. I have told everyone when you are ready to buy a new car - work with Emad! Thank you to all for a great experience!
I am a regular customer for service of my Hyundai Sonata car and in few last services smelled some overcharge or fake services like engine warning light etc. But I was not sure how to prove myself. But now this time I had problem in my front power window regulator, I was told an estimate of $150. Than I got a call from Amenda, rep saying that they need to change regulator but dont have one in store and have to order one, I denied and they did not order nor fix it and charged me labor $150 for investigation. I was surprised and noticed that a seal I put with my signature to check if they really service from inside door was not teared off, means the door was never opened for findings. I hate to be in this place again and can never recommend this place, I have no words and no choice to throw over $600 in total for various service and components. Not a feel good experience any more.
Horrible service. These guys are robbers. I got an extented service package. Every time I need a service they charge a diagnostic fee and repair. Almost nothing under warranty. They are careless. Every diagnosis comes a with a separate diagnosis fee. Lets say you have radio issue a clock issue you have to pay each diagnosis fee separately. My biggest mistake was to buy my car from here.
It was the best experience I ever had buying a car. Emad was so helpful. I will recommend him to anyone buying a car. Thanks Emad.Susan Tetreault.
It’s not often that I do this. In fact, I have never before done it. That is, I have never before written a note thanking a car dealership for excellent service. I am making an exception in the case of the service provided by Angel Lugo, a sales associate at your Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westborough dealership. My husband and I went into the dealership on Sunday, March 29, seeking to replace a car that had given up the ghost. We knew what we wanted (an Accent hatchback), so that made the sale a bit easy. However, while waiting for various bits of paperwork, we had an opportunity to speak to Angel about his experience at Herb Chambers Hyundai. He shared that he was new to dealership, but immediately began to extol its praises. Time and again, as we reviewed the details of the car we were buying, he asked if we had questions and he made sure all were answered. He attended to the “deal-making” and financing to ensure that all went smoothly and kept us informed along the way. We felt…cared for! It was a pleasure to experience someone who liked his job a lot and whose knowledge expressed the pride he took in doing that job well. While chatting, we also learned that Angel was a veteran, with two tours of duty under his belt. His attention to detail and his desire to excel at his job were emblematic of the excellence that had served all of us during his years in the Air Force. That added benefit of knowing that we – and Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westborough – were supporting a veteran through this purchase made the experience even more rewarding. (A big, sincere thank you to the dealership for hiring veterans!)We went into the dealership looking to buy a car. We came out having met a wonderful salesperson who actually renewed my faith in car dealers. If you knew our dealership history, you would know that THAT’s a hard thing to do. But, it was done, thanks to Angelo. His customer service is the reason I am making an exception in writing this note. In short, he is exceptional, and that desires a bit of recognition. We look forward to sending future customers Angel’s way, and you can count on Herb Chambers dealerships being our first stop for car-buying for years to come. Thanks for the being so darned excellent!
Ive been to a few dealers in the past 2 years and sadly got denied a loan due to my bad credit, I talked to this nice girl stephanie online because I was interested in a sonata, I told her I wouldnt be approve because of my credit, she kept telling to come that they work with alot of banks, after 2 weeks I finally decided to go down to herb chambers, and 3 days later Im driving a almost brand new car. Thanks to the whole crew that helped me and gave the best deal on my hyundai I love it I cant wait to get my next car with you guys.
I am Astounded at How Good the Service Was @ Herb Chambers - Westborough. Ma. I went in unexpected b/c my current car had a transmission issue out of the Blue the mechanics took a look and service went to checking if it was covered bye Hyundai which it was b/c it was a preowned certified vehicle...I had been pricing the 2016s at another dealer and mentioned that to the service manager and he said Mike talk to 1 of our top Sales guy - so, he introduced me to Mike L and Mike L was Awesome; I showed him the deal I had on the table and he said Mike I will beat that and get you into a vehicle now - we will fix and buy your old Sonanta and get you into a 2016 today - needless to say I came in at 11 and bye 6 I was driving out with a 2016 right off the show room floor and I loved the service - Westborough from the sales to service to finance everyone worked diligently and was professional to make me feel awesome on this transaction... I had purchased a vehicle from another Herb Chambers 3 years ago at another location Auburn and it was a good exp also but when I went back to get another it was negative - this location Hands Down is the Best Hyundai Dealership that I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from - so, I certainly recommend using Mike L at Westborough hes a great sales professional and Adam and the Finance team are out to get the best apr and terms that you want - true Awesome Exp.
