This is one of the bigger Targets. Have ample parking and many self checkouts to expedite your shopping. It has Starbucks in store. Items are well stocked except for some of the frozen section. Mini corn dogs, fries and Horizon milk sections are especially vulnerable to out of stock. Otherwise, the rest groceries are impressive.Use the entrance closer to AMC theater to park your cars as the front one gets jammed with pedestrians. Drive up is great! Just avoid 3pm to 5pm as it gets highly crowded. Its great place to shop.

Not only do I love Target for great prices, but the Staff are so helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and I can shop for so many items all in one place.

The sales associates are always ready to assist and helpful. The product selection is great and the store is always well stocked and put together.

What an amazing store. I am decorating a new space and was looking for a get Target with a ton of homeware. If that’s your case head to this store. Not only that but one of the managers,Andrew is wonderful. He is kind and diligent. He clearly encourages his team to be as well because everyone there is so great. I have to say this is the best target I have ever been too. They have almost everything inside and even when crowded the lines and checkout go fast. Most targets I have been too never have the things I am looking for, always crowded, and line are slow.

I was helped by a very kind and respectful employee at Order Pickup. He spent about 20ish minutes searching for my item, assuring me that if it wasn’t found I would receive a gift card for the wait. He did end up finding my item but still gave me a $10 gift card. Very good experience even though I am very patient and have no problem waiting, I understand things happen. His name is Godson. Very good employee, deserves good remarks.

Horrible Target. Everything is always out of stock. The store is a mess and dirty. Extremely poor customer service. The employees there will give you an attitude for no reason. Their inventory system online doesnt work. Itll show they have 100 in stock, but they actually have 0. Avoid this place. The Walmart nearby is much better

Terrible place. The HR people are very disrespectful. I got hired. They scheduled my orientation appointment for August 25. I received a call a week before that. I didnt pay attention to it. When I called back they told me that I missed my orientation schedule which was laughable to me because I cant imagine how stupid people are sometimes. Even God should be upset by some people behaviors because he did not create some people to be so dumb, but its called choices. I will never submit any application there again. Everything happens for great reasons that I may or will never know.

Worst customer service inside at order pickup and drive up! Took over 30 minutes at drive up decided to get out and go inside to pick up my order. Not only that workers complaining about how drive up customers are complaining they are taking forever to bring out orders. Workers inside walking around like there’s nothing to do. Never going back I rather drive further out and away from this place! Avoid!

I usually dont have any issues shopping at target, whether online or at the store... Today was a nightmare! these 2 individuals had no sense of customer service..also where are the target uniforms? instead of helping me redeem my gift card offer at self checkout, she choose to tell me to read the instructions on the screenMind you it was almost 11pm, all she wanted to do was to chat with her co worker.She couldnt spare 5 min to assist me. When I went on Friday, it was clear that Target who was wonderful in the beginning of this awful pandemic, stopped caring. The first cart I chose had a mask in it, which is gross. The second one had papers in it and the third was broken. 4 carts later and I was actually able to shop. Why is no one cleaning the carts any longer?

Out of Targets, this has to be one of the worst. Not because there is anything particularly inherently bad, but because of its location, proximity, and other aspects that Target(TM) cannot control for. Its notably unvisitable due to the astonishing amount of people who seemingly live there, as Ive visited this Target countless times and have never seen Id say generously less than 100 people not counting staff in the store. If you need to, good luck. Otherwise, walk on.

Review is for the “drive by” pickup- avoid at ALLLL COSTS! I have waited 30 mins for many a order! It just doesn’t make sense! Hicksville is my go to for drive up if needed, they come out quick!

The Manger Ryan at Westbury Target is very rude and clever. He doesn’t know how to act with customers and is a liar. Never coming to this target again. No wonder they kicked him out of Levittown target.

Target is great! They have everything! Cleaning supplies, food, electronics, arts and craft supplies, cloths, toys, bed sheets, storage bins, diapers, baby supplies, wrenches, vasalene, athletes foot spray, curling irons, regular irons, birthday cards, balloons, candy, wee wee pads, and a great many other things.

Went there to pick up air buds orde ordered by my step daughter for her sister. Product was not ready upon arrival. The young lady named Saiear told me to come back in a hour or so which I did. Order still not ready. Told to come back tomorrow or purchase it now and cancel said online order. Saiear walked me to location where Air Buds are sold. No more on floor. She requested her colleague to check for availability and waa la she got one for me. If it wasnt for Saiear, i would of had to travel from Brooklyn back to Westbury 27 miles to pick it up the next day. Kudos Saiear. Youre one of the best. Thank you very much.

My fault, I came to make a return during lunch hour. Only one person working returns. Very efficient and fast but there was still a line. Peak hours means busy sales and returns.

