This Walgreens is awful, specifically the pharmacy. I had to go pick up a prescription, I show up and they tell me they are out of stock. So I waited two hours for nothing, just to be told they dont have the medicine and I should go to another Walgreens. The pharmacist didnt even offer to look in their system to tell me what other Walgreens had it in stock. So they thought I would spend my whole effing day driving around to other Walgreens? I cant even call other Walgreens because I cant get through to their pharmacy department, its just an automated message. So I asked them to look and tell me where it was in stock and they finally did. Horrible customer service. This Walgreens does not care at all about the customer, they only care about doing the bare minimum if that. If you need to go to a pharmacy DO NOT go to this Walgreens because to them you are just a number. Horrible Horrible company that only cares about $$

Awful pharmacy!!! Went for a booster covid shot. Had an appointment, filled out paperwork, and waited a long time. Six people working. And why make an appointment, when they were taking walk-ins. Wont be returning there.

Waited almost 40 minutes in the drive thru for my ready, pre-ordered prescription. No acknowledgement of the wait until I mentioned it, and then, “not my fault.” Btw - enforce the fact drive thru is truly for pick up only- not returns or problems with a prescription.

I called about the status of my prescription that I only had a 7 day window to pick up (today was the last day I could).My doctor sent in my prescription order one week ago and it was never ordered. I only have a seven day window to pick up the prescription or else I have to wait another 30 days to start it. I was told it would be filled on the final day of pick up.When I called to see the status of my prescription a pharmacist by the name of Theresa could not have been more rude. She cut me off numerous times and would not let me get a word in. I asked when my prescription would be ready and she said “a couple of hours”. When I tried to ask further questions she continued to cut me off and ultimately hung up on me. Her level of unprofessionalism was disappointing and concerning.

The pharmacy is unreliable! This issue has occurred multiple times where I have received notifications that my prescription is ready for pick up but when I arrive, it is not in stock.

Stopped by this location and unfortunately worker named FLO had the most disgusting attitude ever very upsetting on not being helped until I asked to speak to someone else

John in the photo booth was AMAZING. He was so patient and very carefully cut out a very strange photo size I needed for a paper document. He completely made my day. I had visited a different Walgreens in LaGrange park where the photo booth staff was not as helpful. I’m so glad I decided to leave there and come here. John worked with me and I left VERY pleased with the photo I got. 10/10 to him for his helpfulness. Thank you John.

I met one of the rudest workers today. I needed assistance in opening a security case to buy formula for my daughter. One would think I asked for an organ.Its a shame how non-existent manners have become.

Long line for pharmacy all the time (inside and outside). Prepare to wait and wait some more. One cashier is incredibly rude, customer service could be greatly improved.

Drive thru is so slow. Attendant wouldnt answer the call button even though she purposely skipped over me after waiting for 20 minutes. I had to pull around to front and go inside.Drive thru should be fast drop off and pick ups. If anything longer go inside.

Always be ready to wait, unless you drive up. Lines inside are allowed to build in favor of getting drive through customers handled. Frustrating for easy inside customers with ready to pick up orders!

Anyone with an honest regard for their health should probably seek assistance elsewhere

Get comfortable...incredibly slow prescription pickup. Its as if theyre making the medicine instead of simply dispensing it.
