So sorry to hear about George passing. So sorry Donna. Hope you are doing well. I saw your recent video on 10TV, you look amazing. I hope this place continues to succeed. Donna, if you can run a movie studio you can do this, I believe in you. Truly sorry to hear about your loss. This is a great place, seems a lot of the negative reviews are due to George’s illness.

I called their Customer Service line and was greeted by the rudest woman EVER! She would not allow me to speak and was rude throughout the phone conversation. I will never give them a cent of business...she should not be handling any phone calls that come in to their facility.

Had to true up my sons rim and get the wobble out. It was either spokes that need led tightened or balanced. George said it would take a day or two and be about 45 minutes to true it up and he would call when it was finished. No call, and two weeks later I came in to check the status. He didn’t know who I was, and was ready to hand me a totally different my wheel. George hadn’t even looked at the rim, then proceeded to fix it in front of us for 15 minutes. Charged me 25 dollars and a weak apology. Took my son there to show him how to help the little guys. Shame on me!

Love this place, Hope George recovers soon. Very knowledgeable, great prices. They dtand behind thier products. awesome place

Terrible customer service the lady is rude when youre speaking to her and she hung up on me

I went through multiple motorcycle dealerships and theyre all backup on schedule until several months later. When I contacted George from GS Sports. George actually guide me through the steps on how to fix my issue without even bring my bike into his shop. I was able to follow his instructions and fixed my bike within the same day! Kudos to George I def recommend him.

He just take way to long!!!!!....and he doesnt care watch him🤔. Other than that his inventory is nice... Knowledgeable very knowledgeable.. he needs help.... And a better receptionist..

I give GS Sports five stars!! George the owner is very patient and helpful, I went in expecting to leave with one piece and left with an entire four wheeler. Good quality for the best price in my opinion and Ill keep shopping there just for customer service I receive every time

Great shop for scooters and bike service.

I have a 1999 Royal Enfield 500cc that needed valve adjustments. Contacted multiple service shops but no one was interested in touching the motorcycle. Got in touch with George at GS power sports.He took it up. Did his research on the bike and it has never sounded better. Thanks George.

Dont let the way George looks fool you into thinking hes a nice guy. He is a very rude individual who tried to take advantage of me. He quoted me a specific price then when going to pick it up, told me a price 4x as much. He stated that I asked for additional work when dropping it off which is true except for one minor thing that he failed to even listen to me about or answer to... HE DIDNT COMPLETE THE ADDITIONAL WORK REQUESTED (or even start it). He said he got tied up troubleshooting an electrical issue. But he never called nor cleared the additional work from me as we had never discussed nor had I asked for any electrical work to be performed. When I asked him about the additional labor charges, he started screaming at me accusing me of taking advantage of him as well as making him lose money. (He actually told me that he wished he never met me and I had never heard the F word screamed out so many times from someone before... wow) Normal shops call before doing additional work that will result in an uptick of the cost agreed to. The front office lady apologized to me on the way out and told me that he had surgery recently where hes in a lot of pain, but thats irrelevant... treat people with respect and call before doing additional work. I had a specific amount of money budgeted to the project which is where he agreed to be. Im all for paying someone for honest work, but dont do work (which didnt result in my electrical issue being resolved as he didnt trace down any faulty wiring BTW) and then expect the customer to not question why you didnt call in the first place.

George is a great guy and very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Always a fun place to stop and look around. Cool little Chinese scooters, used bikes and more.

Horrible, deceitful, manipulators. I bought a dune buggy and had to pay separate for title. I paid for it they said you can have it tomorrow we wanna make sure everything is tight on it. I bring it home and one trip down the street the qheel falls apart. Good and tight right. It has now been over 3 months and they still cant get parts to fix the damages done by the wheel falling off. Now i have a brand new dune buggy we have not got to enjoy. We are now having to file in court for them to make it right. I have time stamped pics and reciepts to verify my story and still wont try to make it right.

I have read the other reviews, induing the negative ones, and I would like to post my very positive experience working with GS and with George. I found him to be very friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. I had an old Helix 150 go-cart I was trying to fix myself for fun, and it had a perplexing carburetor problem. George was extremely generous with his time and he and I worked together to diagnose the problem. It turned out that the old carb was junk even though it was new. Because there is so much variability in quality in Chinese parts, I then opted to go with Georges recommendation on a brand he had good experience with and had the exact part in stock. I brought the new carb home and bolted it on and primed it, the cart started right up, just as George predicted. Thanks George!