Have tried the drive-up service twice now when running low on time. Its very convenient and well structured how its all put together. Everyone is great and works together as a team. The only small problem was they accidentally gave my order to someone else (small, nothing I couldnt live without). The gentleman was so nice and apologized with a $20 gift card cause it was the last item. The only thing I was disappointed with is that I had to call Customer service when I got home to get my money back. Otherwise so convenient and great service! :)

Clean and not overcrowded compared to some of the locations I frequent in NY. The energy here is a little low they may need music or something to liven up the mood.I found everything I needed- it was also really easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. Also super close to so many other stores.

Instant service! There was an associate to greet you in the front of the store for online pickup orders. The young lady was kind and helpful.

Ive never liked going to the eye doctor but since switching over to Target Optical, its become a much less stressful experience.

I went to this store to pickup an online order I had placed. A quick in and out trip - turned into a find my Phone trip. I had inadvertently lost my phone during the visit and traced my steps multiple times trying to locate the lost device. I spoke to a manager, Shana, and she took my info down in case it was found and returned. I had little hope it would be found and returned. I made 2 calls to my lost phone before leaving the parking lot.By the time I got home, I noticed a called that came in shortly after I had left the target lot. I called back and sure enough one of the employees had found my phone. He was still working in the lot putting carts away. I drove by and was so relieved to get my phone back.I am so thankful to the wonderful people who work at this Target. I wish them a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I like the cleanliness of the store, the layout, and the quality of products sold. This Target has been around for years and has kept up its appearance. It has always been a great place to visit and get some good shopping done.

Its quiet clean and so far they are friendly loved the environment

Shopping at Target is a very enjoyable experience.Their store branding is clean, energetic and friendly. Their own clothing brand is affordable, fashionable and comfortable. Their own food brand is top quality and I can pick up everything I need on my shopping list in one place. I dont feel a need to run anywhere else comparing prices.

The cashier Sonia is extremely unprofessional. Today was the straw that broke the camels back, and made me need to review. Ive had multiple bad interactions with this specific person. For over 2 years shes been unable to look up clothing by their tags so Ive always had to ask for a manager.Today, I asked for a manager at self checkout and she refused and told me to go to customer service and then refused to speak to me afterward. Honestly cant stand business that dont take customer service seriously.

I had the easiest time ordering and picking up my item! The crew was even waiting outside for me before I pulled up.

Good Target, usually has what I need. All I would say the workers aren’t always so helpful.

So sad I forgot to post this since last week. What a terrible bunch of people in here. I guess they never heard of customer service. In my opinion fire them all except the young man handling online pickups. Aside from him- lazy and rude people who have no intention of ever helping a customer.

Barbra’s (old lady with red hair) her attitude was disgusting. I simply asked if she was taking customers at her 5 items or less stand and she ignored me and proceeded to take a customer with 10 items. I asked her again and she replied “I call whoever I want to take”She needs to learn customer service.

Easy And Quick To Pick Up Online Order

Employees are not quite trained, they don’t what they are doing or where anything is located. They hide things in the back. Manger, mr Ryan is highly unprofessional.

This Target is my go-to. They have basically everything from clothing(and now Plus-Size Ava & Viv), basically a full grocery store, a CVS pharmacy, and a very extensive Electronics department. They always seemed to have the Nintendo Switch(both color options) when other store seemed to be selling out of it like they were giving it away. The current look of Target is not the normal. The store is currently going under a complete store renovation so there is no restroom(not counting the somewhat upscale porta-potties outside the store by electronics. There normally is both a Target Cafe & Starbucks. The Customer Service desk is also currently moved. You can still do all of the things that you would have before, just expect to wait a little longer in line as there are less employees working there.

The store has everything you need.

Waited 45 minutes for assistance on opening a locked item. Despite asking two team members to call someone over and using the “Request a Team Member” button on the kiosks north of 15 times with no responses, no one ever came to assist over a 45 minute span. Left the store without buying anything. Customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Nice place to shop, they have everythink, CVS pharmacy inside, Starbucks, huge parking .

It was easy to pick up the items we ordered once we were inside the store, but we still had to stand on a long line to get inside. It would have been better if there was a separate entrance for those just picking up orders and not wanting to interact with all the other shoppers.

Its Target; no surprises. I especially like getting my Rxs filled at the in-store CVS. Though I do sometimes miss out on CVS coupons, brand products, etc., the staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, & makes an otherwise mundane, even unpleasant experience worthwhile.

Excellent customer service. Since the beginning of the pandemic customer service has always been at the fore front of there valued service. Stores are well stocked and online shopping has been very convenient.

The service in the store and even outside in the parking lot was excellent. Very efficient professional and polite. I was directed right away where to go and I was able to get my purchase and load it up in my car within 15 minutes total. Highly recommend. Employees were great.

