This place has a lot of neat stuff. Someone whom decorates would really love it. We however buy things for the kids to make weapons and spider cages.

I’ve loved craft stores for as long as I can remember and Hobby lobby has always been one of my favorites. I love the way they smell and the variety of things they sell is impressive and seems to be constantly growing. This ones still pretty new and it’s always clean when I’m there which is always nice, especially with all that’s been going on. Their inventory is amazingly vast which is somewhat impressive, since this is the smallest hobby lobby I’ve ever been to. The small size doesn’t stop me from always spending longer in the store and more money then I’d planned. Their products are well made for the most part, except for the things that are cheap and obviously cheaply made, and if you plan your trip out and go when whatever it is you’re buying is on sale, you can definitely save some money, since every week they change most of their sales. Whatever you’re wanting is bound to be on sale within a week or two. Their sales are awesome, anywhere up to 50% off! Their lamps, mirrors, wall decor, everything I’ve bought there is still in great shape and was a reasonable price, even the stuff I couldn’t wait till it was on sale. I love their holiday decorations and items, they’re unique and ALWAYS on sale, but don’t love how much of the store Christmas takes up or how early it fills the place… I understand it’s Christian owned, I could personally live without close to half a store full of Christmas before October 15th. It’s a little bit of a bummer they close at 8 PM and aren’t open on Sunday, but not the end of the world. It’s an great store.

Love this location. Everything is neat and tidy and easy to find. Huge selection at decent prices and the ladies working are always nice.

I wish I could remember the Hispanic staff person who helped me. She was excellent. I was able to find everything I needed. She is the best!!

I just have to say the cashier today at this Hobby Lobby was wonderful! He was super personable and helpful, making sure I got discounts on whatever I could. He really made my day and I wish I could remember his name so he gets the recognition he deserves!! 5 stars for the cashier!

Hobby Lobby is an absolutely amazing store that has most things for crafting, decorating and the various other hobbies.This particular trip wasnt for anything in particular, but rather just to stroll the isles.During my trip,, I was approached by multiple employees that seemed to care about each customers experience at the store.This is a GREAT reflection of the store management team.Definitely recommend this location.

On my first trip here I was completely overwhelmed by the interior decorating which takes over the entire front and center of the store. I decided to try again and was pleasantly surprised to find a wealth of crafting supplies in the perimeter aisles. Even some hard to find supplies such as stained glass and resin working materials.The only reason for my 4 star review instead of 5 is that I like to bargain hunt and therefore not having common discounts such as teacher discounts or a loyalty program kind of make me feel a bit less special. However, the prices are reasonable and comparable to the other stores so it probably is more of an aesthetic than an actual detraction.

Love going in there! So many things to look at. Sometimes its difficult to find what youre looking for because there is so much, but a great place to find what you need. They are closed on Sunday!

Rude customer service again. Being a new store on my last visit, and loving this store in general, I decided to come back. I even gave out 5 stars before as everyone has a bad day once in a while. Another associate issue - it cant be dismissed. I was surprised at this visit though... My 71 year old mother waited patiently at the register for blue haired cashier to call to Framing desk to check a store deal. Supposedly the display could not be found. So, the deal - a 50% discount off the $70 paint set my mother wanted to buy for my father would not be honored. I explained again, the table was directly in front of the framing desk but the called associate supposedly couldnt find it. Once my mother was offered to pay full price, she checked out with her other remaining items and went to my car. I walked back, took a photo of the display to purchase the set and the cashier still would not honor the price. I asked really? Her response was she had to see it herself. Clearly, she had an issue. I did call the manager, V and he apologized, said her behavior was not acceptable, the table was not easy to miss and he didnt understand her position and he would meet me upfront. I had already left. Hopefully V can get some team players... employees who like their job, that want to work, take care to sell the products and specials and dont mind being helpful and polite.

This hobby lobby has the most helpful customer service representatives. I never have any problems getting help. The store is always clean. They have lots to offer if you enjoy hobbies, or like home decor you can find what you are looking for. Warning if you like hobbies have some time available to look around I am always in here for more than a hour.

1st time in the store I was needing some bungee cord I walked in asked an employee if they had this and was told to go look in the back right hand corner that is where it would be. I went and looked and didnt find it and ask another employee any they made a gesture and told me to look around there. I never found what I was looking for. If I was at Lowes I would have been told an isle number or an employee would have helped me find what I was looking for.

If I could give this review zero stars, I would. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the service here recently which sucks because this store is the closest to my home. Multiple times one of the working managers Samantha, has been disrespectful and rude to associates and customers. She has no right to treat others that way. I find that highly unprofessional and inappropriate especially since it’s within the workplace. She has been really rude and gets impatient instead of being calm and reasonable. It makes it a very uncomfortable environment to shop in and personally makes me never want to come in and spend my hard working money there at all. It has soiled my shoppers experience & honestly if she does not want to give people the positive experience that they deserve shopping at Hobby Lobby then she needs to find another place to work.

This is a HUGE hobby lobby and brand new. Beautiful items for whatever decor you are looking for. Some of the best faux plants that you can create yourself that i have ever seen. Great crafting area also. Had some great deals on certain brands as well up to 60% off pieces. Most pictures on this wall i grabbed from there as well.

It was quick stop had to pick up a few things for crafts. They were helpful.

The store is awesome, with engaged and helpful staff. Shout out to Joe and Amy in the framing department, as well as the helpful management.

I regularly visit this store and always find what I need. Only reason for 4 stars is because there is usually no one around the cutting counter when you need them and check out can can be long sometimes... but I can deal with it. Love this store and so glad its closer to home

I went to Hobby Lobby today with my daughter. One particular employee, Bailey, was so rude and inappropriate to us that we will not return again. I had a simple polite request, and she utterly ignored me, and actually scowled. I was aghast, my daughter was upset, and I find this type of behavior and attitude to be unacceptable. I never leave reviews, but she was so awful to us, that I decided to write this. I hope it prevents others from a similarly awful experience.

