Love this place come here a lot. Sometimes they are out of flavors but they have so many to choose from you can always create something new.. they change up the toppings too so thats nice but i love that they have a lot of fresh fruit to choose from.

Drove 15 mins to get there and checked timings online before going, door was locked so I knocked and was ignored by a staff cleaning, then knocked second time finally they came and said boss told them to close early because it was slow. With that attitude you wont retain customers...especially if they come within store posted hours.

What a fun little froyo shop. It has a bunch of flavors as well as a bunch of toppings. There are a ton of neat little combinations. The store itself is spacious and clean. The assembly is quick and fun. The place is a tad pricey, but it doesnt taste like cheap froyo. Ill be coming back here for sure. The outside benches are nice as well.

This was one of my favorite places to go get froyo. Its build your own and theres quite a few choices, from milk based to juice based yogurts. Theres plenty of toppings to choose from and syrups too. Lately, the flavors of the ice cream have been muted and not as flavorful, which is disappointing.The only thing is, its based on weight and it can get pricey to make a stacked cup. The plastic chairs are pretty uncomfortable, but the couch is nice. Theres also outdoor seating and I like sitting outside on warm summer night.Staff was very friendly and they helped us get samples. I recommend coming here for dessert, with a group, families, kids, and casual dates!Theres plenty of parking in the lot, tables, but no WiFi.

Wow what a surprise they have sugar free frozen yogurt which was very good. Because of that we’ll be back. Staff was friendly, the place was clean and well kept. They have 2 outside tables where we chose to sit.

They have great fro-yo combinations and the staff are friendly.

We were told in order to be served we still must wear a mask. Despite what the CDC and the Governor have said about vaccinated people. Shame on the owners for putting their employees in the line of fire regarding the masks! Not going there for a bit!

Our company decided to send our clients on a surprise outing with our staff, to give them a life experience that some of them have had and some have not experienced before. When our staff returned they were frustrated by the way they our clients were looked upon and the way they were treated. After our order was taken the Orange Leaf employee asked if our ride was coming back to pick them up. Which made the staff feel like they were not welcome to stay and enjoy their yogurt.That just shows that people are still very judgmental towards people who look different than themselves, whether it’s a person with a disability or of a different nationality. Our bill was for about 20 people, I will make sure we do not patronize this establishment again.

I don’t know what it was but that had to have been the best froyo I have ever had. 11/10 customer service too. Shout out dude who came through Tim Hortons to recommend some Orange Leaf on this fine night.

My family goes here all the time and it almost always goes well. However when we recently went to get some i had the salted caramel mixed with coffee. it started out normal but then it started to burn my tongue. Ive gotten this mix before and it never did this. my mom also got the salted caramel and it also burnt her tongue. my stomach hurt a bit after eating it and im now really concerned if its safe to eat here

Frozen yogurt and toppings are excellent... But lack of service (no staff present, have to call them out from the back my last 3 times), and the dirty washrooms (place only open for about 15 minutes yet washroom very dirty, and soiled, hopefully food prep area is better kept).Now this what I find funny, the store is 100% self serve... You walk in get your own cup, add your choice of yogurt, then add your choice of toppings, then weigh your cup... the staff then (finally) does something, they press a key on the register and tell you the total. That is all they do (besides keeping supplies full, of course) so I find it absolutely hilarious that the first thing they tell you and the first thing that appears on the POS screen, is the tip selection - which after the total was the only thing the staff pointed out. 🤣

Love the yogurt here. Make sure to try the cinnamon add a little vanilla! the reeses is delicious too!They are both delicious

I would say this is better than average frozen yogurt. They change out the flavors regularly and have lots of add-ins you can do. The weight adds up quickly so just be aware. Their add ins are included in the weight, I know a lot of places have changed that, but I prefer it this way

Really like this place. Sometimes they don’t have my fave flavors and they run out of the one topping I use (shredded coconut) but kids always enjoy. You can call before hand to check on flavors

The customer service here is abysmal! The young man working didn’t speak one word! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE for first time customers! May need to take a look at the customer service aspect to make sure the business is successful!

I have been here numerous times as we enjoy the selection and variety of toppings. I was here today for the first time in a few months and the selection and variety were still great. However, the entire store had a bad smell, almost like garbage, and the floor was very sticky as well. It made me feel like the store was not very clean and made us eat quickly and leave. Hopefully this was just a one time thing, but it made me feel like the place has gone downhill since I last visited.

Brought our granddaughters and my nephew here today. They love Orange Leaf very much! Rebecca was polite, helpful and most of all very friendly towards me and the kids 😊 Well definitely be back.

I like the reasonably priced seafood, like this lemon pepper salmon with green beans and steamed broccoli.

A.MA.ZING! Orange Leaf has the best frozen yogurt with so many different flavors you can have on their own or combine with probably 50 different toppings. The inside is very cool and modern.

Atmosphere is nice, clean place. Yogurt is good. Just a nice place for some yogurt.

Had kind of a bad encounter with an employee, not so much with the frozen yogurt itself, but I asked for a sample cup and he took it upon him self to fill it for me which was kind of weird but I sort of brushed it off, then later when I went to pay, I hadnt finished getting out all of my money and he began getting snippy with me about having the correct change, so that kind of scared me to go back and I havent been back since. The frozen yogurt itself is great though!

Orange Leafs product tastes good however, I needed to know if it was real yogurt with live and active cultures. After a couple of attempts of contacting their corporate office, I finally got an official response that they cannot guarantee that their product has live and active cultures because it is made from powder. In other words, it is not really yogurt. The FDA does not regulate frozen yogurt - so buyer beware. Orange Leafs product is NOT yogurt with beneficial bacteria. Just empty calories!

It all just tastes like partially frozen ice milk. Gross. AT .59 OZ... (sold by weight with toppings..sprinkles, gummy animals at same rate) terrribly expensive ar $37.76 per half gallon. TOTAL GARBAGE AND A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Addicting! Who doesnt like serve yourself ice cream (ok, frozen yogurt... but it tastes like ice cream) and all the toppings you can think of. I always have to go for the chocolate brownie and peanut butter piled with chocolate chips and crushed reeses peanut butter cups. The only issue I have is the price. You just have to be careful about how high you pile your bowl. Even the small bowl is too big for the average person.

Flavor is ok but service is below average and no sample cup available. If you ask for a sample cup they come and fill it out for you not convienat.