I just bought a used car Nissan XTerra for my sons at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westboro. John Agbey was my salesperson and he was a pleasure to work with. He helped us quickly resolve some issues with the insurance company and I would use him again in the future.
Recently, my beloved Hyundai Tucson with well over 200,000 miles died. I knew that I wanted to buy a car instead of another crossover 4 wheel drive type vehicle and I was not in the financial position to buy a brand new car. I did a lot of online research, visited dealerships and drove a couple of cars. I ended up at the Herb Chambers Hyundai dealership in Westborough. Michael Lemoine was the sales person that greeted me. I explained to him that I needed a car with low miles and an embarrassingly small price tag. Other sales people at other dealerships immediately lost enthusiasm for working with me when I explained my budget constraints. Michael was unfazed by those limitations and spent a very long time helping find the perfect car for me. Eventually, I selected a beautiful Elantra with a price tag well within my budget and such low miles it was almost brand new. He handled the whole process as if he was selling me the most expensive car on the lot instead of one of the least expensive. Not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me a car or pressure me into making a hasty decision. He bent over backwards to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, the process went smoothly, all of my questions were answered and that I was treated like royalty from start to finish. Ben Potter, one of the finance managers, also played a significant part in making this an enjoyable transaction. You will always get more for your money when you purchase a Hyundai. These are reliable, attractive cars with very reasonable price tags. If you want a great car AND a great car buying experience, you should go to Herb Chambers Hyundai in Westborough and ask to work with Michael Lemoine. If the service department is as easy and pleasant to deal with as the sales team, I will be a loyal customer for a long time.
They made false promises . plus their extremely fake with you trying to convince you of their customer loyalty programs they have in which the customer is like family After their mistake of having us test drive a car we didnt qualify for, they had the audacity to say you really need to change your standards. We asked for something safe for the family!!!!!!!! And thats his reply????? I went to pick up my title to my trade in and no-one cared to speak to me or even hand me my title. They would turn their heads and kicked me to the side and treated me like I didnt exist. The receptionist went to a salesman and asked for my title since eveyone ignored me. It was far from a plesent experience.
Generally helpful staff. Nice waiting area.
Blind sided by HerbWhen I leased my vehicle it was explained to me that the excise tax would be rolled into the lease (assumed it was over time) but when I opened my mail yesterday and found a bill for almost $500.00 due in 8 days I was not particularly pleased. Any previous excise bill that I received always allowed at least 30 to 45 days before due. So much for being rolled...
I just bought a 2015 Elantra Sport, and, WOW, Im loving it! The sales guy, Mark Habib, treated me very well, and was most accommodating. We didnt go through a long negotiation process. I went in using TrueCar pricing, and they honored it. I hope to do business with them again in the future.
John Agbey was very helpful and answered all my questions.
I have owned many different types and makes of vehicles over the years (more than I care to share) and dealt with multiple service departments and service advisors. In general, all my experiences have been good, but our (my wifes and mine) experience with Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westborough Service and in particluar Dan Brouillard the service advisor has been EXCEPTIONAL and IMPRESSIVE. They go the extra mile and then some to please the customer. I would encourage anyone to check out this dealership, the service alone will make you glad you did!! If buying decisions were based on service alone, this would be the number one dealership in the USA in my opinion
I walked in and was greater by Emad. We had looked at some cars and both Emad and his sales department were able to get me a load on a new 2016 Elantra! Service was great and I would recommend Emad and herb chambers Hyundai to anyone who needs a car.
I recently leased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and love it. Emad Boutros contacted me and was professional, knowledgable, and knew exactly what I wanted based on my previous lease and current situation. He selected one vehicle from the lot and I test drove it. I was very happy with the options in the car and went into my new lease. He worked with me from start to finish. I would highly recommend him if youre looking for a Hyundai. He will work with your budget and options you want. THANK YOU EMAD!!!!!
I recently bought my 2017 Elantra at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Westboro. This was my first time buying a new car and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. John Agbey answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect car for me. He wouldnt give up until I was perfectly happy. He has since answered any follow-up questions Ive had about service. Highly recommend for new (or pre-owned) car!!!
My experience at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westborough was FANTASTIC and exceeded all my expectations. Many dealerships play games or dont take the time to understand your goals but at this dealership its clear customer service is their #1 priority. I visited Hyundai of Westborough after getting price quotes at another Hyundai dealership closer to Boston and was amazed at how much better this dealership was! Not only was the Sales Manager, Chris, really helpful in answering my questions over the phone but upon arrival at the dealership he remained extraordinarily polite & respectful throughout the car purchase negotiation process with a focus on satisfying my financial goals. Even more impressive was my Sales Consultant, Dhimitri Lako, who took the time understand my concerns and go above & beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied. He was mindful of my schedule, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time get to know me as a person, a rare quality among Sales consultants at dealerships. The customer service at this dealer is unparalleled to other facilities and the experience was truly a pleasure!
