Bad management is obvious and the ice cream is not great enough. The staffer was very accommodating and quick, but it was obvious the store is run by a who cares style of manager. And to have to dish ice cream PLUS sling Dunkin Donuts take-out orders all by herself on a hot June evening is a ridiculous expectation. And Carvel is across the street...

Went in tonight to find ONE WORKER working. This is not the fault of that worker, but the manager who scheduled it. He also definitely didn’t want to be taking my order, as when I asked for strawberries he just said “we don’t have any”, which I know they do. He also didn’t ask if I wanted any toppings and assumed I was done ordering after I stated ice cream flavors, which is bad order taking skills. I don’t want to put this guy on blast, but I also didn’t want to eat ice cream with no strawberries :(

They didnt give milkshakes because 20 minutes until it closes
