It’s 9:32pm now. Biggest pet peeve. Google shows open until 10pm. Drove 20 minutes to return milk containers and get ice cream, and door has a door print out showing closed at 9pm. I tell the employee outside that google shows 10pm, he says oh well, not my fault. As I’m writing this review, there has been at least 7 cars that have pulled up and turned away 😡😡 Oberweis staff, do your jobs and fix your hours

As I walked in, I was greeted by Paige (Shift Leader). I asked for the Kosher certified products and she was more than happy to show me the list of available Kosher certified items. Her hospitality made me feel that people like us are more than welcome here. If u r in the area looking for Kosher certified foods, this is the place to be. If I am in the area sometime again, I will come here for sure.

This place is lively for our neighborhood! There are always ice cream surprise flavors! They revamped their carton look AND recipes! The pistachio is out of this world!! Before, it looked artificial..no interest. Now, the taste and look have you buying more!! Nice remake!! A new favorite!!! ♥️

Ice cream is fine. Nothing really special. Expect high costs but not unreasonably so for location and service.

It was my first time coming here to this oberwheis and it was not fitting my taste one of the girls here did my ice cream and it was sloppy and did not have any nuts inside of it was just pure strawberries I was tasting in this ice cream and it taste like old ice cream gas. I would recommend the one at Gurnee Illinois has more taste. Please have workers that can take their time and not In a rush. Messed my ice cream up. I really wanted this and it messed up my taste buds

My wife and I had excellent chocolate malts and our grandchildren really enjoyed their chocolate chip mint cones.

Great ice cream, would taste even sweeter if Jim Oberweis were our Governor. Although the guy in there now sure appears to like shoveling loads of ice cream down his throat. Never worked in an ice cream shop (or anywhere else) though, Ill guarantee that.

Great ice cream place. Old fashioned feel with genuine ice cream, different flavors, all better than their ordinary counterparts. Cookie dough and cookies & cream flavors are both real, as cookie dough has real cookie in it, and cookies & cream has chunks of Oreos in it.

I eat in this great restaurant quite often! This is my favorite place to eat. I go there regularly. The cooking is fantastic, the team is helpful and the cost is fair. I like meeting in this restaurant over a rich dinner.

This time we went to the Western Springs location.Too many employees behind counter chatting.Very Slow getting our order.We were the only ones there.Plus the taste of the vanilla shake didnt taste half as good as Any I have gotten in Orland Park. Orland has better flavoring by far.

Last week was our first time in this good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the courteous service, with the finest cooking and fine drinks and with the honest price. We will absolutely go back there soon.

Best strawberry sundae I have had in a long time.

Terrible sundae... 3 minutes after leaving the store I had chocolate milk on a brownie. Clerk was to put 2 scoops of ice cream and she dropped one. They must have been low on that flavor because I barely had 1 scoop. There was a golf ball size scoop of actual ice cream by the time I got to my car. 2nd time unsatisfactory....

They have a great assortment of ice cream flavors with many different cones and other options. They also sell the ice cream in take home pints if thats more your taste. My personal favorite is the chocolate peanut butter in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. Delicious! They definitely dont skimp on the ice cream scoop and theres often too much for me to finish!

This place replicated a memory from a time past. This is a family friendly milk bar, serving up rich ice cream with a legacy of quality. Ive never been an ice cream fan, but our tradition remains - family Saturday dinner at a nice restaurant, then a shared single scoop of honey butter cashew ice cream, and a pint to go. Always a pleasant experience.

To my knowledge Oberweis makes the best ice cream and dairy products in the region.

Its a pretty big ice cream palace with nice and clean look. The choices are similar to all oberweis places but this one unlike many others actually has their ice cream on display so you can see them scooping it right in front of you.

Cant go wrong here. Higher prices, but worth it for the quality. A little sterile in terms of atmosphere. Quick line and production. A bit of an ultra-white suburban demographic.

Great employees and the the facility is so clean every time I come here. Definitely my go to ice cream shop. PSA: get the strawberry raspberry smoothie.

The ice cream is rich and you get a healthy serving. Before my fiancee and I lost weight, he would get two scoops of the Dulce De Leche. That being said, if you are watching the figure you probably should put the cone down and back away. I love the regular old chocolate. There are three new flavors too for the summer and all are crave worthy (to me)...Espresso Caramel Chip, Coconut Almond Chocolate and Banana Fudge Walnut.

I have been an Oberweis fan for over 10 years. The ice cream and milkshakes are out of this world. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. Ill go out of my way for Oberweis Ice Cream every once in a while and its always worth it.

Ive been to numerous Oberweis Dairy locations over the years, and this one stands out when it comes to the high amount of exceptional customer service I receive! Dan and Tim are great managers.

I would recommend to go here because this is sort of like a small store where there is an ice cream counter where you can get some ice cream but just to tell you that ice cream heres just a little pricey and if you want to get like milk or something theres like chocolate milk and white milk but the chocolate milk is so good