Im very happy with my car. My sales person John Agbey was the best car sales man i have ever worked with he is right to the point and does everything to help you make ur deal. I love my 2016 Hyuandai Tuscon. Thanks JOhn keep plugging away and stay the number ONE sales man at HYuandi.
I purcahsed a 2010 Dodge Nitro on 3/2/2013 and my sales person was Jean Bating. This was one of the most pleasurable easiest no BS experience my husband and I have had purchasing a vehicle. everyone at Herb Chambers was personable and professional from Jean, Rusty and seth. I still need some service issues taken care of so I can not rate your service department but I believe it will be as easy as the purchase.. we had a real Herb Chambers experience.. Thank you The Kings
Today was a good day. I was able to drive away in a 2012 Sonata with low miles and in great shape, that I got at a great price. The problem is that I drove it away on June 22nd, but I bought the car on March 31st.The reason that I could not drive my car away was because this dealership did not have the title when they sold me the vehicle. Which was not communicated to me at the time the deal was signed. I traded in a vehicle, but did not have the title as well. However, the salesman at the time, James, told me once I got my title we’d be all set. April 11th I received my title and took it up to the dealership. James no longer worked for the company, so another person handed over the keys to the Sonata, but it did not have an inspection, registration, or working key fob. Why? Because they did not have the title for the car I bought. Another salesman, who gave me the car and took my trade, said they would have the title in a few days and I could bring it back. After I left, I realized I left a medallion in the Accent, and called that same day to ask someone to get it out and put it aside for me. The person I spoke to said they would get it right out (and I described exactly where it would be) and put it away for when I come back. Also, I should mention that the car they gave me without a registration or inspection sticker had a tail light out (which my friend pointed out later that day). I didn’t make a big deal about it, and went a picked up a new bulb, but they were clearly not ready to give me the car, so why did they? A week later, I called and spoke a manager, who offered to set me up with a rental while they square away the title on the car I bought. So I went up to the dealership and spoke with the manager, who gave me the keys to a loaner. I asked about the medallion, since the person I gave the trade to wasn’t available, and the manager assured me he would find out from the person who was supposed to have it. It turned out to be a mistake for me to trust they actually looked for it, because a few weeks later I would find out they never recovered it (but we’ll get to that).Weeks go by and I do not hear a single word. I call a few times, leave a few messages, but never hear anything back. I email and finally get a response, in which I’m told they are still waiting on original documents from the bank. But apparently they tried to send the RMV a copy, which the RMV would not accept. That just raised more questions: Does a major dealership not know the RMV would want original documents? Did they really push for the original documents from the bank earlier? I cannot answer those questions, because it was really hard to get any information from anyone about what was going on.Naturally, as the calendar turned to June, I became more and more frustrated. I called to complain, but was essentially brushed away with, “well, we set you up with a rental and that’s costing us so much money a day.” As a customer, I do not care what your screw up is costing you.I did some research, and found out that someone in a similar situation filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and received some compensation. I communicated via email how I would envision the situation resolved. That email was apparently ignored. Maybe I should have filed as well. When I picked up the car today I dealt with yet another person (this is now the 4th person I’ve had to deal with). To his credit, the individual I worked with today was very apologetic to the situation and worked to make sure I left with everything taken care of.But this situation was a mess from day one. Even the individuals I worked with at the dealership said how, “this was a bad situation” and “they would not have sold the car if they knew it would take this long.” And a lot of references to how much money they lost on the rental car I was given to drive. I don’t know if I’m supposed to feel empathy for them and their loss, but I don’t. Don’t make a deal you aren’t ready to deliver on.
My wife and I were in the market to trade our used Audi for something a bit more contemporary. On a whim, we went to Herb Chambers Hyundai in Westborough based on previous good experiences with the Herb Chambers brand. Upon entry, we were greeted by a sales manager (Michael Connelly) and immediately passed over to a very knowledgable salesman named Joel Brown. Joel listened to the criteria that my wife and I had and picked the exact model of car that best reflected our values. Typically test drives are done within 15 minutes. You pick a short route, you U-turn (esp. on this section of Rt. 9) and youre done. Joel extended the test drive to allow for an adequate experience of the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport on most of the common New England surfaces (read: gravelly road, paved roads, highway-esque speeds, frost heaved roads). Some of the features of the car were new to him and he admitted as such but having him along for the ride wasnt a burden at all...we appreciated his honesty and his candor.
