I am very satisfied with a local move in Hudson by M&M. I used the service of Marks Moving company twice before for a similar household furniture move. But I switched to M&M because its rates are much more competitive. I will be a repeat customer of M&M in the future.

M&M was great! The movers showed up right on time, were very polite, and were easy to communicate with. We moved from a two-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator and a tight switchback stair, and the movers were able to get everything down quickly without any trouble. In our new house they made sure to put everything exactly where we wanted and got it all unwrapped and reassembled quickly. They were very gentle with all of our belongings and nothing was damaged in the move. I would definitely recommend M&M!

The service and professionalism from M&M Moving and Storage Company was exceptional. They were quick to respond with a quote and to book the move; showed up on time to pick up the furniture, which they wrapped, boxed, dismantled, and loaded with great care; they communicated with me throughout the trip from Boston to Texas letting me know exactly when they would be arriving. On the day of delivery, they arrived exactly on time, and were able to unload, unwrap, and set up the furniture and other items exactly where I needed them to go. I was worried about some fragile items that were of great sentimental value but I didnt need to. Those were wrapped and boxed securely and they took great care to unwrap them carefully and make sure they were in perfect condition before they set them up in my home. Very respectful of the items they were delivering. You could tell they were dedicated to providing 5 star service. I was very impressed with how well they worked together as a team to get everything done and cleaned up in 2 hours. They also made sure to wear masks the entire time out of respect for the customer. I highly recommend this company for your local, long distance moving needs. You wont regret it.

I used M&M for a long distance move (800 miles) with 30 days of storage. Theyre the absolute best. I cannot recommend them more highly.I had a very poor experience with another moving co that left me stranded two days before I was supposed to be out of my old apartment. M&M was able to come the very next day, store my stuff for a month, and complete delivery on the day I wanted (no 3 day window mess for pickup or delivery like some movers require!). There were no bogus charges, no over the weight limit on pickup day scams, or anything like that. Just a simple and reasonable flat rate charge.The movers were professional, kind, and treated my things as if they were their own. Upon delivery, everything was in the same condition as it was. They kept inventory and had me account for all the items as they brought them in. They also placed all my stuff right where Id asked them to.There are a lot of moving companies out there that arent to be trusted (seriously, go read some horror stories about moving company scams). Save yourself the headache. Stop your search here, and give M&M a call.

We wanted to rent a uhaul for our move, but since we have a long drive ahead of us we decided to get a quote from this company.The lady on the phone is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Theres no way I am giving them thousands of dollars for been treated like that.I will be looking for a different company. Seems like there a lot of fake reviews here too.

This company helped make my move so seamless and as stress-free as possible from the booking process through moving day. They were on time, respectful, careful with my belongings (both wrapping them up carefully and handling them gently). They had a very positive attitude and did not cut any corners. Their office was also very friendly and cooperative in handling last minute changes like my destination and move date, and helping me get information for getting a parking permit for the truck.

We hired M&M Moving to pack up some of our stuff and then load it into a truck we had rented. We had an awesome experience! They were very organized and responsive before our move and the guys that packed and loaded the truck were very knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. We would definitely use them again!!

I had trouble sleeping before the movers showed up, I was worried that things wouldnt go smoothly on packing day. Its such a bummer to have a bad moving experience. If I knew then what I know now, I would have slept like a baby. I cant imagine getting a better moving crew. I feel like we had a few challenging items to move and they assured me that it would be no problem. The crew was skilled, courteous and efficient. I wish that I knew about this company earlier! Highly recommended. If I have to move anything again anytime soon I am definitely calling M&M first.

Our experience with M&M for a local move was wonderful. They were respectful, timely and communicative. The quote was an accurate reflection of the work. Due to the move being completed during COVID19 all movers wore masks and opened all windows while moving. Highly recommended.

It was a great experience until the brand new television that was moved was returned in pieces. I was told it wasn’t packed properly despite being in the original manufacturers box. A television is clearly a fragile item that is handled in almost every move so you would expect a moving company to take extra precaution with such an item. M&M chose not take ownership for such a clear mistake on their part which is surprising after an otherwise fair and responsive process.