Randomly closed at different hours with no explanation. Sign on the door says they are open until 8pm and I came on a Wednesday at 6pm and the lights were off and the doors were locked

The managers are rude and refuse to help. There are never enough registers open, and workers refuse to help you even when the tag says ask associate for help. I love hobby lobby but Im never going back to this location ever again. If youre looking to make a quick trip here, dont even think about it. Everything is super slow and no one cares. The store is clean though, which is a plus!

I like Hobby Lobby for decore. The fabric is stupid expensive and never anyone over there to cut it for you. Cashiers are less than friendly and thats universal at every store. Please stay open until 9pm...

Horrible customer service & staff. This is the second time in a row that I’ve gone to this store and had horrible service. Cashiers are always on their cell phones and refuse to leave their “assigned area” and when I asked for help finding something the cashier directed me In some direction, I head that direction, ask another lady and she refused to stop stocking a shelf to show me where anything was. Not sure if this is some sort of management issue or just rude people!? Nobody is helpful at all and they have some dumb rule for not opening more registers. Is this place ran by a bunch of Scientologists??

Nice new-ish Hobby Lobby. Fantastic selection to choose from. Prices vary, usually if not always they have a 40% coupon on a single item. Love the displays they have throughout the store, usually temps me to buy more stuff. This location has plenty of parking, well lit, easy access to and from the main road. Staff are helpful and polite, very easy to find someone if you need something. Restrooms are clean. They are following all the current Covid protocols, mask are required, during busy times they are keeping track of how many shoppers are in the store.

Always can find what I need here and it is always so clean.

Oo I got some craft stuff for cheap

I enjoy the products and variety that is available. There are always great deals and something for everyone. The store is always bright, clean and organized. I shop here pretty frequently. As with many places, there are bad seeds that can give a bad experience -- Amy was it for me. I asked an employee if I could see a lamp plugged it. There were others plugged in, but that particular one wasnt and I didnt know if I could do it myself of not. The employee wasnt sure where bulbs were so she tried to asked Amy. Amy begins saying very loudly that shes not helping anyone else and that everyone would need to wait their turn. I had no issue with waiting, but I did take offense to her behavior and manner in which she responsed. Seeing her speak that way to a coworker and manner in front of customers was off putting. The employee helping me was visibly startled and went to ask someone else. Amy continued to yell that everybody will need to just wait. Now other customers are looking -- Amy hadnt once looked up or in the direction of her peers or anyone. After waiting a while (and listening to Amy complain about helping customers) I did receive help from someone. Im not sure if Amy was having a bad day or if this is just her personality. Either way it wasnt acceptable.

This Hobby Lobby location seems to be about brand new and has everything you can expect to want from a Hobby Lobby. Seems maybe a bit smaller than some Ive been in but it did everything it needed to meet my needs. Great staff. Great parking. Seems to be away from the busier parts of Columbus.

They did a great job framing my jerseys. Id give 5* if they had Sunday hours.

No sanitizer at the registers, yet they ask you to sign using the credit card machine pen or a physical pen (its a pandemic and thats a high-touch point). When asked for a sanitizer wipe or a tissue to hold the pen, they fumbled around and couldnt find anything. When the employee asked the manager for a sanitizer wipe for the machine, he asked why? rudely. WHY??? Because its been the norm to keep things wiped down and sanitized since at least March due to there being a pandemic... Its now December. Get on board. Keeping their shoppers safe should be a top priority. I did not feel like they cared at all. They also didnt enforce proper mask wearing of their shoppers.

Great store with an amazing selection and even better prices however, if the place is busy youll be in the check out line for 20 minutes while only one cashier checks people out.

Hobby Lobby is great for decorations for your home!! Their stores have a huge selection for any season, any holiday. They also carry lots of floral items for making wreaths, etc., seasonal wall or table top decor, floral gifts, etc. Great selection of picture frames and wood wall decor, as well as party supplies, pillows, furniture. Staff is very nice and helpful. Every time I go there for a specific item, I end up looking around the entire store!!!

I mean its a hobby lobby. They are all the same. Always some deals on a lot of very expensive items but its one of the few places you can get crafting supplies anymore so youre kind of forced to go here in this area. Spent a lot of time at the fabric cutting area and many people were waiting, but nothing too crazy as the staff was pretty nice.

Great store. If you dont like the prices, hop on line and grab a 40% off coupon. Would you rather have a 50% off??? Wait a week or two....it will be on sale! Cashier was quick to call us over to shirt the line and incredibly friendly.

I came in earlier today (my first time I’ve been in A hobby lobby) and asked a worker in the scrapbook area of the store if they carried re-design furniture transfers and she was honestly the rudest person I could have approached. She looked at me like I was a moron so I just asked if I should go find someone else and I’m so serious she said no one else here would know that. OK great, won’t ever come back.

STAY AWAY!!!!! THEY ARE NOT ENFORCING MASKS!!!! A mom walked in, very loudly, with 3 kids all not wearing masks. They walked by 2-3 employees and no one said a word. I was checking out and said something to to cashier and she didnt even respond.

Really cool store if youve got some time and extra cash to spend. They have a decent variety of materials for getting your start on almost any hobby. However some of the items quality leave a bit to be desired.

Hobby Lobby is a great store and we were excited to have this new location open. However I have never waited less than 20 minutes to checkout. Today was 30 mins with only 2 people in front of me. Cashier staffing is inadequate and they are painfully slow.