After dealing with Samuel Ukpo, I made a verbal agreement with Adam Christensen, Sales Mgr with the final price IF he included a new spare tire which he said was about $300. I noticed that the spare was rusty when Sam put it in the trunk, without examining it closer as I shouldve. After all, Sam had said that that is how it comes! And if Sam said that then of course it must be true, since Sam was held in The Utmost regard with his extensive sales notches he wore proudly. When I got it home I noticed that the tire rim was not only badly rusted but very badly bent and told by auto mechanics that it would not hold air. Showing my new car to people and then having them gasp in horror at this tire was really embarrassing and a good indication of the sleezy, despicable salesmanship of Herb Chambers Dealership in Westboro.I called Adam Christensen and told him that I wanted a NEW spare tire as we had agreed on for my NEW car. Mr Good Faith told me that it was not in writing and that he would look at the tire and see about it but that in no way was I to get a NEW spare tire. Mr Good Faith said that he and I had agreed on a spare tire taken from another car. Ummm, Hello?? Was that possibly my Alter Ego agreeing to that without My consent?? Do you think I would agree to a used rusty spare tire for my brand new car that I had paid top dollar for??!! Bring in your paper work! Show me where it says that I included a NEW spare tire! Mr Good Faith roared at me on the phone! I told him that he should be giving it to me in Good Faith!! He hung up on me.I spoke with Mr Rusty Tire himself.....I mean Mr Rusty Clifford, Gen Mgr, aka Sport of The Year. He told me to bring the tire in and he would replace it with a new one, which he did. I then told him that I was very unhappy with all of the trips and lost time-especially from work, emotional trauma and financial loss and would like compensation- How about a deal on the all weather mats? He offered a big 10% off. I tried to make a reasonable deal with him- he was rude, arrogant, LOUD and childish. He agreed to Deliver to my door the set of mats at about 20% off. He then grabbed a wrinkled up wad of a $10 bill and shoved it in my hand. How professional can ya get Mr Rusty People Skills??!!Needless to say, Mr Sam the Man Bullshitter called me when the mats where in telling me that Mr Rusty People Skills ordered the wrong mats by mistake- the cheaper ones of course. He made a mistake. Awhh! Poor guy-too much to think about- Rusty Memory too....! I said that at this point tell him that I wanted them for free! Never a call back from Sam the Bullshitter Man or Mr Rusty Congeniality of course! Oh, Naive Me!!So from the beginning.......I waited Several hours for the Finance Mgr. I was asked by Sam The Bullshitter Man that IF I gave him an Excellent Report Card which I would get from Herb Chambers(I have not received it yet, but you can be sure I will track that thing down if I have to call Herb Chambers himself!!) in exchange he would have my car ready for me on Monday first thing in the morning so I could get to work! I agreed. So I check to see if my plates were cancelled- they were not. Per Sam the Man he called and said they were.....in fact Everything was ready except the sticker which was the longest wait for-and not his fault of course... I finally go there hours later than agreed- as he said the car would be ready as promised. I found Sam listening to his latest sales pitch show on his computer. NOTHING was done on the car- not washed, no plates, no mats, no plastic covers on the floors, (dirt on the floor!), no sticker, no spare. Wheres the NEW plates, Honest Abe?? You said you wanted the old ones put on Nope I never said that-never in writing either. So Sam hops into my new 10 miles-in-it- car and RACES to the back to get the sticker, etc, etc....... Hey! Be Careful with my new engine and car Mr Swift! I was NOT shown how to use a thing in the car........
I must have visited at least 5 different dealership before deciding on the brand and car I wanted and this dealership was by far the best experience. Ryan was very professional, warm and pleasant but never pushy or arrogant. He had his work cut out for him as we were originally more interested in the Infiniti brand but his knowledge of the car, reviews, and brand info convinced to go with a new Hyundai in the end. Every interaction with him was the best you can hope for at a dealership. We also interacted with Edie (sp) when Ryan was off and he was also great and courteous. And even as we werent able to buy our Santa Fe GLS from them because they just didnt have one fully loaded, in the end they managed to convince us to buy Hyundai instead of Infiniti...no small feat!
Herb Chambers was super professional. Followed up and straight forward purchase. Wunna Zeya and Mark Habib were a pleasure to work with!
