Went in not knowing where to go get anything. A team member was great to help us. As soon she knew what we was looking for she help us get everything because she went to the same school she was great I dont know her name she short long hair she was great

I found some of the things that I needed for my DIY projects for Halloween. Although they have amazing stuffs for decors for every season but pricey!!

Dont get curbside pick up. It just doesnt work. Waited way too long. However my order was correct and complete.

Went there to get reflective bright decals to decorate a phone wallet case. I couldnt really find what I wanted which surprised me. That notwithstanding, its quite a place for art and craft supplies...

They always have such beautiful supplies of flowers, vases, ribbons,and just about anything you can think of to make your crafts. I could spend hours thats how great and awesome everything are. There prices are reasonable . I always find something to buy.

A creative’s dream store. It’s enormous and well stocked. The selection is unbeatable in the area. The staff and kind and helpful.

This is an okay Michaels store and it’s usually well-stocked when I go. I like that there’s plenty of parking and not really crowded. What I don’t like, is that there’s a lot of workers in the aisles that pretty much ignore you, but then there’s only one cashier. So of course, there’s a line to check out. They need to hire more cashiers and teach their employees to be more friendly and helping.

Decent layout. Love the seasonal stuff. You can always find an online coupon. People at the registers are always great, but its not always to find what you need. I suggest checking online first for your item and ordering it for pickup if possible. Their clearance sections are always pretty messy but sometimes theres good finds.

I was a loyal fan of Michaels. I have a small crochet business so I buy a lot. Today I accidentally gave the wrong coupon to the cashier. When the transaction was done I realized and I asked her if I could return the items and use the correct code. She said “you’re going to freaking make me void it and do it all over again?!” I said yes please. I apologized and said that I can’t hear well and I didn’t hear her correctly. She then asked me what kind of teacher I was and I told her. She said “well you heard me then.” It wasn’t just what she said but the tone in which she said it. To question a disability is a disgrace. Shame that the actions of one individual will cause the store to lose a loyal customer.

Always has what Im looking for, they could work a little better on customer service. Lines are usually long they seem to always have the minimum amount of people working the register.

The place was very quiet and was an OK experience. All of the Halloween was extremely overpriced we actually laughed at the prices.

Went for birthday gifts for my daughter, so much variety, love ❣️ the store, ended up getting water colors and paper along with bojo and pental arts graphgear mechanical pencil. Should have gotton one for myself as well. Oh well next time. Nicely stocked... Old roudy cashier was the only nuisance.

Great place for arts and crafts as well as some minor toy selections for younger kids. Good place for teachers who need supplies across many disciplines also. Place is kept neat and line moves quickly at the cashiers.

They went above and beyond to help me. My daughter needed a drafting desk. The lady searched the back of the store and found one for me after a co-worker said they were out of stock. Great service

This time I was looking for Yarn and they had everything I was looking for! Check out was quick and easy. The woman who checked us out was wonderful and offered us some knitting tips. Love this store!

Very nice store with helpful staff. I appreciated the help I received from an associate on the floor as well as cashier in the front. Found the items I needed at a great price plus coupon savings. Havent had a bad Michaels experience yet.

Good Custer service

Employees here arent great and this location seems to always be out of stock of many items at once. I wish the employees were friendly and attentive as well as asking if we have any coupons or are a rewards member. As someone who used to work at Michaels just a few years ago, before I moved here I really just find this location disappointing.

There was a very long line on a Friday night. Unfortunately not everyone respects the 6 ft meaning I felt way too close to too many people. They needed more than 2 cashiers at that hour.

Mostly perfect! Most of the time I find what I need. Associates are helpful and are usually not difficult to find. The only thing I dislike is about half the time Ive personally been there, the checkout line is a bit sluggish. For management/corporate: you should hire additional associates part time just for registers to avoid taking associates off the floor and to better enhance the customer experience. Optionally, look into self-checkout stations managed similar to Home Depot or Stop and Shop (one associate to 2-4 kiosks to just ensure things run smoothly).

My wife dragged me here for crafting materials really not my thing. However, I do have to give it to them they are the place to goto for any craft/hobby related.

This Michaels in Westbury was smaller than the ones I’m used to and they didn’t have nearly as much as the Oceanside store for instance.Staff was nice and helpful though.

Michaels is a waste of time. Their baking supplies section gets more and more pathetic each year.

The store wasn’t too busy around 2:30 pm on a Tuesday, but nice to see the social distancing markers on the ground. I suggest checking to see if something is in stock online before heading to the store, that way you can also check to see which isle your item is in; very convenient.

Cashier was only taking credit cards but there were only 4 people on the line. No great coupons since March 2020. Holding out for Black Friday.

I came to this store for the first time looking for a poster stand. Since the store is big, I had to ask where to find it. The staff that helped was very nice. Once I went to look for the stand I was happy to see a 40% discount label on the stand that I was looking for. The check out was also pleasant because the cashier was really nice and kind. I would go back to the store due to the customer service I received.

Its a nice store but they didnt have any Christmas things. Guess I waited to long to find new ornaments

They didnt have exactly what i wanted but I would have made due with what they had. However the line was insanely long so i walked out with nothing.

This is the worst store, they really need to stock there items I have been coming to this location for the past year and it never has colored fondant and decorations for cakes they are always out of stock. Definitely will not return to this location, I will definitely go to Manhasset location because they always have full shelves!

This Michaels is well maintained, but the variety of things are slacking. They need to make sure things are where they should be and do not give an answer of I dont know when customers ask if something is in stock.

I love this store, I go here way too much. This store has a lot of stuff. The prices are decent for a craft store. It’s always organized and clean. There’s always pretty good sales on everything in the store. The staff is always changing but everyone is always friendly.

This location was clean well stocked and had a lot of their fall stuff on sale for 30-50% off.