This is me and wifes favorite target store, from the children section to the technology department. You name it they have it.one of my favorite sections is the food and snacks section.I was looking every where for some Italian four cheese cheez its crackers, I couldnt them any were. None of the super markets I been to all over queens did not have them.I thought they were discontinued or something.Then we found them at this particular target location. I was very happy they had my 4 cheese Italian crackers. The store is very clean and the staff is very friendly and courteous,really good customer service. Plus its right next to roosevelt field mall.

These guys saved my life. I went to buy some things and I accidentally forget an envelope with a lot of money there. I realized when I was already close to my house, I went back right away and I asked Sonia, the person sanitizing the carts, if she saw the check. She told me she gave it to her supervisor Barbara. And indeed, they had it. Thank you guys for being so honest.

The Target in Westbury is one of the cleanliness stores on the Island. I was able to pickup my order within the 2 hr timeframe. I strongly recommend this store to all.

Target has become my happy place during the pandemic. Its always clean, plenty of helpful staff, stocked with good stuff that is essential for both mind and body.

I stood in one of the lines where the credit card machine was having a problem that I had no idea of at the time. A woman manager was strolling around like a school principal with a straight face. People started to line up behind me and the cashier moved to the next register and asked another gentleman to help us. Then the manager came over and told him that he should not make such decisions and told the other gentleman that he should finish his work before helping customers. Right in front of me. What?! I’ve never heard anything like this. The gentleman was trying to explain to her that he was just trying to help but she didn’t even listen, she just walked away. I don’t know how she’s the manager. Clearly she should be the one fixing the problem but she gets mad when someone else does. Very toxic personality.

Has extremely crowded and a bit raucous in recent years.

Picking up my online order at Westbury Target was fast and easy. Shopping afterwards was clean and safe. It was a great shopping trip.

Im so grateful that Target is one of the main stores that is allowed to remain open at a crazy time like this. Even with the restrictions of staying 6 ft apart the employees at Target are still very helpful to your needs and helping you find what youre looking for. They are friendly and some of them even have a kind word for you, and that puts a smile on my face because I know that theyre going through the same thing that I am going through.

I love buying all my items up front so I know the store has them.

Good selecrion of goods. Clean store. There was a line to get in around 2pm on Sunday, but it moved fast and we were inside in few minutes. Line for check out was not supre long at time of our check out.

Three are a wide variety of departments with a range of choices and the prices are good and fair. Waiting lines (outside the store) move quickly.

Terrible. Wouldn’t let me return the things I bought that was only about two days ago. I bought three of the same earphones except in different color. Two was online and one was in person. Only open one to try out but I didn’t like it at all so I decided to return them and the worker claims that the serial number doesn’t match up and then proceeded to open the other two that was brand new and never opened. The worker called a lot of others to help but they only continued to open them too, some even dropped it on the floor a few times. I asked them why would they open them and asked if they broke them what would happen bc I don’t want to be responsible for something I didn’t do bc or else I wouldn’t be able to return them. They claim that everything we return must be opened for them to check and said we can only return things from that specific store which is nonsense. Terrible costumer service and a waste of my time bc i was there for more than 30 minutes. I had to go to another store to be able to return them and that store did it in less than 8 minutes but it was further.

No waiting, just walked up, the bar code was scanned and my order was brought out, all in 30 seconds. Being the first time I ever used the pickup at Target I was definitely impressed with this first impression experience.

The selection here is nicer than anything youd find at a competing big box store. I had just come to browse after striking out at Best Buy & Micro Center. I hadnt considered that the electronic section would have laptops, but I found one meeting most of my desired specs.

This location was just remodeled and now it looks great. Theres even a new line of products and apparel. The staff seemed more polite. I think the staff could use an update too their uniforms, but that doesnt take away from how wonderful this store has become.

Lakeisha checked us out and she was fabulous!! 5 star customer service, great smile, and just a pleasure to talk to. She made my day! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

My boyfriend and I decided on a last minute movie night and I was craving my favorite popcorn, kettle corn. Of course we didn’t have any, but I didn’t feel like going to the store. Instead, I went on my Target app and ordered popcorn and m&ms to be picked up. The best part was that I didn’t have to get out of my car. As I pulled up and checked in, within literally 10 seconds my order was brought to me. I even said to the employee, “wow I wasn’t expecting you to be that fast!” She had already been outside delivering another order and had brought mine with her in case I pulled up while she was outside. So convenient! I spent less than 60 seconds in the Target parking lot from the time I pulled in to the time I drove out. I would HIGHLY recommend trying the Target pick up.

Awesome pick up service!

The target employee at the pick up window was AMAZING. Not only was she friendly but she helped me put my heavy items in my car. It was her idea to bring my car around and have her help me. I was so grateful!!

Love Target. But this store always has stock people blocking the aisles and they are not nice. Additionally, the carts are always filthy or broken. The woman who works self-checkout most mornings is very nice and helpful though.
