One year ago, Platinum and our group had a massive SXSW activation planned that was to last 5 days. As we all know, that was canceled. However, we felt it necessary to pivot our Veterans Lounge event because of its importance to the Veteran community.We were moving forward with our event in Dripping Springs. Platinum never backed down from their commitment to support us and drove from Columbus, OH and live streamed our event for a virtual audience that truly needed it.I can’t say enough about how they went above and beyond during one of the most devastating times in modern history. This established a relationship, not a transaction, that we have continued to this day and will well into the future.

Please be aware that at least two of the existing Google reviewers are owners or employees.Platinum fell far below the expectations they set in how they would work with us, the level of service they would provide, and their ability to develop creative ideas. They did not partner with us in finding solutions and helping us have a great event. We were handed off several times during our engagement without full communication to their own team or us. On several occasions, a key person was not present at scheduled meetings and others were unprepared. Communication within their team appeared to be poor as we routinely needed to repeat details and our needs to different team members. Deadlines were missed. One of the online events had significant audio and video problems including the recording of it from within their studio; and they pushed back when asked to own and resolve the situation. In the end, we were also charged for something that was not discussed. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and Platinum added more stress to the event.

PTDM has been a saving grace for my theatrical pursuits. Always going above and beyond to make sure that my events are carried out with as much professionalism and care as warranted.Prices are competitive, staff is knowledgeable and attentive and equipment is modern.In these days, it’s reassuring to know that people and companies are still looking to satisfy customers and provide quality experiences, not just collect payments.

Im a HUGE fan of Jacob and his team. As most organizations are trying to keep up with event tech and production, theyve done an incredible job multiple times now.Theres always a chance for hiccups when handling dozens of presentations, and people digitally. Jacob and the team at Platinum have been great to work with the past few years, and especially since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. As a church, we had to quickly determine how best to get our services and other streamed content online and accessible. We needed a fast, comprehensive solution, and Platinum delivered. They not only provided gear and hands-on support of the events, but also helped to train our people, who are volunteers. Those volunteers have, in turn, trained others and we have a strong team that is doing great work supporting our weekly worship livestream as well as some of our special services and events. And when our volunteers are not available, they make every effort to step in and help run our event onsite. Platinum also partnered with another vendor in 2020 to help us transition from using rented gear to having a permanent installed streaming solution, and they have been at the ready to help us troubleshoot/problem-solve when we have challenges in running or maintaining the gear.

I have used Platinum for several events. Everything from an online pitch event, to sound/visual support for an in person screening, to technical support for one of the largest events in Ohio. At every single event it feels like your personal crew has showed up. The whole team is easy to work with, fun to have around and if I need anything at any time of the day I can simply call or text and someone will answer. They have also been incredible to work with as an LGBTQ identified person working on LGBTQ serving events. I have for several years run the Pride Parade and Festival in Columbus, Oh. I’ve had my share of bad experiences and that all changed when I met Jacob and his team. They have helped with budget, with accommodating sponsors and even moving props which was totally not in their line of work they just go above and beyond. I wouldn’t dream of doing an event without them. I can’t recommend them enough and if I could have given 10 stars I would.

Omnimedia meaning that audio, visual, experiential, and written content, all works in concert as one, so that audiences can learn about, consume, and connect on their terms.
