Functionally, its been serving me well for the past 6 years. Unfortunately, theres some kind of acrylic/epoxy type of coating that started peeling off.There is a lifetime warranty, but only if you still have the receipt. The reality is, who still keeps a receipt of a bath faucet?Do yourself a favor and splurge for higher quality hardware. While shopping I scoffed at the faucet handles that were $200-300. I believe I paid less than $100 for this, and it shows.

Beware! The products will not match what they show on website. They will not care or bother listening to your complaint when you point out the difference in what they delivered . Customer service is horrible. You will get stuck with what you get. Waste of money! Unethical people ! Absolute crooks!

I guess they have too much business because they don’t want to talk to walk in clients properly. They literally said “no, we have nothing”

Friendly staff and a lot of selection on the showroom. Paid with cash is better to avoid extra charges but I understand credit card companies charge a transaction fee. Material quality is good.

Does not attach to cabinet door ( corner lazy Susan) and you have to pay to ship it back..

I am very happy with Dowell products (3.5 bathroom and 1 kitchen) and 2 bathroom sinks), btw kitchens faucet is almost 5 years old. Everything is in great condition and works perfectly.Perfect quality and prices are just right!

Review:Since we opened the showroom in 2014, we have been ordered various kinds of kitchen sinks, bathroom vanities and handles and faucets from Dowell Inc. They have always been providing not only the best quality products but also most competing prices. The customers all notice the outstanding design of the vanity cabinets and highly recommend them to their friends and neighbors.

Dowell gets 1 star for their product and 0 for their customer service and business ethics. Dowell is the worst company I have ever dealt with. First off, they charge a 4% service/handling fee on credit card orders which is illegal in the state of NY. We confronted dowell and they made no attempt to rectify their process. Second is their communication, unless you speak Chinese you will not be able to discuss anything with them. Finally they have a good product at a reasonable price, however having said that my company cannot associate with their negligence on not being able to communicate with their customers and their inability for doing the right thing. They deserve whats coming to them.

I am Extremely satisfied with Dowell products they have great quality and affordable prices. 100% recommend and my top pick.
