Robert was the technician that came to winterize my irrigation system. He and a team member were friendly, professional, and very quick. He also let me know that a few nozzles on our sprinklers were cracked, but he made a note for spring to have them replaced.I really appreciate how thorough he was and that he let me know. Just makes me more confident that Conserva irrigation was the right choice!

What a great company to work with! From estimate to completion 3 business days. We had a whole yard irrigation system installed in 2 half days. I am a professional contractor and owned an irrigation design/build/maintenance company for 16 years with more than 30 years in the green industry. I could not be happier with my Conserva experience. They were quick, friendly and helpful on the phone scheduling the initial appointment at my clients property. They called ahead to meet me there. They sent Casey who is experienced and knowledgeable . He was pleasant even though I was basically interrogating him while he worked 😁. He did everything right and efficiently. We needed wire tracing and repairs, valve and head replacement, mainline and lateral repairs. There was a lot required to repair damage from a water line contractor last fall. He was able to schedule return trips for more repairs quickly as well and called to give me updates. System is as good as new again despite being 16+ years old, pretty complicated and large. We will gladly have him out for system modifications later this year as we undertake some major landscape and hardscape renovations.Also unlike a lot of companies they have a service plan that is worth the money especially on a large system such as this.They sent email invoices at each stage in a convenient organized way, making it concise and easy to share with the property owner. Now that I am old fat and lazy it is a great relief to find a company to take care of my customer’s system. I don’t write reviews but these guys were worth my time.Dave

Our experience was so-so. The technician who came to winterize our irrigation system in 2020 was on the phone the entire time with AT&T trying to resolve an issue with his personal service. He barely spoke to me (and I dont remember his name, if he even told me). The following spring, we struggled to get them out to inspect our system for the required annual inspection (I think they were swamped with calls -- but since we signed up for their seasonal plan, I expected a bit of priority treatment . . . maybe that was an error on my part). When they finally arrived, they did so unexpectedly and there was a miscommunication regarding the number of pumps that needed to be inspected (we have two, and they were only prepared for one). HOWEVER, we have had overwhelmingly positive experiences with one technician in particular -- Casey. He is always very polite and professional. He has been to our house twice and each time he took a minute to explain everything he was going to do and then let us know when he was finished. So, weve had some really great experiences and some mediocre ones. It seems hit or miss, depending on the technician.
