Got into a very bad accident and my father had used their service 3 times prior and was satisfied with each result. I waited a couple of months before writing the review due to extensive technological capacities, most of which were damaged in the accident and I wanted to see how everything would hold up for the months following their services. There have been absolutely no issues and I am pleased with their service. Steve and the guys treated me very well, as though I were family, and they were nothing but professional. The work was completed timely and they very much facilitated almost everything in regards to the insurance company. Steve, thank you very much and I hope to need need your services again, but if I do, I know where to go.

This body repair shop is simply amazing. No only is their work beautiful and precise but the customer service is beyond. The people that work their are helpful, friendly, and on top of things. An accident is not a fun experience but going to Castle is like a bandaid on a wound!

Castle Collision is amazing! They did such a good job fixing my car, were friendly and fast. The passengers side of my car was bashed in and they did such a super job fixing it, it looks brand new. They were extremely fast as well. Very professional place. If I ever need anything else fixed I would 100% go back, highly recommend it!

Castle Collision is definitely the place to go. We have gone to Steve multiple times, and he never disappoints us. We have taken our 2017 Lexus, my brothers 2016 Hyundai and a 2017 Cadillac that unfortunately we hit. All cars come out like if nothing ever happened to them. BRAND new. Steve and the secretary take care of everything. Our rental was there as soon as we got. And our cars were given back in a timely manner. As to other body shops that in order to get paid for storage You are left without a car for a month (it has happened to me, and overcharge the insurance) Castle not only is it a clean body shop, with coffee and comfortable setting that you can sit in, the respect is. They do not give you cheap materials and they get everything from t your brands manufacturers and each repair is guaranteed for life!!!! Steve kept me up to date on everything even the small details, if they needed to contact the insurance for anything extra. I wasnt left in the dark. My Lexus was given to me today in mint condition he even cleaned my inside!!!! Thank you so much Castle all a girl needs in life is a good nail lady, hair person and a great BODY SHOP!!! My car was parked and while reversing, someone hit my car. They recommended going to Castle Collision. Since they hit me and they were paying I was a bit skeptical of the place. Wasnt sure the quality of work they would provide.However checked their website and they are certified Honda repairer. Knowing this I was ok with going to them, but still was not sure of their work. They are accommodating, had to leave work a bit late and they waited a few minutes for me to come get my car.Once I saw my car it was like nothing had happened. Great price and people, certified and quality work. Would recommend to anyone.