Would never recommend, will be starting law suit soon. Total disregard for our belongings. They thru items away.

Oftentimes movers will flag near the end and leave behind difficult final items or start (mis)placing items in the easiest spot at the new location rather than the most helpful to me. Not this time. I would definitely recommend them -- especially given hit-or-miss experiences weve had with other moving companies -- and I intend to give them a call the next time we move!

I would highly recommend M&M Moving! The moving process from start to finish with them, was very stress-free. We moved a 3 floor townhouse worth of big ticket furniture, boxes, and other odds and ends (such as an elliptical machine) near New Hampshire, to a 3 floor house in Boston. The quoting process and their inventory system process was a breeze to use, which helped them facilite the correct sized moving truck to be used. They were very accommodating with our moving period/schedule. The communication was very clear and concise, with very prompt responses via email whenever we had a question or concern. We honestly set it, and forget it until moving day arrived.The day before moving day, we received the timeframe window the movers would come.Day of the move, the truck and three movers came. They went over the cost breakdown with us again, so that there were no surprises for us (there were none!). We gave them a quick walk-through of our place and what was moving. They formulated their moving plan, and how theyd load the moving truck, and quickly packed up and moved everything into the truck. The movers wrapped up all the big ticket furniture in blankets and taped it to avoid any dents/damage. They were also very polite, and asked for permission, when they needed a quick break (3 flights of stairs is a lot of work!).They drove over to Boston for the unload process. They were quick and efficient. We went through a walkthrough in the Boston house, for them to formulate what would go where, and off to the races they went. Some of the big ticket items (Queen beds w/ headboards, antique hutches, dressers), I had concerns about fitting into bending stairways, they were able to alleviate. We had a large L shaped couch, they removed (and later put back on) the legs, and were able to navigate the tight turns going up stairs to make it fit!Once they were done with the move, they went over the cost breakdown one more time before payment (again no surprises from our end with it).I would highly recommend M&M Moving. Everyone we interacted with from their end, during this moving process, was very professional, nice, courteous, and efficient.

I moved from a storage facility to a home. While the packing into their trucks seemed professional and quick, unfortunately it turned into a disaster when they got to the house. There were five of them and one of me to direct them. There were four of them that did not speak English very well, which is fine, but as Movers they should understand when it a box has FRAGILE written on it multiple times, to NOT pike a 60 gallon utility tote on top of it. Also, there were three floors if you include the basement. A lot of my things were going into the basement a lot of them were going into my dining room, and everything else I wanted in the actual bedrooms. One of them did not have a bed in it so I would say the one upstairs without the bed. I thought that would be clear enough as they had already put the bed together.apparently not. It seems that at some point they were just asking for show, because as I was busy directing them, they were just putting things wherever they wanted. So all the things that I said needed to be upstairs I found in the basement in a nightmare which I’ll show and pictures, just stacked haphazardly on top of each other. The things that I said needed to go into the room upstairs WITHOUT a bed, were either not there, downstairs, in the basement, or in the one WITH the bed. .boxes that said barn outdoor stuff, or in the dining room which I know if they had asked me I would’ve told them to put them in the basement, so apparently they just gave up asking, and just did whatever they wanted. The boxes that said books, very heavy, living room, were shoved under piles of boxes.Not only that, but they destroyed at least four pieces of my furniture, three of them Antiques, and one of them a hand made item from a museum in ME.yes, I first called them immediately because my antique vanity mirror was missing and I didn’t hear back. Somebody did finally call me and leave me a message and said that they would check with their foreman on the job as to why the mirror that I had asked about multiple times never got put on my vanity and was never found, but I never heard back my move was August 20. I called them back over a week ago, I relayed all this information to them, and I was told the owner would call me immediately when he got back and it would not be long. Yeah, still, nothing! Yes part was my fault because I should have gone through all the floors of the house but I would I have known until I went through every single box. I couldn’t have sat there and paid them five of them, to wait for me to sort through every single box when they were chomping at the bit to leave. Plus I had been awake since five, and it was almost 5 in the afternoon, and I was about to pass out.when they’re having you pay they make you fill something out and make you fill out a review while they’re holding the iPad for you so it’s not like you can say anything bad. Also what I had seen seemed pretty good they seemed to be polite I didn’t realize that they were basically telling me to &$#* off in their own way, by putting things where I wouldn’t find them for weeks.I also stupidly gave them each a lot of money for a tip. That’s my bad I over tip. Lesson learned and buyer beware if you use them make sure that you are on top of them the entire time.As a bonus, they argue with you when you point out that they had broken your furniture. And they said oh no it was like that before. No no it was not like that before I’ve owned this for several years it was not like that it was in my bedroom I can show you pictures of it. Since it was in my listing for selling my house, there’s a very nice picture of it. so again, beware if you use them. Make sure that you have multiple people with you tomake sure that they’re doing what you are paying for!EDITED Respond-move was on 8/20/20 Multiple calls NO responses.That is when I said if I can’t claim on insurance, I will hire an attorney.I was told they were waiting to speak to their foremen. Now all of a sudden they have proof. That is laughable. Nothing claimed had prior damage.