Awesome experience at this Herb Chambers of Westboro. I left my family in the car and entered myself to be greeted by the receptionist who lead me to Jean Bading. I told her exactly the vehicle I was looking for after she warmly greeted me and she proceeded to set some things up to take me on a test drive. After a day or two I came in to discuss the purchase of the vehicle with some requests on top that were completely accepted by Mike Conelly. He was very honest and straightforward in his approach which pleased me as there was no schtick involved.Over the next week Jean was super sweet and helpful. She even helped my two young girls for a bathroom break when I came to drop off the deposit as I didnt feel comfortable using the mens restroom. Apples and bottled water served to ease our stays there since our first encounter. (The girls loved the granny smiths!)This Herb Chambers fulfilled my requests for the purchase price, let me take the vehicle on an extended personal test drive for hours, met my demands with equity, hastened every step of the paper trail, and delivered a pristine used vehicle which met my strict standards to the t. I am very impressed with their mission and objectives to give a great customer experience. They really have the best prices around. Well be back again Jean.
Stay clear of this place. We unwittingly sent our very innocent 22 year old to the dealership to have an airbag issue on her Santa Fe looked at (which was on recall), they put the car on the lift and told her the vehicle needed $4,500 in repairs. $35.00 for two lightbulbs ($4.99 at Auto Zone), $1,500 in front axles (only one needed to be replaced) long story short, we brought the car to an independent mechanic and paid $300.00 to have the repairs done. In addition, while she was waiting, they talked her into looking at a 2013 Malibu with 60,000 miles on it all for the low price of her car and $10,000, preapproved her for a loan (no job, no pay stub, no income). My next call will be to the Attorney Generals office, there ought to be a law against this type of behavior. Oh, and since she left the salesman Michael Lemoine has called her everyday since leaving messages on her phone. STAY AWAY! FAR FAR AWAY!
Friendly and smooth. Thank you John Agbey.
Before coming in to this location I had been to two different car dealer trying to figure out what type of car I wanted. Those two other companies treated me more like money then a human being. As soon as they heard that I had low credit they made me feel like a waste of time and the prices were off the roof they insisted that i put down a down payment when all I had was a 2006 ford fusion to trade in. I pretty much gave up but told myself that this was going to be my last try. I surely dont regret it as soon as I walked in this location a nice man name Michael Lemoine approached me right away and did not hesitate. He took his time he worked with me in every way possible. I ended up buying a used car and Michael made sure I was updated on everything. A week later I canceled my used car deal and because of Michael Lemoines great service I decided to buy a brand new 2015 Black Hyundai Elantra. I was so satisfied with Michael awesome customer service that I would only recommend my friends and family to no one else except to Michael Lemoine specifically. In about 6 years from now when i decided to by a new car i will only come looking for Michael Lemoine even if i had to go to out of state to find him.By Chaday Jimenez
Jubae Knight1323 Worcester Rd #F3Framingham, MA 01701To Whom It May Concern:I would first like to say a very big THANK YOU to Mark Habib for helping me withthe purchase of my 2015 Hyundai – Santa Fe Sport. I had intended on buyinga used Santa Fe (2012-2014). My plan is to retire in 4-5 years. After explaining this to Mark he suggested I take a look and a ride in the car I decided to buy. Before I walked into your dealership and met Mark I had been looking for about 2 weeks. I came very close at this other Hyundai dealership but they were too busy trying to get me to lease a new car and not hearing at all what I wanted. Although this dealership was much closer to home; so I Goggled Hyundai dealers in my area and saw Herb Chambers Hyundai –but this location was a bit further than I wanted to go however is wasHerb Chambers and I thought this maybe a good luck omen. Let me explain, some 35 years ago when I first moved to Boston, I bought a used car from Herb Chambers. It was an old Honda Accord; I paid only $2,000.00 and loved it. Well the radiator went after about a month or so and I thought I would be up a creek without a paddle. I went back to Herb Chambers and after the mechanic looked it over, he told me it would cost me about $1500.00 for a new radiator, parts, and labor. Well, first I cried but quickly realize tears were not the answer. So I called to speak with Mr. Chambers, I did not get him but I got a very nice manager who not only took care of replacing the radiator but gave me a new car as a loaner. I drove it for almost a month; my car was so old they had to send away for the parts. After that experience I bought a newer car (but still used) a couple years later from Herb Chambers, but have not been back until now. And I glad I came back.So in essence, I am writing to thank Mark Habib for his courteous and professional demeanor. He is much more than just a Salesperson.Sincerely,Jubae Knight
