Went in for oil change and past experience with BMW had me photo my tires prior to entering the service department since another dealer tried to say I had a bubble in my tire which turned out to not having a bubble. After 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting for oil change I was notified I had a bubble on my front passenger tire. I showed them the photos I took of my tires (no bubble) they showed me the photos of my tires they took when it entered the service center (no bubble). I reviewed the security camera of inside the service center and the front passenger tire was blocked by a ceiling light fixture (how convenient? You can clearly see the mechanic going to tool box taking out a tool and a flashlight, standing on his toes and wiggling back and forth. Now all of a sudden I have a bubble in my tire. I was told the mechanic was checking out the tire and they do that to all tires. The security camera shows the mechanic only doing this to my front passenger tire, none of the other three tires.Do not take your BMW for service to a BMW dealer. Even though the oil change and some other items are free it is not worth going to them since this is how they make extra money. Instead go to a private mechanic shop who works on BMW they use genuine BMW parts and will not be corrupt.
Absolutely disappointed with the service department. The sales process is amazing at Rallye so please donโt take this as a negative experience with them. However, the service department just absolutely ripped me and fiance off. I have purchased many vehicles from Rallye and itโs clear that all required maintenance except brake pads etc is covered. My fiance dropped off her car this morning and assumed they are doing required maintenance except they hit us with a $300 for an optional fuel injection cleaning service that was structured as โneededโ by Emily. Iโm sure everyone would agree except the service department that โneededโ would mean as โrequiredโ which is covered. Fuel injection service as โneededโ at 18k miles for a 2018 vehicle is insane even though thatโs their book schedule, however, a person just simply dropping off a car would lean on the service department experts to let us know specifically if itโs optional. If it was told that itโs optional we would not spend $300 which included $220 of labor to clean injectors. However, when picking up the car we were hit with the bill for an โoptionalโ service to help with performance of my daily driver. It should have been clearly told or at least in writing that this is optional but what a way to be sneaky for repeat clients and a passive aggressive person telling us that it was clearly told and did not help us at least take off some of the bill - we mentioned okay letโs work it out since it was not clear on both sides.My recommendation, please clarify โoptionalโ vs โrequiredโ services for your leases as they are more than happy to say itโs โneededโ and hand you a bill upon picking up.Thanks everyone, please use your professional judgment when reading this as other service representatives may be different in this situation (Iโm not knocking the whole department). If anything I hope this changes the way optional services are recommended to clients - someone else may not be so understanding.Although we paid the entire bill, just wanted to help my BMW community avoid a situation as such.

Always good treatment at the service department here. I never encountered major issues in service, however the courtesy vehicles could use a better interior cleaning. The dash, seats and radio screen were scuffed, printed & dirty.

Beyond disappointed in this place and their service. I bought a Bmw M4 from here and dropped it off for service, itโs been over 2 weeks and I still have gotten no answer to whatโs wrong with my car. I tried to call and email the staff several times and still no one has replied.