We had a great experience with M&M moving. Marcin is always helpful and courteous on the phone, willing to change my move date as well as offering us a slight discount with 2 jobs. We used them for a small moving job (relocation some furniture into basement) plus our main move.The in-home estimate was accurate. On the day of the move, the team showed up on time, very efficient and professional. All the movers are also super polite. We moved from a 3-story condo to a 3-story house, and even towards the end of the day, the movers are still as polite and efficient as before.We have used several moving companies before but M&M is hands-down the best, making the stressful moving process as stress-free as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again and also recommend it to friends and family.

Super impressed from my first email to the last box. Incredibly professional, easy online portal to list what you move, quoted a fantastic FLAT RATE, sent reminders, delivered boxes to me a week before, on time, wrapped everything completely, movers were polite, patient, strong and navigated a crazy long couch, and were an absolute pleasure to work with on a hot weekend. I would recommend 1000%!! Also they do great with Harbor Towers in Boston which can be tricky.

Very nice website. I have able to list all the items that I had to move so that they have an estimate of the work. Based on what I entered, they recommended two movers and a truck. The company sent regular email reminders to keep me at ease and confirming the moving date. The guys were awesome. Came in with all the covers etc. Took just an hour to load in the 90+ weather. They didnt waste any time. Unload was also very quick. There were couple of extra items that they never complained about. The final bill was very close to the initial estimate.

The arrival was on time, and I was kept up to date as they approached the location.Every piece was wrapped in blankets and tightly secured with tape.This was a complicated move with challenging furniture including a baby grand piano. The furniture was handled with care, and the reassembly was done with precision.Each of the three was friendly and positive even though there was a long walk to the room and the truck had to be parked on an access road. There were about 12 boxes that were intended for me take to my home, When I realized this at the room, there was understanding of the confusion and the boxes were put back on the hand truck returned to the access road. Each helped me load the boxes in my car.The paperwork was handled efficiently and all the terms were exactly as quoted.This experience far exceeded my expectations.

The phone, email, and web interactions I had with M&M prior to the move were very professional and easy. They have a way to upload photos of your things on the website, and they gave me an estimate without ever seeing anything in-person. I packed myself as I always do; 3 guys came to move us and they were all very professional and hard workers. They took few short breaks but mostly worked straight from 8:30-3. The estimate was off by about 1/2 hour after using their max end of the range. Would definitely use again.

Echoing other excellent reviews, M&M did a great job moving a studio upright piano through a very narrow space into my house. They padded and wrapped the piano very well and used professional moving equipment including lift gate and ramp. Staff very professional and efficient. Worth every penny, thank you!

