If you need a Covid PCR test to travel....DO NOT GO HERE! I took test Monday morning, the first appointment. 24-48hrs after the lab receives it is what you are told. On the site, the lab received it on Tuesday and indicates it will be delivered in 24hrs from receipt...Here it is Thursday at 8pm, no results, and I travel tomorrow early in the morning. I had to spend time running around looking for a walk in to take the rapid test. Its bad enough taking the test and traveling in these times are so stressful, who needs the process and pharmacy you use to cause added stress? Its obviously the labs they use, or the process to get it to the labs that doesnt deliver an acceptable outcome for the customer. 4-5 days is more than enough, and they cant do that. My other friends received their response in 24hr-48hrs the most.
Margaret the pharmacy lady must hate her life or at least her job. Based on these other reviews it seems like shes bringing the department down considering there are others there doing a great job. My first covid vaccine I came 10 minutes early and when I said I was early I guess she assumed I meant like an hour maybe. Well she told me to leave and come back at my scheduled time. I said umm by the time I go to my car Ill be ready for my appointment. She then said fine, take a seat.
Rite aid denied me second shot of vaccine at their location cuz they don’t wanna open a new vial for one person and it’s a weekday (Monday). Wow 😮
Great store with good staff except for this one manager lady with long dark curly hair who is always talking down to the black cashiers whenever I’m there. Pure evil.
Very good customer service..Pharmacy staff goes above & beyond to help their customers. Any concerns or questions you have are addressed with professionalism and knowledge. They are my go to for any info on medicine.
Richard in pharmacy is terrific and always helpful. Margaret in the pharmacy is rude and acts like she is doing one a favor processing a prescription pick up/check out. She has a terrible attitude, rolls her eyes at customer and clearly lacks proper customer service skills. She needs better training and less attitude.
The pharmacist, Richard, went beyond my expectations to try and help me with a refill of my prescription from another Walgreens pharmacy. He is truly a gentleman and a patient first professional. The technician, Yasmin, greeted me courteously with a friendly smile as she started the process of helping me with my dilemma. She is exactly what Walgreens would want from an associate who comes in contact with the customer first.
I had an online return that the order could not be found. The person who helped me(I wish I remembered her name) was so patient, trying all different ways, even calling the Walgreens Customer Support to try to get the return done. If I had gone to another Walgreens, they would have tried 1 or 2 things and said We cant do this. Sorry. I was very impressed and will definitely use this Walgreens for any future online returns.

Impossible to speak with pharmacy. Was put on hold 3 times before I hung up and called a different pharmacy.
Closes at 10pm. Store and pharmacy. Website & phone message of hours will tell you 10 for pharm and 12 for the retail store. This is incorrect. Both close at 10pm.
