Now with an entire new staff the vibe here is welcoming and supportive.

Excellent customer service, reasonably priced phones, and plans.You want to change service providers they will accept that and they will give you the necessary things for your phone.And you could keep your number (if your service provider will let you).

Wonderful service! Francis Akamai did a wonderful job! It was busy and he handled multiple customers with patience. He set up my new phone, and transferred everything. I was there over an hour because I forgot my passwords and he helped me retrieve them. Also there was no high pressure sales at all. Great experience.

I’m a loyal Cricket customer, but this particular store exceeds all expectations in customer service. They are especially kind to older folks who might not be tech savvy. Often there are wait times, because each person is helped to a positive solution.

I live right by another Cricket store but I travel to see John because his service is second to none. He has always been helpful, extremely polite, no pressure, and upfront. I also like the fact that he takes the time to listen and give you the best deal possible.

Switched from Family Mobil. Got free phones, bill way cheaper and better coverage. Travis customer service was great. Will definitely refer and recommend anyone interested.

Deceptive, even lying in first sales pitch regarding monthly plan features and phone features. Unlimited plan means you can use your home wireless to get unlimited service. NEVER able to send or receive pics on network w text except w wireless. Alcatel one touch very quiet phone tho it has jbl speakers. Ear piece makes calls impossible to hear. Tap hard on screen if you want p phone tip register touch. Dropped calls very common. Called wanting to return phone after 3 days. Sales person said wait another week. Great- only 7 days return policy.Horrible experience. Strongly recommend NOT using cricket.

Seriously by far the best cricket store Ive ever been to! I live a little over an hour away from this place & i would make the trip to this place again! Waay better than the one thats 4 minutes away from my house!

Ive always been really pleased with the in-store service, customer service, and cell service. The monthly cost is superior, and Ive found my experience to be better all around in comparison to my previous carrier, T-Mobile. You cant beat that theres no contract, and theres a store around every corner.

The manager was VERY unhelpful and unprofessional. He was so loud and obnoxious that I never imagined that he could be a manager. If you have issues take them to the Tuttle Mall location. The manager there is so much more pleasant and helpful than the one in Westerville. Trust me, it is worth the trip. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with this guy.

Drove all the way here for nothing wasted gas and ended up taking the wrong freeway jusy for the door to be locked!! Its 11:20 am on a friday and the hours are 10am - 8pm ON THE DOOR. the sign is even lit up saying open what a freaking waste of time DONT GO HERE!!

During my last visit the customer service was horrible. The manager was unprofessional and after waiting for over 30 minutes for a little help he tells us the phone we were there for was out of stock. So we had to leave and go to WalMart to buy the little phone we wanted.

Very bad costomer service. My wife and her dad has $35 cricket service and I was trying to add two more line to make family package which is $100. The associate who was there was so rude and unhelpful. Because of her bad cinconversat I came back without having service.