M&M Moving was fabulous. They arrived on time, had all the packing materials in hand, and were ready to go to it. They were always friendly, but professional. Their packing team looked like synchronization to the max. They clearly had their teamwork down. They all worked with a minimum of disruption and smoothly and quickly. The loading up the truck also went with well oiled teamwork. Glad to say, everything moved into my new apartment without any blemishes or damages. What was totally amazing was the moment of realization that the furniture intended for one room was not going to fit. Without missing a beat, they switched out the bed for the alternative set-up of an office space. When it came to one of the other rooms, the configuration I had planned based on the floor plan also didnt work. I was stymied. One of the movers made a suggestion ... it was even better than the one I had planned ... and they set it up accordingly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Unbelievable how incredible these guys are for how reasonably priced they are! They were actually running and it was tape gun fury as they packed up our furniture and secured boxes. Great communication, very little breakage, cost was very close to the quote. Other companies wanted to quote a second truck (with additional cost). M&M carefully reviewed the job and committed to doing the job with a single truck. They were right -- the move required a bit more than three quarters of the truck. Excellent estimating, careful moving. They worked with us (this was an 800 mile move) to get us out of our house, then move us in four days later, allowing us to deal with the closing and travel together. Highly recommended.

Friendly, efficient and careful. Best moving company I have hired. A small piece fell off of one of my lamps in the moving truck (not their fault, it comes loose sometimes). I emailed them after the move when I realized it was missing, not really expecting anything to come of it. Not only did they search the truck and find it, but they actually drove all the way out to my new house to drop it off.

Company packed us up just before a 30 blizzard. They were very thorough and careful about protecting our things. All pictures were wrapped securely. They were also flexible about adding some things at the last minute that we had forgotten about.They researched where we were moving to and used a truck that fit over bridges in our community. Not only did they move me, they are storing alot of items for me and have helped with cleaning out the storage units. The storage is clean, climate-controlled and every easy to access. I am doing a long-term storage option and I was very lucky to have M&M moving help me out. I had to go back to the unit multiple times to find things that I wanted to take with me overseas. So far theyve been willing to work with me and very patient as I sort through my boxes to pull things out.The price is just right and cheaper than anybody else that Ive talked to. The location is above ground and a large warehouse in a small town which appears to be very clean and dry and all my belongings are stacked together in their own crate so I dont have to worry about odds and ends getting mixed up with somebody elses things. As for the packing when I originally moved out, the guys were very professional and didnt outstanding job wrapping and packing. The price was reasonable for my two bedroom apartment, Packers, first month storage, and transportation to the storage facility. The quote that I was given was right on the money. So I didnt have any surprises. The customer service lets me keep my sanity because they have been so easy to work with. Email has been best and Ive always received a quick answers to my questions.

Seriously, everyones search for a great moving company should end right here. I recently moved into some new digs and had such a good experience with Marcin and his teams that I elected to hire M&M a second time. I did the online scheduling, made some lists of major furniture pieces, put in some details about the move-out and move-in locations, and that was it! I got the timeframes I needed and estimates that were basically dead-on.Just like others have said, the teams were on time, wrapped/unwrapped all the large furniture pieces, moving blankets, etc. They were fast, efficient, and careful.That being said, they did let me know during the move-in that a chair was damaged in transit and they would be taking care of it. A couple of weeks and some email tag later (no big deal), Marcin personally dropped off the repaired chair at my home and it looks perfect.The Wrap-Up: Still Efficient, Still Friendly, Experienced movers with an eye for detail and attentiveness to their customers satisfaction. Cant recommend them enough.

Excellent! My husband and I used them for a move out of a two-bedroom apartment in Wellesley to Framingham in May 2016 and they were awesome! Michael came over in advance and gave a time and price estimate. On the day of the move they came right on time and moved us out and into our new place in only three hours - three hours less than their estimate. These guys were super-efficient, were experts at maneuvering the truck around tricky spots, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend M&M Movers to everyone.

My husband and I were referred to M&M Moving by family and have used them twice! Moving is never fun but these guys take a huge burden off your shoulder!Marcin Papla was so easy to work with and very prompt with communication. Our first move was not easy; We lived in a high rise building and the elevator was so tiny! I couldnt believe how efficiently the guys moved our furniture and boxes. Not a scratch on anything! The second move was on one of the hottest days of the summer, but the heat never seemed to bother those guys. They made sure to ask what rooms we wanted certain items placed (I was not very organized and didnt label stuff well). I referred M&M to a close friend for a recent move and she was really happy with her experience as well.

Great experience from initial contact through final move-in. M&M (Olympia) coordinate times for pick-up and delivery and was consistently in contact over any changes and flexible when it became clear I needed a storage unit. Will definitely use them again for the next move!
